The elevator access is horrible and upon checking out they were all down! Had to walk a catwalk to get back to the room before check out. We asked for additional pillows, only 3 small ones for a large King and they were never delivered. The casino is not clearly marked for elevators had to ask the staff. Not sure if I want to return to this hotel.

The hotel is nice to stay there everybody’s friendly the only thing they have problems with is their keys you use it once and then you have to go back downstairs when you leave your room to get it redone again
