The hotel is in a questionable neighborhood The air conditioning barely works My balcony door didn’t lock I put a desk chair in it so no one could get in The room next to me sounded like chairs were being broken on the wall and plaster cracking I called the front desk and they came to my room first to check which room was the problem It was lucky that I came with low expectations from reading the other reviews I really feel they should offer me a discount I would need bring women or children to this hotel it is not safe!!!!!
Nothing to like about this hotel.
The room wasn’t clean for a long time. Dust all over the place. Urine on bathroom flor. Disgusting. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and cleaning it my self. But the hotel has a good location and staff is kind.
Check in was delayed, there was not blankets, a/c was broken, no ice
The picture that you are seeing is NOT in that hotel. I was there for 5 night and never saw it. I accept no room service because of covid. I'm good with that. I kept my room clean. My toilet had stool splatter on it. I had to scrape it off. Sliding door to outside did not open. Could not adjust/set room temperature. I had no shower curtain. I left a work shirt in the room, my fault Contacted them to return to me. I would pay for shipping. They took my info, never sent me my shirt. They claim it's because of renovations the place looks like that. Funny it's not mention when you book a room. This place reminded me of the apartment Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall stayed in, in Coming to America. A real s^&t hole. Minus the white tape outline of the dead dog.
The air conditioning was out. Random people hanging outside. The place was dirty. The hallways smelled of Marijuana. There were loud parties. The beds were in comfortable. Worst place I have stayed and not worth the money.
That it was so close to peachtree
The location was great but the hotel provides minimal amenities, is dirty and needs some definite TLC.
A good hotel for people who like to party downtown
There was dirty clothes on the floor off the lobby area. The closet in one room had dirty socks and underwear in it. Another room when first going inside, had the TV turned on. There was paint peeling off the walls in large sheets. Overall, disgusting.
The price was okay. I didn’t like that they had no microwave or fridge. I didn’t like that you couldn’t go on balcony. I didn’t like that they charged my credit for 2 nights when I was there for only 1 night. Also the check in person was not that personable.
They forgot to set the clock ahead and i was late to a meeting (while i should not ave just depended on that clock - having an iPhone and watch, but that was viewable in the dark
Heat wasn't working. Heat wasn't working. Charged for deposit and DID NOT GET MY REFUND. Charged for deposit and did not get my $150.00 refund.
The property needs some upgrades and renovations. Very out dated.
Bed was pretty comfortable but the hotel was more old fashioned than expected
Very unclean hotel... Found stuff of other guest in room that shouldnt had been missed by cleaning personnal
Staff was super friendly and helpful with check-in information.
