It was okay and it was cool to be off the Fremont experience but the room is sooo loud and tiny on top of they don’t tell you they don’t have AC which was weird. The room is suuuupppeerrr tiny. You can’t open the door to the bathroom without hitting the toilet. It was okay nothing special

this is the Oldest Hotel in Vegas-- the Front Desk is Classic, GoGoDancers dancing above BlackJack Dealers, people Winning at The Tables and Slots-- I saw HUGE JACKPOTS won at Slots in Vegas-- Golden Gate Rules-- they Treat You like An Adult in Vegas which is rare these days since The Strip is For Kids- Downtown is For Adults:-)

The smallest room I have ever seen! You could not turn around in the shower the room was like a small house! The price of the room was deceiving either from the motel or Orbitz

Closet door knob didnt work properly. Bathroom door would not open fully because it hit the toilet. Window latches were broken. Toilet paper holder was in a difficult to reaxh location.

Loved our stay here. Great location for Fremont access. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Happy overall.

.quit place. plenty of dealers. step right out onto Fremont.

We asked for a non smoking room. We got a smoking the window was open with no screen. The refrigerator look like it was in a hail storm. All the pictures on the website were alive the room was nothing like the pictures on Orbitz.

On the customer feed back form, one of the questions asks whether you have stayed there before. They have to ask? They don't track whether you are a repeat customer, but the valets track how much you tip them when you leave your car. Windows were filthy with bars on them that blocked most outside light; no housekeeping for two straight days - and I was staying in the "suite." I wonder whether Stevens knew what was (or wasn't) going on inside his hotel as he stood outside crowing to reporters about the Circa across the street.

Staff was only positive. They were great, from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Hotel was run down, no restaurants, no fitness facility, no business center................only a casino with very tiny rooms. The bathroom was even so small that you had to full close the door to sit down on the toilet. I actually left 2 days before the end of my reservation and checked into another hotel as this place sucked. They had an arrangement where you could use the facilities at "The D" but it was several blocks away and with all the construction downtown, it was best to walk the 2+ blocks. There was only 1 accessible outlet in the room and I had to unplug both the bedside lamp and the clock radio to plug in my cellphone and my laptop. There was no desk to work at and no fridge to keep anything cold. I had to do my business work from a lounge chair and leaning over the foot of my bed. Very disappointed and will never stay here again!

The property was dated but clean. The area was fun. And the slots were loose. Great place to stay in Vegas. And I give them extra points because they don’t charge the ridiculous resort fees!

Loved the Casino and the historic aspects of the place! As far as the rooms, you know your in the first hotel in Vegas! Nostalgia at its finest!

the pictures on the website and the reality were two different things. the hotel is horrible. smells bad and the girl at the reception desk was not helpful at all. she seemed annoyed when I wanted to ask her more questions about the things that were available for guests.

Room was 19 bucks but it came out to 148 bucks thats no deal

The property did have an older feel as it is a very old hotel and casino but, the rooms were very small and when I say small we had a hard time fitting two bags in there. We had an issue with our toilet while staying but, they could not move our room bc they were all booked. We also could not move to another hotel because we booked through here beware on that. They did remove a resort fee but given the fact to use any amenities but the WiFi you have to go to their sister hotel the D I don’t think they should charge them.

Because it ok but cleaning not so good and too noise and rooms are not mains

Dear Guest, We are saddened that you did not enjoy our standard room. Our property does offer larger deluxe rooms and suites to upgrade. Since you booked through a 3rd party, it was not our hotel that informed you of the prices but every confirmation discloses any possible additional charges. We hope that you visit us again.

Hello Doug, We apologize of the inconveniences you had during your stay. If our Front Desk is informed our property does have an engineering team late night to fix any issues in our guest rooms. We do offer larger deluxe rooms and suites that are very affordable that you can try next time.
