Mis communication during check in, the dinner waiter didn’t listen well, the food wasn’t the best on the strip.

Waldorf Astoria purchased the property in August 2018 from mandarin oriental & as of March 2019 they haven’t changed or updated a thing except change a few signs. Everything is still oriental themed & signs on the strip still say mandarin oriental not Waldorf Astoria. The property could use a few little updates & remodeling. My biggest problem with the hotel is actually the soap, it made me break out in a terrible rash because it was more than likely expired/very old & the chemicals in it had gone bad. When I stayed here 4 years ago when it was the mandarin oriental they used the same products. The soap I used had a 6 month expiration date & the hotel was purchased 7 months ago. So it looks like Waldorf Astoria has cut a lot of corner & doesn’t plan on making any positive changes.

Real style and quiet elegance in city where those are seldom found.

Great staff, bellmen, housekeeping, perfect location. Love the asian theme. Foot ritual at Waldorf spa was amazing.

Nice quiet hotel in Vegas. Great location and staff.

This is a Fantastic Hotel, No Casino, No Smoke, Great Attentive Staff, You are smack dab in the center of everythingThe Skyview Bar is a great place to have a relaxing drink With A View!!! My only complaint......The bed was way too soft

The best experience ever right in the heart of the strip

nIce hotel was disappointed in strip view really had to look to see strip. All and all nice hotel

The service at this hotel is impeccable. The location is perfectly situated on the strip. The rooms could use an update as the furnishings are worn and the design is a little outdated. The Skybar is great and Twist is perfect.

I chose this hotel because I wanted some quiet from the strip. No casino and no people milling around. We certainly did get that but the place is really like a funeral Parlor...Too quiet. Really nothing going on at all. Would be nice to have a few shops to get some ice cream or sundries or a bagel and cream cheese or just people watch. But this place is deadsville... The pool is very small but nice. I rented a cabana which is essentially complementary as long as you spend $350 in food and beverage. This is a very good deal, however the pool vibe is very boring and sedate. It is in an excellent location and is very quiet. Definitely a good spot for a business traveler...But I think I’ll go back to the Bellagio or the Wynn for the upscale experience with just a little more buzz.... perhaps the Waldorf which just bought it will turn things around a bit ..

If you want something more relaxing Mandarin is your hotel; its still on the strip we had the best view- what i love the airport is 10min away cvs is close by! Customer service is excellent.

Mandarin Oriental is situated on the Las Vegas strip but without the crowds of a casino. Room is spectacular and the service matches that. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants all the luxuries of Las Vegas without the noise and crowds of a casino resort

Everything about this hotel was great and I'm very glad I booked it. 1. Hotel location was perfect. 2. Checkin was quick. 3. Hotel does not have a casino, whic was great for us but Aria is next door and several other casino are close by. 4. This hotel was very quite 5. The room was spacious, clean, quite and the bed was very comfy. Everything worked the way it should. 6. Keep in mind that the blinds, lights are activated at the touch of a button. This includes the DO NOT DISTURB sign. Press a button and the door bell turns red.

This is my second time at the Mandarin and it was just as good as the first time. They have the best staff in Vegas and their spa staff is the best that I've seen. The rooms are terrific and the food at the buffet for breakfast is a huge step up over other breakfast buffets. Overall I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a nicer experience without a casino and the smokey smell associated with other hotels.

Was in Las Vegas for work and the hotel was a great relaxing place to come back to after long days.

First thing you notice is that registration is on the 23rd floor which has the best view in all of Las Vegas. There's a tea room right next to it that's really comfortable and offers the same view, same can be said about the bar on the same floor. Its a great hotel for business people, couple's getaways... basically just not a spring breaker's dream... which is fine by me.

Staying at Mandarin Oriental is about pure comfort. You don't mind staying in your room when you should be out on the town. From the comfortable beds and linens to the beautiful bathrooms. There are several pools and a hot tub to relax in and around. The bar serves great cocktails and has an excellent view of the strip. The employees, from the bellmen to the managers are friendly and go out of their way to assist you.

This hotel is suppose to quiet and oasis from vegas but now they are doing days parties all day my music dj so loud you can here on all the high floors.
