Everyone was friendly and helpful. My first time in Vegas, the hotel answered questions about the strip and best way to get to the airport. The food was excellent.

Nice location. Comfort room . will stay again . pool was very crowded.

Same options available as others on the strip. Uber and Lyft locations are a challenge to access.

I was confused about the wide range of ratings given this hotel and now I know why. TI is a very mixed bag with a lot of positives but some negatives and whether I would recommend this hotel to someone else would depend on what they considered important in a hotel on the strip in Las Vegas. The location is excellent; close to Caesar's Palace, Mirage, etc. The room itself was excellent, air conditioning superb, bed very comfortable. Shower was also excellent, good water flow and plenty of hot water. We could not hear the tv, talking, etc. of our neighbors. We were given room 29-072, which afforded a view of the strip, although we didn't pay for a strip view. The negative of TI, which may be significant to others, is that the food was underwhelming at best, overpriced and poor service at worst. We ate in the Coffee Shop, which was a bizarre experience. The restaurant was 1/3 full, yet we waited significant time to get a waiter to take our order and even longer to get our food. We were told this was because there was a large group that came in before we arrived, and then they pointed out the table of 8! that held everything up. A table of 8 created a large backlog? No one would look us in the eye while we were there -- I can't describe the atmosphere except it was very odd. The food was prepared well enough/high priced We had a coupon for the seafood restaurant so we decided to use it--the service was good there but the food was of fast food quality but definitely high priced.

Great hotel good breakfast Starbucks inside was awesome

Declined Orbitz VIP perks. Which was on of the reasons booking this hotel

Una excelente estancia nos regalaron una botella de champán el cuarto muy limpio perfecto para mi pareja y yo

Very bad experience with the staff No smiles Not friendly Look like they’re not happy with their jobs :-(

Very nice environment. Room very comfortable and clean.

We did the early check in option, which was fast and easy. We followed the signs to the elevators, where we were met with chaos. The location of the elevators to the hotel rooms are off a main and very busy walkway, where a staff member was checking room keys (which is great for security purposes). But, it causes a quagmire of traffic of casino patrons and hotel guests, especially when folks are transporting their luggage. The rooms are ok, at best. They are in definite need of upgrading, as there were obvious signs of extreme wear and tear from the paint chipping off the walls and molding, the sink leaking, the bed linens were frayed and grungy, the bed pillows were very small and the filling was so worn and flat that we had to request more pillows ( max of 4 more, which helped very minimally). The comforter was so thin, I thought it was a 2nd sheet. We went to Senor Frogs in the casino for dinner, which was anticipated because of another we'd eaten at in Hawaii. The food was ok and the service was less than desirable with our waitress forgetting many things. The casino floor with slots was ok, though restroom facilities were so few and far between to walk to. The uber pick up and drop off areas worked good. The pool was fun with a DJ spinning tunes. The pool bartendar charged my card for 2 drinks I didn't purchase, which I had to stand there and wait forever as he had to get a manager to help him reverse the charges. Mystere was amazing and the theatre was great.

Was a great experience!! Hotel was friendly so was everyone else !!

Location of hotel is okay, had the option to book a king or 2 queens upon arrival. A week before my trip I called to request 2 queens Just to have my party arrive and have them tell me the 2 queen bed rooms were already full. Hotel buffet was closed and didn’t care for the hotel nor staff.

The suite was very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed late checkout.

RESORT FEE IS TOO HIGH. OTHER PLACES don't have a fee. wont stay again

Clean facilities and staff very nice. Pool was small and crowded with kids. Would be nice to have adults only pool that stays open longer.

This was my first time staying at Treasure Island Hotel and was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was still in good condition considering the amount of business this hotel receives. Nice job keeping up with renovating the property from time to time.

Did not have my reservation from Orbitz. Took 45 minutes to check in and pay again.

Nice hotel would be better if it had free breakfast.
