I went to the hotel and they were obviously over booked. They could not handle the capacity. The hotel had too many guests and did not have a room ready. I waited over two hours and decided to leave. They charged me for the room even though I did not stay at the hotel. Why would anyone want to stay at this place?

We stayed here for 2 nights. The trip was great. We were able to relax by the pool during the day and eat at great restaurants in the evening. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel

Fabulous hotel. Great staff. Awesome room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful view of the lake. Only wish we had stayed longer and that the jacuzzi, steam room and healing waters were open later.

The hotel was very nice, although there was a terrible odor on our floor when we arrived, and there was a very loud noise specifically in the room housing the toilet. We had to ask daily for an extra wash clothes, and sometimes they forgot to bring them up. The biggest disappointment was the fact that most of the shops in the village were vacant, so there seems to be some false advertising of the resort. It is a beautiful property and the staff very welcoming, though.

Hotel was extremely laid out. Very classy and excellent location. Located in quiet non. Ingested area with no traffic and no noise.

Super expensive hotel . Far from the strip . Clean and nice but everything is overpriced for no reason

Very nice hotel with awesome grounds that are well kept. Great place to stay if you don't want to deal with the busy strip of Las Vegas. The Mexican restaurant that is on campus is amazing!

It's around 30-35 minutes from the strip, but very convenient. Area very peaceful very convenient for relaxation and to sightseeing around. Good places to take breakfast around the city of Henderson.

Stayed overnight, great location on the lake with lots of good eateries around. Very relaxing, comfortable hotel.

The setting is one of a kind, the service and detail to attention were consistantly observed everywhere, the entire staff that we interfaced with went the extra mile without having to be asked - there were no wasted steps.

Vegas was full due to the electronics convention. So we tried this site about 20 minutes drive south of the airport. It was nice and quiet without all of the traffic jams and activity of the Vegas strip. The Casino is closed down so we needed to get dinner by 11 PM. A marble floor tile was loose in our room, but this wasn't a problem. And a Coffee Maker In Our Room which we never see on the strip. That was nice!

Absolutely loved the Resort stay. The drive to the Hotel was scenic and beautiful. The staff was professional and polite. Inside the Hotel was royally beautiful throughout. The room was huge and super comfortable. We had a great view of the lake through the large picture window. The grounds, this was like walking through a small village. Shops abounding and great food. There was even live music that evening. Only wish I had more than one night and morning to stay. Diffidently recommend the Hilton Resort / Spa.

The Hotel is under new Hilton ownership but needs to conform at least to the comfort of the Hampton Inn beds....the beds were absolutely the hardest, cheapest I've experienced. If the beds had been better the rating would have been much higher. The room was spacious and clean, and comfortable, the Cafe has an outstanding breakfast and the garden/landscaping are nice, as well as the views of the Lake. I hope Hilton can make this a success for families and couples that want to vacation in the Las Vegas area but do not want to stay in Vegas…

I had a not so ordinary experience. The place is beautiful.

My husband and I lodged in Ravella hotel for the first time. We called in to the lake 6 years ago to admire a landscape. Impressions were the most pleasant. Now we were lucky to live 2 days in Ravella hotel. The territory, rooms, the atmosphere of hotel and environment of the village were delightful. We unexpectedly received a room with a small view of the lake from the 14th floor! The size of a room (1 bed) was sufficient to dance. The carpet was pure, though in light tone. Neighbors didn't submit life signs. From a wonderful well-groomed garden live music every evening (Friday, Saturday) flew. Remarkable idea - live fire in the middle of an internal court yard. Though we had also a negative experience of stay in hotel: - in 2 days we didn't wait dressing gowns in a room, ordered on a reception; - at the reveille order the call was late for 15 minutes. The pool in hotel was very relaxing. Two charming girls tirelessly bypassed guests and accepted orders for drinks and snack. We shouldn't look for or call them. Was one view enough and the order is accepted. They honest earned the 20 % of tip. Next time my family will look for offers in Ravella for rest. Recommendations: - to have the car - for quiet respectable rest.

This is a great little find just 25 minutes south of the LV strip. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was ok, but the lobby, pool, service, etc. was fantastic. I think we will upgrade to a suite next time we go. The pool also has no chlorine, just salt water. Nice change to all the chemicals. Defintely worth the extra drive for some rest and relaxation.

We came to Ravella after two nights off the strip. Since we were traveling with young teenage girls this environment was much nicer. The scenery was beautiful. The pool and beach area were really nice. We loved the boat rentals on the lake and the village within walking distance. The casino was even close enough for me to win a few bucks without taking the shuttle back to the crowds. We will go back!!

Nice room and the staff was great. We would have loved to have more time to spend at the hotel but we were only in for one night.

We were traveling to the Ravella for a wedding but were also looking forward to enjoying the Las Vegas strip as well. We were told that there were shuttles traveling back and forth from the Ravella to the strip. The limited shuttle availability was a huge inconvenience. Being located so far away from the strip one would think that it would be beneficial to accommodate your guests in order be competitive with so many other Las Vegas resorts. The front desk staff, who are responsible for the customer service, were less than satisfactory! I do have to mention that our shuttle drivers, especially Jennifer, were the highlight of the staff. They truly understand customer service and made the 25 minute ride enjoyable.
