The staff were friendly. My room was large with a balcony. Everything was clean. The room was super cold upon arrival and it took some time to heat and maintain a comfortable temperature. Valet parking was $55 and an incidental fee of $75.

Me and my family literally stay at this hotel every time we visit Atlanta I just booked a trip this weekend. This is probably My 8th to 10th time staying here. We love that. It’s across the street from the mall. It has so many food options around and the staff and hotel rooms are always immaculate.

The night audit person refused to honor my reservation and called security on me for simply trying to check in! It was insane and i videoed her spazing out! I made the reservation online at 215am. At 245 she told me that they should have never allowed me to make the reservation. When i troed to show her the reservation confirmation she yelled "im not dealing with you, security!" It was really bizarre. I was in from oot and at nearly 3oclock in the morning they sent me walking, with my luggage and no place to go. And mind you, i had alreadypaid for my stay online. Nightmare! She shouldnt have a job!
