Night time it’s scary
The property was ok, but the neighbors next door had a dog that was constantly barking at 2am. I called the front desk and no one answered. The coffee that is served in the lobby is mostly water. I will not be staying there again.
It was nice and quiet and the staff was friendly and accommodating
If I could rate this -0 I would. The hotel staff has no personality unless they are being sarcastic. The rooms smell, the kitchen is outdated with no utensils whatsoever. There is no room service. If you need a fresh towel you must take back the one in your room. If you need a fork you must wait 3-5 minutes before someone come to the front desk to get it out of another room. The bed makes you feel dirty. It was the worst experience I've ever had at an hotel. I booked through a 3rd party and there were a no refund policy so I stayed 2 nights. I went to Walmart and purchased a comforter and lysol. Don't even think of using the microwave. Oh they do not have an ice machine in the entire building we were directed to use the ice trays in the freezer. One last thing they don't freshen your room at all.
In a nice looking area, however, the interior looks old but functional for the price paid. A 2 pillows only policy appears to be in place but they'll provide anything else if asked (blanket and/bedspread). The staff was overall courteous and responsive.
Positive-property in a good location. Negative-This property needs to be Updated and cleaned throughout! The office lobby picture is a welcome mat stating "Welcome." The picture of the mat is better than the mats at the two entry exit doors to the lobby, worn, dusty, dated they should have just put the picture of the welcome mat on the floors. Noisy hallways, microwave was from the 80's frig made loud noises like a car motor, hallways dirty and smelly. Dirty walls as soon as you step foot in the lobby, food stains in the frig and corner of frig when opened, thia hotel should be a pet hotel. I will Never ever stay in those conditions again it was loke a flop house, an upgrade from a shelter. The price draws you in but, for $20 more you can be comfortable and get the admenties of having a peace of mind. I booked reservations through third party and didnt arrive until after 7:30pm if arrived earlier and waant tired from all day travel, I would have demanded a transfer or refund. Im all about saving money and can tolerate alot but...have a peace of mind out of town is definatly not staying at this hotel.
Good area, courteous staff and Service,swimming pool
There were mold in the shower and on the toilet paper holder. There was a really bad smell in the room. The “fitness center” had three machines. A stationary bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill. The elliptical monitor was not secure and nearly fell off when I was on it. Rather than call it a “fitness center”, it should be called a cardio room and not trick patrons into thinking there might be weights. Other than that, it the hotel was situated in a nice neighborhood. It was close enough to the freeway and away from a traffic noise.
The person checking me in was pleasant. I arrived late and would be departing early. I was disappointed to see there is no coffee in room. There also was no blow-dryer. Coffee is not a given. I certainly expected the room to be equiped with a blow-dryer.
I needed an economical place to stay in Atlanta for 6 days. For the price I paid, about $70 per night , I thought it was a good price. Its very basic. Coffee and granola bars in the morning, sometimes packaged muffins. The staff was friendly and efficient I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. There is a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove so you can bring in your own supplies.
No pillows or towels due to being booked up but never the less it was somewhere to lay my head
Simply terrible. This hotel has a long way to go idiot AC is not working. Don’t want to complain
Fitted sheets didn’t fit. Bed frame somehow didn’t collapse. Security doors didn’t all work.
The front desk personnel were all A+.Treated me like they really cared
Cool vibe in and around the hotel. I havent used the free internet or ate breakfast yet, but that is great that they have that!
