We loved the area and how beautiful the hotel is. Our room was basic and nothing special; however, the staff is so nice and the food is great!

We stayed at NY NY for one primary reason -- the ease of visiting the Nine Fine Irishmen Pub which was, as typical, fine indeed. The food venues were all good, especially Greenberg's Deli. Hotel services were lacking. Our luggage was misplaced for 4 hours and not delivered to our room by the bell staff, and even then not until we complained. The daily "resort fees" charged for basic customer services like self-parking, internet wi-fi, 'access' to the fitness center, etc., are--like much of Las Vegas--a rip-off.

The room was small, the view was terriable, we could hear the rollercoaster by the pool, in our room

I liked the New York theme. I didn’t like that the hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was no microwave or mini fridge in an “upgraded” room.

Just needed more towels

Staff was very friendly. Not property’s fault, but COVID restrictions were terrible, as we were there with a bigger group

New York-New York was an amazing hotel! The decor is fabulous, and the dining options are great! Check in was easy, the staff were super friendly and competent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The escalator to get into the hotel from the parking deck was not exactly suitcase-friendly, but I have seen worse at other LV hotels. My only complaint is that IMHO all rooms regardless of location, should have a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, and this one didn't. But at least there were restaurant and store options where we didn't have to go too far to get coffee, food, or refreshments, even though a lot of it was expectedly fairly pricey. But all in all, I would definitely come back to this property and stay again-- it was an experience!

The amount of restaurants inside the hotel. How diverse it was.

I fill u need more elevator. On the floors cause if someone can not walk that much and dose not have wheelchair it would be hard. Everyone was friendly

Great service, friendly staff. Just the rooms just an OKAY.
