We would stay again, but we did encounter some issues. The floor and shower could have been cleaner. At least one elevator was broken during our entire stay, and one time it took 30 mins for us to ride it with all of our luggage. The dishwasher was not working properly. The check out attendant did not give us a receipt at checkout when we asked, as it stated we should get it at the property on our reservation. Pros - It was a quiet property and the pool area looked nice. Location is good, with great food options.

I enjoyed my stay at the Berkley Las Vegas. The room was clean and comfortable but the hallway to the suites door was dirty and smelled like puke. Also, I was VIP through Expedia and they only offered free self parking which is what they offer to all guest so I didn’t really feel like I received a VIP perk. Other than that I would stay again.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Las Vegas! Even though it’s off the Strip, the location was really convenient and easy to get around from. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to enjoy Vegas while still having a peaceful place to come back to. We would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very clean and nicely furnished with updated furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the constant malfunction of the 3 elevators. Leaving you waiting for long periods of time for the one operating elevator.

Great stay. Rooms very clean. Building upkeep was good. Only issue with the stay was the elevator... not sure why so many issues with them dropping floors and having to shut them down. I understand things will need to be repaired from time to time and they did have a tech in site immediately to address the elevator issue, so good on the Berkley folks for that! Great stay and would stay again. Good choice.for family stay.
