This was my second time staying at TI and it was absolutely amazing!!! The food, drinks, atmosphere...you have everything you need in one location!!!

Due to flight cancellations we needed a last minute room in Las Vegas. I found a wonderful rate at T.I. (not so wonderful when you add in the resort fee!). The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. Did not have a chance to eat at any of the restaurants, only a cup of coffee at the convenient Starbucks. The lobby and casino were sadly quite smoky. Staff helpful and professional and we were glad we stayed at TI.

I wish it were more kid friendly. Otherwise everything was to be as expected. I forgot to place my chips (over 1k worth) in the safe. When I got back. My room was cleaned and absolutely no chips missing. All present and accounted for. I was so relieved I looked for the housekeeper to give her a great tip for her honesty. Perhaps more oversight over retail shops. The Avenger store was very disappointing. They should be held to TI standards of meeting expectations. Offering masks. Stuffed characters, kid costumes or many other items that could have made it more worthwhile.

This place is a dump and has not been updated since the early 90s. I would not go back or recomend.

The pool areas were nicer than that a lot of the other casinos we have stayed at. The pool bar is limited and relatively expensive. The rest of the casino was better than most. We could not use the tram to the Mirage as it has been broker for months, which would have helped us a lot.

Location was great! Staff was very helpful! Rooms are very clean and easy to get to. Food at the sea food schack was very good must try the calamari it was very good!

Location on the strip was perfect. Being able to grab snacks and toiletries at the CVS without having to leave the hotel is a nice bonus. Dealers were friendly, desk staff were pleasant and quick with check in and out.

Overall, we had a good time.' However, a few things to consider. 1) The hotel rooms look dated. 2) Not enough power outlets for chargers (phone/devices). 3) TV did not work properly.

Felt good to have a security guard check for keys on the elevators. Didn’t like The whole free parking space since am sure there’s people who take advantage of that who don’t even stay there

The hotel room was spacious with an awesome view. Guest services was attentive. The wedding chapels are beautiful. The only spot was Pho - Vietnamese. The pho was awful and an expensive waste of money.

Security at the elevator was good made me feel safer

small pool not room for kids with drinking atmosphere with a lot of adults around.

We paid for a king room. Arrived and checked in and was told that all King rooms were sold out. Weird, because I paid for a king room, but whatever. Got a room with 2 queen beds. There was duct tape on the window. The pillows felt like they were pillow cases full of rocks. Bad view. The next day we went down and got switched to a king room on a different floor. While switching, the staff didn’t seem to care either way, was not apologetic. Just switched the rooms and sent us on our way. The second room, a king bed room, had some weird advertisement sticker across the window so again, bag view. The pillows and bed were exceptionally better than the queen bed room.

No likes other than location and view. The bed was junk. They had no other king beds available. They offered two queens. I’m 6’8. With a wife. So we kept our room. Both came home with bad backs. Spent a lot of money to get really a super 8 stay. We won’t go back.
