We enjoyed the character of NY, NY. So much to see and do at this resort. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast at the pool.

All amenities close at hand, easily accessible from your room. Quality restaurants and bars, nothing too overwhelming like so many other local casino hotels.

Great facility just a shame they LIE about room rate. It is not what is quoted as they charge an extra $35/day 'resort' fee. I am a little concerned that additional charges may appear on my credit card given the lack of integrity.

You want to be appreciated and not feel like you are bothering Hotel staff? NyNy is your place. Obviously they have an amazing training program!

Room was smaller than expected..staff not overly helpfull. Stay was just plain jane. Will not stay at hotel again. Had dinner at Gallaghers..not impressed. Service poor, dinner took long time to prepare then was uneatable...very disappointed. Zumanity was excellent. Construction in the area was disappointing and no signage to help maneuver while walking.

Had a wonderful time and the hotel was everything I expected. The staff was very friendly and outgoing

We enjoyed our vacation in Las Vegas! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We appreciate the vegan menu at the Mexican food restaurant. There needs to have non -dairy milk in the America restaurant. It would have been better if there would have been a coffee pot and or a microwave oven. Overall the staying in the casino was great, we enjoyed the music and the piano players. The staff was always helpful and friendly through out the casino and hotel.

Everything was great , was wondering why is no fridge in the room ?

Overall the hotel was pretty basic. Nothing to write home about and nothing to complain about. A bit impersonal and the check in was slow. Very big and a lot going on there, maybe that is just the way it is in Las Vegas. All business no real personal interaction with the hotel staff except in the restaurants. I got there early and the clerk at registration told me there were no rooms available but I could upgrade. First she said $10 for the upgrade then I agreed and all of a sudden it was $15 a night extra. I said how long a wait and all of a sudden there was a room available. Not sure what that was about but that was my only real complaint. Otherwise it was a good stay, a lot of food choices in the lobby area.

My husband and I liked the all in one concept for the hotel as we had to trade on and off to go play some rounds while the other stayed with the kids in the room. We've stayed a a couple of other sites previously and are just experimenting with finding our go-to hotel for future visits. I hate to have to say it but my husband woke up with a huge cluster of bed bug bites. Other than this, the only other minor complaint I would have is that the pool closed somewhat early, I believe at 8pm, which incidentally was when we arrived so we were disappointed not to be able to go lounge around after driving all day.

Good selection of restaurants, great view of the roller coaster outside our window (20 month old loved it)

Aswome place we had a great time n weather was beautiful, great experience thank you.

Nice hotel. Wish they offered a buffet. Visiting other places on the strip is in walking distance. Gorgeous views from room

Overall ok place to stay. Disappointed some restaurants didn't tell us about the buy one get one deal on meals till the last day. When feeding two growing boys extra food is always good. So is saving a dollar.

Had great experience with all amenities. wood recommend to others

Could have been more comfortable for the price I stayed in the park Avenue room and our friends stayed in a regular room the only difference was the size of the bathroom otherwise I feel it was over priced

Everyone at NYNY was helpful and seemed eager to help. Restaurants were nice, and it has lots of less-expensive places to get smaller meals (e.g., a slice of pizza and soft drink). My room was OK, but it looked 20 years old and the guest rooms could use a little updated, at least fresh paint and drapery. My room overlooked a brick wall, which was disappointing, esp since I booked it back in May and traveled the first week of August, typically a down time for attendance in Vegas.

They had no bath or hand toweks for us for 2 of our three days! We had to use the pool toweks which were thin and scratchy! Then just said they could waive the resort fee!!!!!! Scammed us!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a very nice stay at hotel. Nice staff, good size rooms on new yorker tower. Good size hotel and casino. Several food choices on property. Close to everything on the strip.

NY-NY has Zumanity, lots of excellent places to eat and drink, a fun casino, and great places to hear good music in the evenings. The hotel has easy access to other casinos with restaurants and activities we wanted to visit. Also, it is only about a $12 Uber ride to/from the airport. Give it a try! You will be happy you did.
