NewYork NewYork is a very clean Hotel that is centrally located on the strip with the ease to visit many shows, shopping, and entertainment.

From the moment I entered the hotel to the time I left, there wasn't anything that didn't meet my expectations. From the staff, to the room, to the pool and even the restaurants! I had a great time and will stay at the NYNY my next trip to Las Vegas

The room was tired and the bathroom was out of date with sliding glass doors on the tub. There were room service items on the floor and the safe was locked when I got there and I couldn't get the staff to come up to take care of either issue. Every purchase I made I was required to show a photo ID... something I have never had to do at the Aria, Ceasers, or the Westin. It was just so-so

Convenient location and very spacious rooms. I wish their online check in worked.

I THINK BATHROOMS COULD BE REMODELED. BETTER SHOWER AND TUBS. OTHERWISE OK.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. You have definitely got to walk around the property there is so much to do! There is a game room upstairs that we didn't find until our last day! They have a good size casino.

Had a great time. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Had a great quiet stay and came home with a little money in our pockets!

nice hotel is my second stay in this hotel. good restaurant. clean and nice atention. near the bus stop at the strip.

It was a fun place to stay! It was pur first visit to Vegas and Ny Ny didn't disappoint. Pleanty of things to do right at the hotel. Zumanity is a cant miss!

It was very good experience like the environment of the hotel. But some bar you go to look like the staff did not want to be there. so the service was bad. So we went to another bar.

Housekeeping was only given to our room once in our whole weekend stay, other than that, the hotel would be good.

Hotel room is good and clean. Staff is very rude and they don't even care about you. You have have to give the TIP at least more than 40 dollars other wise they will harass you.

Its located at a prime location which is very convenient on spending time more on strip. Could hit on the strip roads any time and have fun. Room is okay type for 4 which doesn't contains a freezer and the coffee vessel. Hot water costs $11 which is nothing but a robbery. Also parking costs 20 bucks for Valet and 12 bucks for self parking. Better the hotel could revisit these kinda things for all the customers. Hope they care only on casino development. Overall customer service must be improved !!!!

It was a bit more crowded than some of the other hotels.

Wonderful food places. Great breakfasts at Chin-Chin. Burger place was awesome. We will stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

It is listed in the fine print but after thinking my hotel stay was paid for I found out I still owed $200. Nice hotel but be aware of this pricing issue.

Todo estuvo muy bien lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio de limpieza muy mal

Ambiance great; clean room; no refrigerator. Would come back again.

Charged Resort fees when checked in + parking fee per day... Plus the meanly, no winner slot machines and the over priced feeds (sorry I should say food). what else do you expect? Suggestion: put a meter on your toilets and charge your guests based on per....

Did not like this hotel at all. We upgraded to an updated room and it was horrible. I can't imagine what the non updated rooms looked like. It was not updated at all, carpet was gross, bathroom was old and unclean, and bed wasn't comfortable. Glad it was just one night and an early morning flight, otherwise I would've changed hotels.
