The staff were friendly and helpful. Our first room we were given was still dirty( mistakes happen and we were given another room quickly). The second room smelled musty, finding out the air conditioning was leaking onto the carpet constantly. Lobby was nice and breakfast was decent but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms needs so serious attention.

Staff was the highlight of the trio. They were super helpful with various issues that arose. Breakfast was not great. Overcooked eggs and oatmeal that both were very dry. Hotel could use a refresh. Tears in rug in hallway, carpet in room was dirty/burn marks. Mold in shower track, dust on room divider, light scones, dirty/stained curtains. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking garage elevator was not the best. Would “stick” before opening. Room faced towards garage/restaurant and there was a lot of noise at night.
