I brought my son for his 21st birthday. I figured NY, NY would be a the best one for him and it didn't disappoint. It was setup well, a lot of different things within the casino. This is the first time back to Vegas in 14 yrs. The food prices are now insane. You used to be able to eat really cheap and that is no longer the case. So figure on $20-$25 each for breakfast and $40 to $60 (minimum) each for dinner and that does not include drinks. Pop is $3.50 to $9 a glass. I don't drink often so I really don't know the price of liquor. But even water was $4 to $9 a bottle. What I did was walk down to Walgreens or CVS which was only a block away and bought a few bottles of Diet Coke and Water. Then I just filled my glass from that. Those were the same price as here at home. There were only 2 negative's the whole trip. 1) No Mini refrigerator in the room. For that price, there should be a mini fridge and a microwave. 2) the keys would stop working. Then when I had then fix mine, they disabled the other 3 we had and they did not alert me that would happen. This happened several times the last 2 days.

The outside of the hotel on the strip, the casino and common areas were really cool however the room itself and the staff were a disappointment.the room had very cheap towels no coffee maker and only two pillows for a king size bed! The people ot the front desk and room service were polite but the rest of the workers for example the casino waitresses and every person working the various shops and restaurants that we came across just gave off the strong impression that they diddnt want to be there. one girl even refused to speak when I very nicely asked the question " will you be making any more pretzels tonight's?" It was 10:30 in the evening and they diddnt close until 1:00am she just stared at me and shook her head. The place wasn't horrible but just not the level hospitality that I expected from a place a planned to spend a lot of money. I am not a high maintenance guest by a long shot and many of these people made me feel like I was bothering them every time I had to talk to them to get a drink or Pick up some dinner. IMO try another hotel

I like the hotel which is near everything from restaurants, arcade for the kids and walking distance to T-mobile arena. I like their parking card too because you can park at all their MGM resort properties in the Strip while you discover other restaurants, bars or nightclubs in the area.

To start the price was an extra 102 dollars for parking and fees. The staff seem more interested in wiping down the bar then serving a customer. 2 drinks were 24 dollars.

It was very convenient to use the self check out instead of waiting on a long line, also it was inconvenient cause I couldn't use the spa there was a big group of people hanging out for a long time drinking alcohol, one of the guys was even naked, but other than that everything was awesome.

We stayed in the Century tower and the room was a decent size but old and outdated. The air conditioning was either too cold or too warm, which was very uncomfortable at night. The water in the bathroom sink had the same issue. The air conditioner also caused us to have allergies. The bed was uncomfortable with inadequate bedding. Overall very disappointed with our stay and won't be booking here again.

Loved the staff and hotel. Something they don't tell you right away is that the parking fee includes all resorts for MGM grand so you can park here. MGM bellagio aria and a lot more with your room card Something I would've liked is to get a total all together. I only had my orbitz confirmation and what the hotel charged extra but would like to see a final before waiting to see if it matches on my bank account. That's it other than that it was a great experience

We enjoyed our stay! Various sites to enjoy in the lobby! Convient to locations of interest.

Great place to stay! Buy if your a coca cola person, be sure to buy some at a CVS or Walgreens on the strip. Most all of the places we went to serve Pepsi on the strip. Atmosphere is fun and entertaining - we walked through some of the other hotels and by far NYNY was my favorite!

Enjoyed my stay , very friendly staff, clean rooms, and

I loved to stay in your hotel , it,s close to everything.

Surprised to find no coffee pot, no refrigerator,in the room.

What can you say about NY NY? It's in a covenenient spot to do the strip.

We had a great time there the food was awesome the atmosphere was great the live band outside in the park was really cool and the room service was the best

good location and price is worth. Many food restaurant to choose

Trip with family and friends to see George Strait concern and for relaxation.

The pool was nice. The rooms are a little small and they only give you 2 pillows per bed. The casino and food places are really cool. Tom Urban's just had really really slow service.

Overall, pleasant. Comfortable beds and had a great time at the casino bar-lounge. Piano bar was always packed and lively.

We had multiple family members from around the country meet up at The New York New York to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. We wore matching t-shirts on the day of her birthday which drew attention from the management team who not only took the time to introduce themselves but upgraded our daughters room and provided game cards to be used in the arcade to the children that were not 21. A great experience and a big thank you to the The New York New York for making our celebration just that much better!!

Everything was great, the room size were a little bit deceiving from the pics but overall would stay there again.
