Staff helped accomadate to a smoking room with no hassle

The rooms, especially the upgraded ones aren't bad. The staff is nice. It's perfect for a mid range hotel - or something not too pricey. Get a room that does not face the pool if you like to sleep in.

Hotel stay was great, but having to pay for resort fees was not! We didn't even use the resort spa, gym, etc. but still had to pay for them.

Great stay. TI has a very good Vietnamese restaurant. Just a short walk to some of nicest casino's, and located on the best part of the strip. Free parking.

Love treasure island, close to everything, everything is perfect and nice about it.. maybe next time we gonna stay at to again. :)

Hotel staff was very aggressive. Not everyone tips staff, especially when they do nothing out of their job description and the bellmen and room service people hovered awkwardly and made things weird. I won't stay at this hotel again because of that.

When I got there 11:30pm my room wasn't available, booked trip on January for May. Asked for late check-out because had a late flight but they couldn't however it was a Monday. Supposed to be VIP members w/ orbitz card but they not even provide water. Never again

Great location, nuce hotel n staff. Great n fun pool.

Clean room, right on the strip, fantastic sportsbook. Going back to TI soon.

Enjoyed the experience immensely. The staff, particularly the housekeeping staff was very friendly. We joined the players club and earned rewards almost instantly. It was also very convenient to have a CVS pharmacy located on the premises.

reservation of king size means nothing apparently, got two queen bed. smelly hallway. other that an ok place to stay, but nothing exciting

Really liked the hotel. We didn't stay much in the hotel room since we were right on the strip and wanted to walk around and see everything. The ship in front of the hotel was really cool. The only negative's were smoking is allowed in all casino's and the price of food on the Las Vegas strip is ridiculous. Although, you can drink as much as you want for cheap...

Close to the strip and not too fancy for us. We of course visited many casinos, but had the best time at TI. I would stay ther again.

The hotel room was clean the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Great customer service and centrally located in the middle of the strip! Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Very clean hotel. Lots of restaurants, close to the strip, easy to get to the airport.

Everything is good except the round-trip shared shuttle bus. Don't order the shuttle bus package at orbitz.com, my arrived day was 4/30/2017, my return day is 5/2/2017. They put me round-trip valid day on the same day 4/30/2017, and there was no option to choose the days. After i realized this, it can't re-scheduled and not refundable.

we decide to stay here because it was close to our family.we didn't have any problem with our room.Everything was great.the only complaint that my family had was the $20 bowl of pho at the Vietnamese restaurant there.lol other then that it was an awesome stay:)

Center strip location . In walking distance to many other nice hotels and restaurants. Not overwhelmed by the restaurants here tho.

Arrived around noon on a Sunday and we had access to our room. We were only in line 10 minutes tops. The process was fast and efficient. The room was clean but a some of the items and furniture were a little worn. Overall the room was nice and the view was great.
