Stayed here for the weekend - king room on the 12th floor. Plenty of walking space. There was a chaise lounge by the window and long desk/table under the TV with two backed stools. King bed was comfortable and we liked the down comforter.
GOOD: spacious king room, iron/board, two robes, two pairs of slippers, Nespresso (original line), amazingly roomy shower with bench and toiletries, lots of bathroom storage and light.
Nice location. Short walk to lots of restaurants, grocery, and parks/sights. We walked to lunch and ended up at the Pride Parade and spent the afternoon watching it and walking around the festival. High Museum is across the street.
The staff is super friendly. Husband said “the White lady who checked us in” helped him at least 3 times and was always incredibly nice. (Room 1220 on 10/10 to narrow that staff member down lol.)
TO IMPROVE: The fridge cooler drawer was broken so we used it as a clothes drawer. A dorm fridge was already waiting for us inside the room but it was by the door which got in the way when leaving, but otherwise it was no big deal. The tv remote acted sassy. Not sure if there is room service. If so, it’s not marketed well. Valet, while very quick and easy, is very pricey - $60/night I think. Valet staff never said hello or welcome, but they weren’t rude either.
Overall nice time and the price was affordable. Would stay here or other Canopys again.
