Welcome to a private oasis in the city with a saltwater pool (heating is possible but extra). This 2-level guesthouse was constructed recently with a fully-updated kitchen, two full-sized bathrooms, and a garage. Enjoy amazing shopping and dining within walking distance of your private getaway.

** The heated pool can be available for a fee. Please, reach out to us if you are interested.

** Currently, the main house is completely separated and you can use the pool and backyard exclusively.

Close to Everything

We desired a private stay with pool for the end of the season trip. The pool is lovely, the guest house is clean, and we found we were very close to so many great restaurants. Be sure you can negotiate stairs if you are in anyway mobility challenged. The kitchen is equipped for warming foods, not for Bobby Flay, or Ina Garten, we loved our stay and it was perfect for some quiet pool time!
