Staff was friendly, but hotel was dingy, got a queen instead of a king bed and a tiny "deep soaking" tub.

No room service 24/7 it's a lovely Hotel if you just want to stay in your room or sit outside and have a drink. I'm glad I got to stay but it will be my first and last. Isolated from everything.

The gave us the wrong room cause the said the room I booked had just been booked by someone else so I got a smaller room with a view of a swamp..

The hotel was beautiful and the location was away from the lights and craziness of the strip. It was a nice place for a staycation, however we did have some qualms. Someone who appeared to be a manager of sorts since he had a master key was checking rooms while we were looking for the pool. We were having difficulties navigating and stopped him to ask for directions and his response was that he didn’t know where the pool was. I would think that all employees should be trained about where hotel amenities were. As beautiful as this place was, we wouldn’t come back because of the bug problem in the room. Our room was filled with mosquitos and we had a roach and spider crawling around the room.

Beautiful hotel, spacious suite and lovely area. Enjoyed sitting on our balcony. Our suite was ON THE BRIDGE which I was very pleased with. Very convenient that hotel is connected to Village. Its just a shame that there is only a handful of shops open. The recent addition of the water obstacle course looked gun gor famlies as well. Hopefully they can find a way to reopen the Casino in the near future. LAKE LAS VEGAS is a beautiful area that just needs more steady business. It seems a waste that its not being used to its full potential.

This property is absolutely beautiful hotel. Has a beautiful Spa, pools, and gardens. Rooms are spacious, wonderful views.

Beautiful property. Looks like a Spanish village. They could put more restaurants on site.

We had a beautiful view of the garden and lake, with a little balcony that was perfect

My 3rd time there and I have never been a bit disappointed

the only problem was I didn't get the room I wanted but overall it was very nice loved it...thank u

Relaxing clean comfortable nice lobby great staff beautiful grounds

There were very few people there. The pool was sad. There were signs all over that were misleading. There was no Casino. Rooms were clean and nice but I felt like I was staying in a timeshare.

Second to none very welcoming and friendly staff. Would definitely consider coming back

A quiet and nice resort away from the strip. Good staff who assisted in making my stay pleasant.
