There is the very nice staff and there is a lady with the attitude of the indian colonial government. Covid gives the excuse to not clean, no renewal of amenities and no emptying of wasre basket or even pickup of waste from the corridor. Continental breakfast is a paper bag with a packet of instant oats, nut bar , youghurt and orange juice all of very high sugar content. Every time i battled with the door lick to get into the room. A place to forget asap

I didn't appreciate the fact that they didn't inform me that all house cleaning services were suspended and that I would have to service my own room! They said due to Covid they can't go in the rooms...really! They should be keeping things cleaner and vs not cleaning at all! I stayed for three days with no housekeeping. They wouldn't even bring up fresh towels or linens. I had to go down to get it! This something that they need to tell people before they book! The customer service was none existed very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay at a Marriott again.

Everything. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Hated the parking situation. I get it it's downtown so the price is higher but this hotel is not worth $300+ a night. Just my opinion

The room I stayed in was updated but worn. Hole in carpet etc. the gentleman who checked us in was wonderful.

Nice, comfortable hotel suite with amazing main mattress and convenient kitchenette. The only downside was the fold out couch’s mattress, which was uncomfortable and noisy. Would recommend personal air mattress for additional guests.

Animal hair every where and shower didn't work the TV in the master bedroom didn't work

Nice one bedroom suite for my wife and two young kids. The included breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the staff did a good job keeping it that way. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only drawbacks were that the rooms could use some updating, bare spots on carpets, loud AC unit, toilet loud when flushing and not always flushing completely.

Great Experience! arrived very early and front desk was able to check me in to my room (life saver!) Room was very cute! For just me, i had plenty of room with the bed, sofa and even a kitchenette. The bathroom had a nice vanity and the showers were a simple tub style. Also the free morning breakfast was really good. I would def come back here!

Very nice hotel conveniently locate to every thing in Midtown

The staff simply could not get it right. They charged my credit card three times for the same room, almost $1000 in charges! I paid when I checked in, and then they charged me again after the first night, and a third time after the second night. Unacceptable. When I called to get them taken off I literally sat on hold for 20 minutes and even then it was an absolute struggle to find someone who could actually do something about it. The facilities were fine, but the breakfast was gross and stale.
