Exact location for all our activities and casino experience loved our stay

hotel was a great option to watch a concert at t-mobile arena

check in was terrific. wish i had gotten her name. room was noisy. squealing in the pipes at odd hours. could hear next room coughing & snoring. information in the room about on site activities are sketchy. for example, i could not find about the pool. called front desk and put on terminal hold. called the spa, hold again. called concierge and got hold but hung on. 12 minutes and endless repetitions of the hold loop, got a live person. asked how to get to the pool and received directions. so. donned my suit and went traipsing through the casino & past restaurants and BAM pool is closed. i guess the concierge did her job providing the specific answer to the question asked but an extra bit of 411 would have been the difference between drone filling space and honest to goodness customer service. and oh, there is an alternate route to the pool that would have been more comfortable than a half naked stroll through the crowded first floor.

For the most part it was a great hotel to stay and a great area to be in. Friday night the hookers did come out to the casino and my husband was approached at 7 am when he got up to gamble. Other than that everything was good. Best pizza ever! BOGO for breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant lunch so you can find some deals. Gambling was fun. Rode the roller coaster - pretty cool but a little jolty. All in all a great place to relax and hang out.

Staying at NY NY was fantastic. The staff is profession, friendly and knowledgeable. This id definitely our preferred place to stay when we visit Vegas.

I visited Vegas to attend the AdobeMAX creative conference. The New York Resort staff was professional, pleasant and quite helpful. The check in process was smooth and I was statisfied with my room. The facilities need a few updates however there was subtle antique feel to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants including Shake Shack that are open pretty late, the T-Mobile Area is a 2 minute walk and the Cirque du Soleil Zumanity Show is on the premises. You also have direct access to the strip which is very active.

Decent stay. Acceptable food. 2-3 stars. Little gal at the beerhaus was a rude nasty person. As much as I would have liked to spend more time with their brews, I would not put up with her poor attitude.

Ok so my room wasn't ready because I requested a king bed and I was advised that the room I selected offered what was available instead. I voiced my concerns and was upgraded to a King bedroom, however it wasn't ready until well after 5:30 and I had to complain in order to be checked in at that point. I found a used sheet on the bed with dried up Blood it washed and then re-used that was awful. It's a decent hotel and it's located in a great spot, accessible to the strip. I would recommend it.

Obviously, the theme of the hotel is awesome (and my son loved the roller coaster). But...our room was Ramada-esque. The bathroom especially was in need an update. Linens and towels were worn (and a couple towels were stained). I've stayed in several hotels on the strip, and this was my least favorite (so far).

The rooms are super tiny. The beds are old and should be replaced. The rooms are dirty. Don't even tell me what was on that upholstery. The staff does not care about you. But the casino is great and the restaurants are also. Great value but not a 4 star property.

Hotel restaurants are very nice , the hotel is very alive you can find all kinds of entertainment there , close to all shopping , location is perfect .

Great location and the hotel staff did a great job taken care of our requests.

When getting in to our floor it smelt of smoke. Someone was smoking in their room and we did not like that

We had fun enjoyed the amenities such as the pool gambling and dining. The room was nice size. We would stay there again if we visit Vegas again.

The bathroom was kind of dirty and our room was right next to the roller coaster so it sounded like it was in the room. The room was small. If you are not planning on spending much time in the room then it is ok.

We enjoyed the character of NY, NY. So much to see and do at this resort. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast at the pool.

All amenities close at hand, easily accessible from your room. Quality restaurants and bars, nothing too overwhelming like so many other local casino hotels.

Great facility just a shame they LIE about room rate. It is not what is quoted as they charge an extra $35/day 'resort' fee. I am a little concerned that additional charges may appear on my credit card given the lack of integrity.

You want to be appreciated and not feel like you are bothering Hotel staff? NyNy is your place. Obviously they have an amazing training program!

Room was smaller than expected..staff not overly helpfull. Stay was just plain jane. Will not stay at hotel again. Had dinner at Gallaghers..not impressed. Service poor, dinner took long time to prepare then was uneatable...very disappointed. Zumanity was excellent. Construction in the area was disappointing and no signage to help maneuver while walking.
