The property is beautiful and food is delicious. Feel so serene in the area. We arrived in the early morning (1am) check in staff member wasn’t so pleasant but we didn’t allow that to affect our stay. Beautiful property!!

We loved the hotel, we had a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately the water near the boat docks at the hotel site was filthy and smelt. There was a lot of trash just floating on the water, it kind of ruined the view from our room since it was right below it. But the hotel itself was very nice and we will definitely stay again.
I didnt like that we were kicked out of the activities pool without a given reason on a Friday afternoon while the other one was open. Ping pong table, corn hole equipment was old and worn out but still worked ok just old.

Gorgeous location and friendly staff. The room was not the cleanest, but very comfortable and well kept up. The pool and lounge area were inviting and well maintained. Agreat experience.

This is my second stay here and I plan to return. It’s so peaceful, the property is gorgeous, and the pool area is perfection.
the property could use some updating especially of the bathrooms in the rooms. Also there is a fee for the computer in the lobby which I have never encountered. However, I will say that the food in the bar area as well as the breakfast buffet was absolutely delish.
Grounds and exterior and location is great, rooms were soso, my toilet didn't flush (had to call in a maintence request which led to a part needed to allow the toilet to flush. Not sure why the failure wasn't noticed before renting the room. Electricity went out in one wing of the resort for about 2 hrs. Bell service, food, and valets were outstanding. Audible hallway noise could be heard. Lots of places to walk and the lake and golf course if very nice.
Although I have mentioned it will be four if us, they prepared only enough towels for two. Carpet was ran down as well as a bathtub.
Pros: Beautiful location, quiet, friendly staff, clean. Cons: Windows we’re really dirty, pool was closed, construction in the area was going on during the night.
There was still old coffee pods in coffee maker. The fan in bathroom was dirty. Hard to find room.
There is a smell each time you walk in the hotel. The lake water was green and had trash in it. The lake blow-up gym needed cleaning. The Pool chairs needs to be updated. Stains are really bad. The pool need to be scrubbed.
The staff was great! The property a little dated, but it was nice. Television did not work for a full day. Valet parking in the AM was difficult.
