This was a terrible experience, I should had looked at the reviews before booking. The pool has been shut down and apparently, they been having issues with the pool closing. The TV didn’t work in the rooms. Apparently according to reviews, they have been having problems with working TV. The bathroom smelled like seeer. These are all issues that other customers had complained about for last few months. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BOK AT THIS PROPERTY.

I bought groceries and took breatmilk with me for my 3.5 month old daughter. Put everything in the refrigerator at 5:45pm. The next morning at 9am, opened the refrigerator to find that it wasn’t working. I was so disappointed. I had to call the lobby 3x for help and then finally go up there before someone came to hell, but once they did, they were great! They replaced the power strip and then took my receipt to the store and replaced my grocery items. It was very kind of them to do!
GREAT OPTION
Room was not ready when trying to check in stated 4pm check-in room not ready until almost 4:30. Check-in attendant just said sorry. When I booked the room it stated check out was at 12pm on site and when at hotel I was informed check out is at 11. You need to update check out times
What can you say, it's Lake Las Vegas, it's a Hilton. A 20 minute drive from Las Vegas. This was a stay-cation for New Years. Love this place.
Rudest staff and pool closed
The bedding was great along with the view from room otherwise the property needs to be upgraded , the pool and jacuzzi not very inviting and pretty run down.
Check-in was easy. At check-in, I confirmed with staff that I would be getting a “lake view” room, as I originally booked and she told me I would be. Upon entering our room, we realized that we did not have a lake view room, but rather a view of the top of a canopy, which was rather disappointing as we paid EXTRA for a lake view room. We were told this was the only room available at the time. I wish they would’ve refunded us the difference for not having a lake view. Overall, it was clean and quiet, but having a lake view was important to us.
