This hotel is an old hotel and has not been upgraded at all. We didn't have even blankets on the beds only two sheets. When requested for blanket from house keeping, they told me they have 20 people ahead of me but will do their best to bring it. There were no plug next to the bed to charge your phone. This hotel can use a good upgrade. I will not choose this place to stay next time.

I understand smoking is part of Las Vegas culture. But world is changing. In 1995 when I was working in restaurant business smoking in restaurant become smoke free. Everyone though that will hurt the business but in less than a year everyone got used to it. And now nobody even thinking about it. Smoking in public is not only bad for none smokers but also bad for employees. Specially bad for the second hand smokers. I think TI should take lead on this matter and become smoke free work place. I guarantee you, you will increase your business. There is noway I would come back to Las Vegas longest smoking is continue. I was thinking coming with my kids I'm glad I didn't.

Check in was a breeze at Treasure Island and our room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The drain in our sink was stopped up but we called maintenance before heading out to the strip and it was as good as new when we returned. The location of the hotel was perfect! We felt like we were right in the middle of the action and walking distance to all of the sights and activities. The tram from TI to the Mirage was convenient and easy to use when we wanted a change of pace. We had a great time venturing out and staying in for some poolside fun. The jacuzzi was pretty big and relaxing. The waitresses by the pool were friendly and attentive, as well as the front desk and curbside staff. TI is a great value and worth every penny. We had a perfect stay!

Great location across from the Venetian and Palazzo. Convenient access to the city bus.

It was a wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly.

when we entered our room upon arrival it smelled like a garbage dump and the bathroom particularly smelled like excrement. staff sprayed but it was of no use, engineering finally fixed problem, changed shower curtains and cleaned out drains but this was no welcome, staff checking us in very unfriendly, and prices for food were unbelievably high, would never go back

Hotel remains good overall but my checkin experience was horrible. Slow and rude attendant and an I dont care attitude.

Stayed here for a girls trip for a few days. Able to get upgraded from a regular room to a corner room with 2 windows just from asking. Great view, clean, room service was quick. There is a few restaurants including Senor Frogs, Seafood Shack and Gilleys. There is a margarita bar and Starbucks right in front of the hotel. Con that there is no club in the hotel. Venetian is right across the road and Caesars Palace is also right near by. Far away from south side of the strip (probaby about 2.5 mile walk) where New york New York is, MGM Grand, Luxor etc. Pool was closed first week of March even though it was 80 degrees. Next time I would pay more money to stay in a nicer/themed hotel.

There was a lot of events going on this weekend. It was nice to have security at the elevator hall entrance to check people for room keys. The casino has nice affordable slots to play. The food was good and of course the busiest Starbucks I have ever seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We paid for early check in and check out. At check out the cleaning service was a little pushy getting us out but we paid to stay later so we did not have to carry our bags around. It was also nice that Treasure Island had a CVC in house.

Floor I was on was newly carpeted, the room was clean, beds comfortable and all round pleasant stay.

No major issues. Place is showing it's age but location is good on the strip.

If I was to go back to Vegas I would stay at this hotel again for my stay

We stayed here for a few nights for a getaway weekend, and really enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the staff were courteous and friendly. The layout makes it easy to get around compared to some of the other Strip hotels; the elevators are close to the lobby and the entrances, making it quick to get in and out. The location is also great -- right across from Palazzo/Venetian, and connected via pedestrian bridge to the Fashion Show Mall (as well as via tram to Mirage). Mystere is an excellent Cirque du Soleil show as well, and I highly recommend it if you have not seen it before.

Pro - middle of strip and close walking distance to shopping and fun Cons - lots of extra charges for very little. Rooms not properly maintained. Lights out, dirty.

Clean room spacious hallways. Nice restaurants to choose from. Hotel is within walking distance of everything you need.

There were loud noises that came from AC/heating vent, we think? It happened like four times during the night. Work us startled out of our sleep.

I stayed at treasure island this February. I got married in the TI Chapel. It was beautiful and amazing! My wedding coordinator Bianca was perfect. Now about the bumps! I had my wedding favors and miscellaneous stuff sent directly to hotel. When I arrived they couldn't find them but on my name at check in they told me I two boxes waiting. Eventually they found then but not before I had a mini heart attack. My best friend that attended the wedding paid for champagne and chocolate strawberries to be in the room on arrival... there weren't any we had to call. She was very upset. All though my suite was nice it had no view on the seventh floor but ac units on the roof...whereas everyone in my wedding party was on the 25th floor worth amazing views. On the night of the wedding I had my reception in penthouse suite the room was beautiful however there is seating and Tim for 25 people you have to pay to have them being you plates and cups. 75 dollars later I could serve my wedding cake. How do have a kitchen with nothing in it for $900 dollars a night. Then the sound....we had to call maintenance that couldn't get it fixed so we couldn't even play sound on the tv. Overall the hotel is nice and is the best location I just wish it could have went a little smoother for my wedding week. The wedding was the best part!

I felt very special during checkin. Host made me feel as though I was the only person in the room and like she really cared. Made my 25th birthday one to remember

We had a great stay and the hotel was nice. The view down the strip was nice and the staff was attentive.

All of the hotel staff were extremely courteous and professional. They made check-in and check-out a quick.and painless process. The only issue that I had was the cleanliness and smell of the hotel. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the hallway had a terrible smell all 4 days we were there. There was also several stains on the floor and furniture inside our room.it may be time for a remodel of some of the rooms. All in all it was a good trip.
