Tub not draining during shower, window shade didn’t come down so all the light from front of building and business across the street lit up my room all night. I could clearly see thru the curtain into the building across the street everything they were doing so I know they could see me too. I also asked for a wake up call THAT NEVER CAME. I could have missed my flight.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. It was conveniently located to everything and not far from major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay and the pool is small but we would definitely stay here again.

Accommodated early check in after my flight which was a super plus for my tired family. o Overflow parking was a convenience considering we came late every night. Staff was friendly and courteous. I gave it a 4 because there was an unusual smell in the room I had to buy Febreeze to eliminate the stale smell. It went away quickly after I sprayed the room and unfortunately I had to do that daily in the room. If it had no smell or pleasant light clean smelling scent it would have been a 5.
