The location was great but the hotel provides minimal amenities, is dirty and needs some definite TLC.
A good hotel for people who like to party downtown
There was dirty clothes on the floor off the lobby area. The closet in one room had dirty socks and underwear in it. Another room when first going inside, had the TV turned on. There was paint peeling off the walls in large sheets. Overall, disgusting.
The price was okay. I didn’t like that they had no microwave or fridge. I didn’t like that you couldn’t go on balcony. I didn’t like that they charged my credit for 2 nights when I was there for only 1 night. Also the check in person was not that personable.
They forgot to set the clock ahead and i was late to a meeting (while i should not ave just depended on that clock - having an iPhone and watch, but that was viewable in the dark
Heat wasn't working. Heat wasn't working. Charged for deposit and DID NOT GET MY REFUND. Charged for deposit and did not get my $150.00 refund.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with check-in information.
We stayed here last year and while it was dated, it was clean, well maintained and we had no issues. This year, when we checked in, there were 5-6 men sleeping and/or sitting in the dark dining area - one of them was smoking a cigarette. We got to our room and we had no wash cloths and only one hand towel. the tub didn’t drain well (there was 4” of water or more when we took a shower). The water temperature would fluctuate between scalding hot to freezing cold despite not touching the knobs, there were areas of the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while, and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was crumbling. We won’t be staying here again. Especially not for $200 a night. Every night we came back to our hotel there were men sleeping in the dining area. They were friends of the front desk clerks apparently. Not sure why they were in there.
It was dirty, no air conditioning, commode overflowing focus lights beaker to bathroom lights kept throwing.Desk manager refused to move us to another room. He was traveling and had left a new woman at the front desk who had no idea what to do. Stood in line waiting my turn to list my grievances and listened to the complaints ahead of me.
The coffee maker had mold growing in it, the room was hot, the air conditioner did not work. Parking is in a nearby garage for $18 per day, not as bad as Hyatt Regency ($45) but still very expensive.
Bathrooms were dated and needed an upgrade and some cleaning. Staff was great, accessibility to DT area was great. Parking situation was easy to manage.
Place is outdated but nice location full breakfast no gym or pool also no parking it’s $18.00 per day at parking garage
Reasonable price, had breakfast. Didn’t waste money doing room for a two day stay. Allowed them to have a breakfast versus friends paying $24 elsewhere 2 blocks away. Also parking about one half due to contracting it out across the street. Will definitely stay there in the future. Good Job!
friendly staff, clean bedrooms. central location. easy to get around with scooters.
