The staff at the front desk were very unfriendly. The smoke from the casino makes its way into the rooms. The beds were almost U shaped because they sagged so badly. Very disappointing stay.

This room is definitely overpriced. We had asked for a one bed and we got 2 twins. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard, and very big to the point where our necks were at a 45° angle all night. There is no complimentary water and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the room had a bathroom that was definitely not designed correctly. The toilet is extremely close to the sink. And if you don't watch it, you can hit your elbow on the top of the vanity, the toilet paper was in such an awkward position that it was extremely difficult to reach as it was extremely close to the toilet To the point where you needed to uncomfortably position yourself to access the toilet paper. Overall, the room was overpriced and extremely uncomfortable.
