In my stay at the wynn I was so... happy couldn't believe how nice it is.

Very impressive, the hotel decor was amazing. The staff was consistently surberb. The chamber maid was very engaging and helpful. The room comfort was above our expectations. Loved the control panel to make the room comfortable.

Would have been pefect if there was a coffee maker in the room. But overall, great hotel. Buffet was excellent. Less smoke on casino floor than others.

I came to Las Vegas for a medical procedure. It was important that i have good comfort before and after and the Wynn provided all of that comfort and more. I was very impressed.

The hotel itself is beautiful and huge. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Everything was clean and looked very presentable. However, the staff absolutely ruined the experience. I went there to celebrate my birthday and hated every moment spent in the lobby. At first the claim i had no reservation and then it turns out they misspelled my name although it was spelled correctly in my confirmation email. They also constantly have different rules to what you need to have to be able to be in the gambling gaming area. When I presented my passport I was accused that its appearing to be fake and I cant be there although i travel internationally with it. They wasted 2hrs of our time because of issues to do with ID. When I asked for recommendations outside the hotel the staff response is rude " I work here so im not gonna be recommending a place outside understood?" When a lady approached the bell man he put his hand to her face and says "excuse me". They will try to pick an argument over the simplest things. I visited other hotels near by and was always asked for an ID very politely except for wynn. Overall if you plan on spending time in the hotel which i think is something everyone in vegas does then avoid this hotel.

Everything and everyone seem to work in smooth unison. The hotel staff are, across the board, attentive and helpful. The common areas, floors to ceiling, are eye-catching.

Decided to take advantage of the long weekend. The Wynn is beautiful.

Most beautiful decoration, room is big and very clean. I defenitly recommend to friend to stay this place when they go to Las Vegas.

I felt like royalty. Warm and friendly staff beautiful rooms, a bit expensive but worth it.

The Winn was beautiful and luxurious! Just the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

Excellent hotel - best on the strip. Very posh, luxurious & comfortable, with good amenities. Costs more than the average but you get your money’s worth.

I loved this hotel. The decoration and details are beautiful. The room is spacious, great view and high tech. Great buffet. I would say this is a top hotel in Las Vegas. Will defenetly stay there next time.

Everything was amazing and the service was excellent.

They took my bags when I was trying to check in and then my room wasn’t ready for 2.5 hours. When the room was finally ready I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or at the front desk to bring me my bags. Took me another 1.5 hours to finally get my bags and take a shower. Two burgers, fries, a small pie and two sodas, $122 dollars room service. Pretty outrageous.

It was an excellent stay. However, after I got home ,I realized I lost my credit card plastic sleeve, which held photos, cash and cards. I lost it in your casino just before I departed, I reported it and received an ID #6718076 and was told someone will get in contact with me in 48 hours regarding this issue. No one ever did!! I guess that means it was not found? It just put a negative on my visit to the Wynn, which was one of my best times in Vegas..,too bad!

Amazing hotel and staff. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

It was great we were there for my girlfriend birthday and she was blown away as well and we are planning on coming back in the winter.

The breakfast was delicious, but our waiter did not explain that we could have one choice and everything else was extra Toast nor any kind of bread was included with most dishes and juice counted as a choice. Thought it was a bit cheap for a high rated hotel. I had a guest and had to pay over $70.00 for her breakfast. That's too much

The hotel was wonderful! Only problem we had was at check in when the staff tried to downgrade our room to 2 double beds after we already paid for 4 nights king size bed! She stated she could give us 2 double beds or she could put us on a higher floor for 35.00 extra each night! Nothing was said about our original room we paid for until I said something about it.

We stayed here for our wedding and the hotel is amazing. We upgraded our room at check in and we're blown away by how nice the room was. The pool was so nice and was a great place to enjoy the vegas summer heat! We will always stay here when we come back to Vegas
