I have to search for the front desk person to be able to check in. Sparking microwave fire potential.very dirty all over. No housekeeping and charges to get trash out of the room. Clogged plumbing. Fire in hotel and being disabled unable to get out and trying to reach front desk for help out during the fire no response to their emergency number. Phone and tv don't work most of the time. No breakfast served as being advertised. The ad for the hotel is opposite to what you get.
The room i had was supposedly a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. Luckily i travel with a can of Febreeze when i stay in hotels. The room itself was great and after a good Febreezing i was okay for the one night i was there.
When I arrived to check in, I was informed the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for me. I am not happy with orbitz or the property for not informing me of this situation. I had to scramble to find other accommodations and I incurred additional expenses as a result.
Property was relatively quiet. Very close to food and shopping. But very out dated and linen seem questionable.

Clean property. Good location for attractions and restaurants. Grab and go breakfast was bit disappointing as only had coffee and snack bar.
The room smelled of urine. Tub and bathroom floor was dirty. tub faucet was leaky, annoyingly so. Only two towels! Bed was not comfortable. Alot of good TV channels. Breakfast was scarce. Wouldn't return.
The property was in an excellent location, very clean, friendly staff very accommodating we would definitely stay there again
The over all stay was nice, initially the room they gave me the tub was stopped up so I had to be moved and once that happened the stay went well.
Dirty hotel, not much grass for dogs,always had people sitting and talking with girls at front desk when went down to ask a question? Lots of stains on carpets in rooms, old

So I incountered 3 staff members the first one was aweful he was rude and just wasn’t polite the next two we awesome and made you I feel welcomed. I ended up have to shake off the mattress my daughter was sleeping on because it was dirty and we went to get in the pool and it was dirty as well. The hotel has walls that were broken and it smelled funny. For the price I guess it’s what you expected.
