I liked that we could use our own washer/dryer. But there was an event in the parking lot and parking was terrible. Nothing separated guests from the people attending the event.
They are clean and nice to stay. It would be better to have room cleaning when staying more than 2 nights.

I had a wonderful one bedroom suite with all the luxuries and necessities. I’ll stay at the Berkley again!

staff was excellent help, property was clean and quiet. I didn't like that your ID have to match exactly what was on my 3rd party account. That includes my madien name and all my ID shows my married. Almost couldn't check in.
Perfection. We got a 2 bedroom suite for the holiday which is actually 2 1-bedroom suites so double everything which made cooking for the holiday so easy. Great location, away from the strip but close enough and close to all the major stores I needed. Just a perfect stay.

One of the 3 elevators was out of service. Plus they don’t have a service elevator. Long waits and very crowded. Also had to call and remind housekeeping when our one room cleaning was to be done. We vacated room and came back 4 hours later and nothing had been touched and there was no clean linens outside our unit.,then when girl came to clean, she was going in the wrong unit.
