Check-in was terrible-staff could not find an available room. I did NOT get the room I reserved. The room had a foul odor. There was a comb laying in the floor-concerning me about cleanliness. The next day we were gone approximately 9 hours-during which time our room was not touched. Upon returning I called the front desk to inquire about the situation. I told them I would be leaving again within the hour and they could come then. I was told they quit at 5!! It was already 6 and I told them that! They did come and clean that evening. The location is good.

This hotel is conveniently located in Buckhead. However the bathroom is way too small, it doesn't even have a tub, only a shower. The closet was way too small as well...almost getting me claustrophobia. Other than that, the hotel staff is very nice and there is convenient parking on site, but I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Ok actually the room was nicer than I had expected.

The hotel was much better than certain reviews described. The hotel personnel were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and asked two or three times if there was anything I needed to improve my stay (not too little/not too much), and was willing to stop and help. Also, the parking was a great deal, especially for this area.

We were initially put in a room that had a very large clump of hair in the tub, broken refrigerator and non working phones. We were then moved to a room that had a half bottle of shampoo and paper under the couch. At this point we were paranoid that even the beds might be unclean and couldn't fully relax.

This hotel is a very good value for the price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver was delightful. And they offer a complimentary breakfast, as well as, complimentary parking which is rare in Atlanta!

great location, it's an old hotel with a face lift...not a great surgeon. breakfast was above par and it was very nice not to have to pay for parking. The free wifi was fine but security may be an issue. The bed was old and the sheets were not soft... Overall just OK.

Will definitely stay at this hotel again! Great staff, wonderful breakfast and the room was very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

This hotel was just what I needed for an evening in Buckhead. Even if you plan to spend most of your day and night away from the hotel, it is good to know that all of the basics are covered when you return. Perfect location for tastes, sounds, and sights of Buckhead, and at a good value.

The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hot breakfast is also a plus.

We loved our stay at Hyatt Atlanta. Great location, very safe and a lot to do within walking distance. Hotel was not luxury but very nice. Denisha the girl at the front desk Made the stay superior. She was extremely warm and friendly and when she found out it was our anniversary made a big deal and brought wine and dessert up to our room. Great stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The manager was delightfully engaged. The staff who clean the rooms were very polite and attentive. Upon check in I was very pleased to note my room location was not stated, instead my room number was discretely handed to me written on the room keycard folder. Please continue to follow the same level of discretion when having items charged to the room.

The Hotel met all of our expectations, close to family, shopping and restaurants. The staff were so pleasant, the breakfast was good, hot, plentiful & fresh daily.

Everything was perfect! Amazing location, staff, service

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and the atmosphere is comfortable. There was a manager present and visable on most occasions. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Yes great location in buckhead near my old college. Easy to get to from airport. Free parking and safe. Nice staff.

Was a very nice and beautiful hotel! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed that hotel was in walking distance from stores and dining. The free breakfast at the hotel was fairly good and nice that the hotel has 24/7 dining with a great selection of food on their menu. Nice that a brewery is right next door as well.

Staff were friendly and location good. Very clean and worth the money.

I stayed here for a concert nearby. It was very nice, the room was a good size and very clean. The staff was a bit busy, so it was hard to get their attention. The free breakfast wasn't that good, could have been better. The snacks in the lobby were pretty expensive, but nice to have when you need a quick meal. I had dinner at the bar next to the hotel, very nice! If you're hungry I would suggest that you eat there, rather than spend a lot at the hotel food. More for your money. Overall very Nice stay!
