It was a good room, but the overall quality was not that of a top hotel.

Check in and out were quick. However, I had requested a King bed and we were given two queens. I also paid extra for a STRIP VIEW. In order to get the STRIP VIEW, we had to go to the corner of the room and step behind the chair and lamp in order to see the view. You could not just open the curtain and see the Strip - very disappointing! There was a pill and debris on the carpet (not sure it had been vacuumed), and the bed sheets on one bed were a little messed up. Staff members we interacted with were helpful and pleasant.

easy check in, easy access to rooms, friendly staff, free valet parking . Glad we stayed there

Clean room. About average as far as style. All of the staff were great and very helpful. My biggest complaint, there was no in room coffee maker. Had to go to Starbucks for a $6 + or find the hidden Krispy Kreme gift shop for a $3 Co of coffee.

Very nice stay. All restaurants all amenities ok

Booked a non smoking room when we got there they were out, (already frustrated) we heard the customers next to us getting the news that the hotel was out of non smoking rooms, so I told the staff helping me that if there wasn't any non smoking rooms left I was checking in somewhere else because of health issues (asthma, pleracy, and heart condition) he said that we were perfectly fine and not to worry. So we paid for our booking and fees to find out we had a smoking room when we got there. Called the front desk just to confirm there wasn't any non smoking rooms available.

Close to Walgreens and Danny's with a tram back-and-forth to Mirage made it very convenient staff is great and very friendly the rooms are very nice

Aweful staff rude GAMBLING 21 TABEL COCKTAIL WAITRESS TELLS ME $1.00 TIP IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A BEER??????? Never stay TI Went to Wynn that was Awesome!!!!! Better then the dump Treasurer Island SEEMS LIKE TI EMPLOYEES HATE THIER JOBS

Everything was great! Room was nice and in a convenient location

I booked my reservations in advanced and I specifically asked for non-smoking room!! When we checked in they apologized that they did not have any non-smoking rooms, they were overbooked due to construction even though the parking lot was practically empty. The rooms were disgustingly smelly air conditioning with terrible. We have stayed at the worst hotels in the best hotels and never ever come upon this problem. I would never recommend anybody to stay here. All they could do is offer us a complimentary champagne bottle (Cooks $7.00) I told them to keep it!

The staff was extremely helpful and always so nice. We had a few "issues" during our stay, but the staff was always willing to help and there were fast with their service.

Had a great time here. Room was clean and the gaming was excellent. We'll be back for our superbowl trip next year.

Room wasn't vacuumed on two different days and it needed it

Was in Vegas to see Willie Nelson @ the Venetian.

This hotel is better than how they are rated. I didn't expect much but it exceeded beyond my expectation. This place is awesome!

Excellent location, very good room size, bed quality, bathroom size, cleanliness, AC. Quick check in and check out. Restaurants and bars. 8 out of 10. A little bit noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was very nice. Restaurants were good, especially Seafood Shack. The Hotel is close to many other attractions and made it easy to pack in some fun in a short time.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Not such a big hotel that you get lost .

Hotel is very convenient with 24-hr CVS attached, Starbucks and is across the Fashion Show mall. Everything is great except too much smell of people smoking when walking through the casino floor to get to the hotel which made my throat hurts the entire time I was there.

Check in staff was very positive, and they made sure I had a room that fit my needs.
