Everything was perfect
We didn't like the fact that we were charged for the recreation facilities when we didn't use them. We were told that there was no way of monitoring who used them yet it takes a room key to even use the elevators. Why can't the key be used for the recreation facilities? We will look for a hotel that doesn't charge for something we don't use on our next trip.
Very pretty. No crazy gimmicky prettiness but nicely kept. Very clean. Loved the food at the Mexican restaurant and the outdoor restaurant by the pool
Went to Vegas for business. Requested a room with a view of the strip. Was downgraded & given a room next to the elevator shaft. It was noisy and I had a horrible time sleeping. When I complained they knew it was an issue. I felt deceived, it could have been handled differently at check in. Then their solution was for me to move to a room at the very end of the hall. I was so disappointed.
Overall great experience at the Mirage.
It’s like they don’t care anymore after being bought by the Hard Rock. Wi-Fi was in and out, couldn’t watch movies or connect my laptop for work. Bathroom had nasty brown stains, shampoo and conditioner were subpar. Housecleaning was even rude! People were whistling and shouting all night long, terrible pillows, for a hotel on the strip-very disappointing. I couldn’t call outside of room to have food delivered when my young child was starving, I would be understanding with this but they could have just verified my room. Automatic gratituties definitely don’t help customer service. The resort fees and service charges for every little were insane and just a way to rip us off. Even the garage attendant was a bit rude when I told her we paid for parking because we’re guests and the room key wasn’t working. The only people that made our stay was when we first checked in …Craig and Kara but unfortunately we won’t be going back to this property or any other Hard Rock owned property.
The upkeep and beautiful grounds.
Loved the location and the many dining options close by. Our room was always very clean and the service was fantastic! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
The Mirage is a pretty hotel to stay at and has all the amenities you could ask for. The only downfall was they closed the pool due to the threat of a storm when it turned out to be a gorgeous day. We ended up paying to use a pool at Ceasars Palace which is right next door. Seems strange all the other hotels had their pools open, yet Mirage wouldn’t open theirs.
Great location for basically everything you want to do in Vegas. Clean rooms great pool great staff!
