Solid choice for price and convenience!
We really liked how the room was laid out. When we checked out, the lady at the desk was fabulous! I cannot remember her name, but she was very friendly and was genuinely happy to help us. She was GREAT!
Not happy with the overall cleanliness of the room, carpet had a lot dirty spots and moldy smell. We were not able to go in the pool because looked dirty and water looks cloudy.
Overall I loved my stay. I wished they had a laundry room.
There was a $150 deposit that was never mentioned. They took 2 weeks to return that money to my card. The room was filthy and $40 parking fee every time you parked in the garage

Good location. Toilet ran continually. Required credit card payment for "possible additional expenses" which was not immediately refunded at checkout. They should not have posted any payment.
The bed mattress in Rm #415 was horrible! Sagged on one side and hard as a rock on the other!! Not a good nights sleep :(
Concierge were helpful. The room was great. Housekeeping is only after the Third day. Not much ammenities in room or lounge

Joey was very Mean and rude. He didn’t let us check in. He made us wait a hour. He did we had to wait til 5 am. Then he said he didn’t see my room. Then he said I only had one room. His attitude was terrible
We stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping although we requested it 3 times!! The parking was nice.
