This place looks like a motel. It is outdated and small. The rooms that are shown online appear larger. Tihere is construction going on and you can hear it all day.. the resort fee is a joke. You have to walk 10minutes to the D Hotel to swin in their pool and gym. I hope this is what thw construction is about. If you like noise in a smaill room book it. Not to mention the bad sound affects from Fremont St is heard until 2am...

It's ok, love that the stage is right out the door.

Never been in the desert over all experience is Awesome Like all the staff ther treat you like a royalty!

Our room was tiny, the outlets did not work properly, there was construction right under our window. Not to mention the loud, obnoxious band playing until 3 in the morning every day!! The bath towels were not adult sized nor where the bed pillows. Overall not enjoyable!

We stayed in one of their many suites. The room was large well laid out with a great view, huge tv, clean and fresh room and bathroom. House keepers do not touch your belongings. Only thing that I disliked was the bed was hard. Not used to an extra firm mattress. The rain shower was incredible. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in vegas this is it! Also the Fremont street experience is right out the door of their casino. The night life, food, and shows are great! We actually enjoyed old vegas more than the strip! Overall I would stay here again.

When I checked in the girl was rude to start with. When we got to the room it was very dirty and smelled horrible. The music out side was so loud that the walls were shaking. We all went down stairs with all of are luggage and asked if we could have another room that it was disgusting. She stated that we had to stay there cause there were 3 of us. I told her we would go with one king bed if we had to. She said no maybe tomorrow we could change. I told her we were leaving to stay somewhere else and wanted my money back. Told me to call tomorrow. Which I did and the hotel man that answer the phone said no. I feel that since we didn't stay there for the reason it was dirty and loud that we should not have been charged.

Received a complementary stay from Orbitz. Thank you. Check in went smoothly. Upon receiving hotel keys and joining the players club, we proceeded to our room. While walking down the hall, we noticed that the room doors were all very small. Hmmm. We entered the room and that's when the shock set in. The room was very small, the bed was haphazardly made. I didn't even want to enter but I did, only to approach the window which was filthy. We were supposed to have a view of Freemont Street and the band area. The windows were too cloudy and filthy to see anything. On the way out, we peeked into the bathroom. OMG! I've seen larger bathrooms on cruise ships. It was scary and disgusting. No way was I going to stay in that room. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys and informed Thomas that we could not stay in the room. He didn't seem surprised at all.

Really liked this hotel but with one caveat...it is attached to the Fremont Street Experience which throbs with music until 3:00am. Try to get a room as far away from Fremont as possible and bring earplugs. The 24 hour restaurant Du-pars closed without notice on my second day which was a huge disappointment There is no other restaurant on site.

Showers were either ice cold or burning hot. Management was rude to disable guest in our party. They over charged my card.

Given 2nd floor room above the dishwasher of a 24-hr restaurant. Non-stop dish clanking and banging and also able to hear conversation of workers.

Base rooms were HORRIFIC, old, nasty, tiny, LOUD, smelled, cant control thermostat!! We upgraded (xtra $35/night) and then our room was very nice. Would stay again, but NEVER in their base room. Staff at desk and restaurant were rude, and inpersonable, but the food was very good at Dupars. Front desk guy was a crotchety jerk that acted like we were bothering him, said we couldnt check in for at least 4 more hours, went back in 30 mins. Different girl checked us right in, our room was Ready!!

Find your staff to be more professional on the phone that doesn't make any sense why you would hold the hundred dollar deposit for more than 10 days is the casino and should be able to refund me guess your money more quicker and then the time that the front desk told me was wrong I never be back there again I would recommend

The staff was incredible. It was an older hotel the room was small and it was very loud. .

I reserved a king bed but only available upon arrival was a queen bed. The room was the smallest we have ever been in. The room was unavailable for sleep until after midnight every evening due to the speakers from the Fremont Experience right outside the window. Being 75 years old, I usually retire before midnight, especially if I plan on traveling in the morning. They have one restaurant and the food is very good. I will not stay there again.

When we checked in, the front desk was empty. We waited about 10 minutes for somebody to show up and help us. We got to our room and it was TINY. Probably about 10'-0" by 10'-0". The bathroom was smaller than those in a cruise ship. The bathroom door hit the toilet with an open span of about 45 degrees so you have to wedge yourself through to get in the bathroom. The shower felt like a really you would find it at a run down gym with no door so water was getting out into the rest of the bathroom. The water was COLD. Lukewarm at best, but we were freezing getting out of the shower. Also, the AC is all messed up. The directions say to turn off the air in order for it to get warm. Long story short, nothing happened and it was freezing all night. The sound from Fremont street was SUPER loud up until about 2AM. The sound was coming through as if the window was open. Not sound proof whatsoever. On the bright side, the bed was pretty comfortable and the wifi was decently fast. I have pretty low standards, but this was BY FAR the WORST hotel I've EVER stayed in. Oh and the $22 resort fee blows too.

I usually stay here. In and out access and check-in/check-out are easy, and the casino is a little different from the rest. The history of this building is on display both with relics you can view, vintage slot machines and the casino theme itself. It has a distinct environment that you won't find anywhere else. Two things I highly recommend - use the valet for parking. The couple bucks a day aren't worth saving in order to use self-parking, and the valet crew are quick and friendly. Also - always get the suite. It's somewhat more expensive than the other rooms, but they are very nice, very quiet, and frequently are discounted. Run of the house rooms are quaint and usable, but they are very tiny and can be exposed to a lot of noise when you're trying to sleep.

Love the older downtown hotels and their distinct personalities. This is the REAL Vegas. Everything in walking distance

Amenities are within reach. Night outing till late hour are well supervised by Police(good job) Its all fun time. Will visit again.

Did not enjoy staying at this hotel. Sorry but I will not be returning.

Excellent time in this hotel near have store and spectacular entertainment
