You would think for all the money this hotel makes by double pricing and putting a price on everything but the air. Follow standard by other hotels complementary items access to Internet in lobby, bottles of water left in the rooms. Left impression of how cheesy!

We had a great stay recently at NY NY. The front desk staff, bartenders, wait staff at restaurants and maid service were all great. The room was clean and the whole property was well maintained. The casino was not as huge as some others, but it was much more manageable. There were a ton of great food options and we also spent a day by the pool!

Excellente, todo el hotel, muchos lugares para comer.

Friends, spouse, & I had a great time! Fun, pool, & food all in one location.

Not friendly. Hard to find your way around, elevators, rooms. I feel my room is more than 100 meters away from elevators. Charges parking, even you are living in this hotel, explanation is that other hotels will all charge parking, just not yet. I told her that Palazzo charges no fee for parking.

Excelente ubicacion, buen servicio, buenas instalaciones, facil acceso a bus/rail train, buenos restaurantes. Los banos en muy buen estado, limpios y equipados. La habitacion bien pero con muebles viejos, no tan atractiva como muchos otros hoteles.

Good location and nice facility. It's not as fancy as some on the strip, but it's a good value. Pool was pretty crowded, but fun with a DJ and bar. Rooms were clean and roomy (but didn't have a fridge). It also has a few good restaurants.

We came to celebrate my son's 21st Birthday. The room was great and the service was great.

Room windows are small and water spotted. Otherwise everything is acceptable.

The hotel, restaurants and casino were fabulous! We had a lot of fun walking through and observing all the hotel had to offer.

Wonderful experience, staff was on time with service many things were prearranged because it was my wife's birthday that the hotel took notice and interest of by making conscious especially for her.

I brought my son for his 21st birthday. I figured NY, NY would be a the best one for him and it didn't disappoint. It was setup well, a lot of different things within the casino. This is the first time back to Vegas in 14 yrs. The food prices are now insane. You used to be able to eat really cheap and that is no longer the case. So figure on $20-$25 each for breakfast and $40 to $60 (minimum) each for dinner and that does not include drinks. Pop is $3.50 to $9 a glass. I don't drink often so I really don't know the price of liquor. But even water was $4 to $9 a bottle. What I did was walk down to Walgreens or CVS which was only a block away and bought a few bottles of Diet Coke and Water. Then I just filled my glass from that. Those were the same price as here at home. There were only 2 negative's the whole trip. 1) No Mini refrigerator in the room. For that price, there should be a mini fridge and a microwave. 2) the keys would stop working. Then when I had then fix mine, they disabled the other 3 we had and they did not alert me that would happen. This happened several times the last 2 days.

The outside of the hotel on the strip, the casino and common areas were really cool however the room itself and the staff were a disappointment.the room had very cheap towels no coffee maker and only two pillows for a king size bed! The people ot the front desk and room service were polite but the rest of the workers for example the casino waitresses and every person working the various shops and restaurants that we came across just gave off the strong impression that they diddnt want to be there. one girl even refused to speak when I very nicely asked the question " will you be making any more pretzels tonight's?" It was 10:30 in the evening and they diddnt close until 1:00am she just stared at me and shook her head. The place wasn't horrible but just not the level hospitality that I expected from a place a planned to spend a lot of money. I am not a high maintenance guest by a long shot and many of these people made me feel like I was bothering them every time I had to talk to them to get a drink or Pick up some dinner. IMO try another hotel

I like the hotel which is near everything from restaurants, arcade for the kids and walking distance to T-mobile arena. I like their parking card too because you can park at all their MGM resort properties in the Strip while you discover other restaurants, bars or nightclubs in the area.

To start the price was an extra 102 dollars for parking and fees. The staff seem more interested in wiping down the bar then serving a customer. 2 drinks were 24 dollars.

It was very convenient to use the self check out instead of waiting on a long line, also it was inconvenient cause I couldn't use the spa there was a big group of people hanging out for a long time drinking alcohol, one of the guys was even naked, but other than that everything was awesome.

We stayed in the Century tower and the room was a decent size but old and outdated. The air conditioning was either too cold or too warm, which was very uncomfortable at night. The water in the bathroom sink had the same issue. The air conditioner also caused us to have allergies. The bed was uncomfortable with inadequate bedding. Overall very disappointed with our stay and won't be booking here again.

Loved the staff and hotel. Something they don't tell you right away is that the parking fee includes all resorts for MGM grand so you can park here. MGM bellagio aria and a lot more with your room card Something I would've liked is to get a total all together. I only had my orbitz confirmation and what the hotel charged extra but would like to see a final before waiting to see if it matches on my bank account. That's it other than that it was a great experience

We enjoyed our stay! Various sites to enjoy in the lobby! Convient to locations of interest.

Great place to stay! Buy if your a coca cola person, be sure to buy some at a CVS or Walgreens on the strip. Most all of the places we went to serve Pepsi on the strip. Atmosphere is fun and entertaining - we walked through some of the other hotels and by far NYNY was my favorite!
