TI - Treasure Island Hotel and Casino

Everything was ok. But first day we checked in and left. Came back room smelled like some one pooped in toilet and didn't flush. We then noticed sinks and tub backed up. Call front desk and they sent someone up. The guy ended leaving dirty plunger on sink next to our toothbrushes. Really? Other then that we liked T.I.

Easy check-in, FREE parking, both self and valet (long wait times), but within easy walking distance to Wynn, Venetian, Mirage, Caesar's, etc.

We really enjoyed just had a small issue but it was taken care upon request other than that it was pleasurable

We were pleased with our stay at Treasure Island, but really disappointed they don't do the pirate show any longer and there wasn't more "piratey" themed amenities. Check In and out was a breeze, most staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful and we liked where it was located on the strip. Navigating inside and outside was simple. We did not like any of the restaurant offerings and never once ate at TI (everything was way overpriced and we received a better deal and more enjoyable options across the street at The Venetian) since all they had was Señor Frogs, Gilley's, a hot dog place, over-priced pizza, a steakhouse, Vietnamese food, an expensive buffet. We had a better pick of restaurants across the street and a short walk down the strip at much more reasonable prices- even on buffets. The rooms were neat and clean, comfortable and cozy. We liked getting around with the Lyft app and TI's rideshare and transport pick up/drop off area was much better than the other casinos. We did not do any shows because we weren't interested in what they offered, but getting to other casinos to see what we enjoyed was simple (Penn & Teller and Blue Man Group). While hotel staff was friendly, the dealers at the gaming area were NOT. We like to play Pai Gow and the team TI has at this table game are arrogant and ill-tempered, Annette, in particular. Go to Binions at Freemont for friendlier dealers at any table game.TI table game dealers in general were mainly rude, but overall nice stay.

This is my 4th stay at this resort. I noticed a big difference in the resort snd the type of clientele it attracts. My floor had an odor of garbage every day I was there. The food at the breakfast buffet was noware near as good as the Wynn. The mandatory resort fee was ridiculous. Needless to say this hotel can't keep up in quality compared to the newer hotels. I will not return to TI

I have stayed here several times on trips to Vegas, and though it has some age, TI is still a high quality hotel that is fun and still has a 5 dollar table from time to time.

The hotel was wonderful, clean comfortable and the staff was great. The only reason why I gave the 4 stars was because of the temperature controls, which was for the AC to be either on or off, and low, mid and high. We were in 4 other hotels before this one, and they all had actual temperature set up.

My husband and I was celebrating our 1st anniversary!!! Check in was great. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the bell hop service at no additional charge although they do work for tips. They delivered our luggage to our room once we checked in. Very nice hotel and clean. It was a great stay for us in Vegas. The location is great next to the fashion mall and Venetian mall across the street. The staff was friendly and they assisted with printing our boarding pass prior to leaving.

Room was ok. Staff was excellent. Air conditioner was not reliable.

Some people working there are rude. Guy running the pizza place was very rude

I'll be back. Elaboration pending return trip / more time on site to make intelligent, informed reflection.

The rooms are ok and clean, but there are several issues with the hotel, one there is not enough electricity outlets in the room, the moment you enter the hotel it's the casino and no nice area to walk or seat for those who are not casino players, and third, the pool is too small for the number of guests the hotel has, I would say the pool size should be at least twice or 3 times bigger than current one.

The hotel need an updated system. Not enough electrical plug in room and was not USB friendly. The staff was not friendly and demanded tips. The bathroom lighting was not bright and the shower wasn't the most user friendly.

Very bad experience I didn't get what I booked for and on top of that I ended up paying more but whatever I will never stay here again .

Room was nice, casino was a little cramped, but good overall

wonderful resort. free parking was a plus. would stay again

Hotel room was hot most of the time, hardly could I get my phone to completely charge, and not many choices in restaurants. Hotel was so so. There could be more improvements.

Room was small too much money and the hotel is overrated

I would say it is a decent hotel for the right price if you would like to be closer to the Wynn and Venetian. The rooms have been updated in the last ten years and are surprisingly comfortable. Other than that they closed all of the decent clubs and the bars left are crowded or empty with little in terms of fun. The pool is the size of a backyard pool in Arizona and needs to be expanded ASAP as it full of sunscreen in 5 minutes and everyone is standing shoulder to shoulder.

The room was clean, the security at the elevators was friendly and makes you feel safe, enjoyed the variety of shops and eateries within the hotel.
