This place is just OK....not bad not real good. I would search out the surrounding places and do your due dillegence if you have the time...

Vanessa at the reception desk makes you feel like you have lived in this hotel for years. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is old but for someone who is there just to spend the nights and get busy enjoying what Atlanta has got to offer I see no issues with the interior being outdated for the price/location.

I was in town for my sister's funeral. The staff ask how things went slat the funeral and even made coffee for us beforevwe left the hotel at 5:00 AM the morning of our flight back home.

Rooms were adequate and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. There was actually hot food available. Parking is a bit of a pain since this hotel does not have it's own parking lot. You have to use a nearby parking garage, and have parking validated each time you leave the hotel. Now, there are several restaurants within walking distance, so that made leaving the hotel a little more convenient. Overall, I would recommend and I would use it again.

Needs a major renovation , no Taylor's old, and it looks like I had not had any sort of an update thing for a while, Wi-Fi is horrible

With the heat on full, the room was cold enough to see your breath.m, granted it was 19 degrees outside. The only redeeming factor was the clerk at the seat. Nice lady despite asking me if I would go into the basement to reset the modem as the wifi went down constantly. I was asked for money by a bum right outside the lobby door. The parking garage was scary. I wouldn't have my girlfriend go to the car by herself. But hey,ya get what ya pay for.

So when I was looking at hotels I was surprised to find some fairly good deals downtown. For this place I ended up paying about $125/night with tax. I was going to stay at the Hilton for $150/night but figured I would be cheap and save $50 plus the parking cost was almost move $15/day vs $25/day. Well trying to save $70 wasn't worth it. Got in rather late for check in at 11pm and they were doing shift change so I can understand it was a little busy. The parking garage was locked so I they told me they would give me the key and I could unlock it and park my car. I get up to the room and it is extremely dated. The king size bed had an impression in the mattress like it needed to be turned or replace. There was no mini fridge in the rooms. The bathroom was also very old with a terrible shower( no water pressure). The worst part was the heater in the room didn't work. So I called down the desk asking if I could get extra blankets. They told me that they didn't have any more staff so I would have to come to the desk and get my own blanket. This is a large hotel how do you not have any staff? So the next morning I go down to have the free breakfast. It's terrible. The eggs are watery, no flavor from the sausages, and bad coffee. I don't expect much from a free breakfast but should have been better. I ask the front desk about a late check out and was told to ask the manager, she said he was somewhere in lobby. It should not be my responsibility to look for another employee

The free breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the staff was very helpful if something had run out. Each staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful.

Having read the reviews in advance of booking, I knew not to expect luxury. All I wanted was a convenient place to stay, and that is what I got. I had no complaints.

This hotel is old and in need of renovation. Bathroom was barely adaquate with very little water pressure. Tiles are very dirty and the sink is cracked. The windows were comming out of their frames and opened too wide for an 11th floor location. The day time front desk staff boarded on rude although the night person was very nice. Their was a small fire in the garbage pail that was choking us all at the breakfast area. It was finally put out by the front desk clerk by pouring water into the garbage bag. The help walked around on their sell phones talking away on clearly personal business. A very unprofessionally run establishment, didnt even have luggage tags to identify our bags in storage. Only good thing is the 12 minute walk to the convention center. Otherwise horrible, no security at all.

Great location, amenities, very friendly staff. Overall really well managed and serviced property.

The room was clean and comfortable except the pillows were very small though you got a lot of them you couldn't really stack them. The breakfast was well stocked which I was surprised because we came let and it had been packed earlier. The bathroom ceiling had some water damage it looked like. However, it was short walking distance to the Tabernacle and the Ferris Wheel, and relatively short to World of Coke, the Aquarium, and Hard Rock Cafe. Parking across the street was convenient. I felt safe in the neighborhood even walking back at 2 a.m.

The overall stay was very nice. The staff was excellent and personable and the room was nice size. While in a congested area, I got my money's worth. It was very nice to be only a block away from public transportation and family-oriented sites.

The room's bathroom was crammed, but the room size was ok. You should park in the lot across the street. The hotel has a deal with them. We were told not to park at the lot right next to the hotel, as the hotel staff did not care for the owner of the lot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful ... will go back on our next trip

needed to find a room at the last minute in Atlanta. Was pleased to find a room in a good location at a very reasonable price. Both check-in staff and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

Least expensive hotel in the area. Not as bad as what some of the other reviews say. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be in that part of Atlanta.

Just what i needed! great public transportation connections.

The hotel was a little rundown but was priced accordingly. Staff was great and very friendly, hotel room was clean. Location wasnt in the cleanest part of downtown but was very close to a lot of tourist spots (centennial park, world of coca-cola, Georgia aquarium etc). If looking to save some money this hotel is a good choice.

Very friendly waitstaff. Nice breakfast. Clean. Best location 4 all the downtown attractions.
