The property was quiet and luxurious. The staff was very accommodating. It was really nice to come back somewhere quiet and calm after a night out in Vegas
We received the level of service and property amenities we’ve come to expect at a Waldorf property.
Staff was great.
Most hotels in Las Vegas are extremely crowded and very, very noisy due to casinos, The Waldorf Astoria is an oasis of peace, elegance and perfection all around.
Classic elegance
Property without a casino so it’s was quiet and not crowded. Very nice hotel. Cleaning service was not good. I had to call every day for my room to be made, nothing was replenished and you could tell it was done in a rush and careless.
They don’t provide the recycling bin for water bottles.
Quiet
Overall a pretty nice property. We only stayed there one night so didn’t really get a feel for it
Quiet, yet on the strip. Beautiful views and lounge areas. Our room was the bet design and they made our stay incredible. We did have some issues with cleanliness upon arrival to our room….so double check when you come in so you don’t get charged.
I was disappointed that in such a high class hotel with technology, our room was not cleaned 6 of our 8 day stay. Also we paid the full price before coming and a hold was put on our credit card and was still on it 2 days after check out. Nothing was destroyed and that eas not acceptBle. The manager was not very kind.
They are in the middle of remodeling and making the hotel brighter vs the darker walls and carpet from when it was the Mandarin. Our room had been remodeled, very nice. They are up to about the 14th floor. The 8th floor for the pool has not been done yet. The curtains and sheers though did not work in our room. Maintenance came up and removed the motor so we could manually open and close the curtains. Guy said he liked the new setup but he would prefer the manual style came back because with Covid and the remodel, they were finding more and more of the motors suddenly not working. Covid has completely changed the game. There is no turn down service or room cleaning during your stay. You CAN text a number the Waldorf provides you for more room supplies or to pick up your trash. Expect to use the little Butler pantry mainly. We did not notice active remodeling going on during our stay. Would definitely still stay there!
Great staff. It had the feel of an elite club. Too much was closed. I couldn't get an early cup of coffee or a post workout smoothie. A 5 star hotel should have it ready.
Liked Sky Bar- didn't like that barely anything was open, like Twist, Starbucks next door, burger joint next door, spa amenities (only paryially open)
The rooms are wonderful and unique. The blankets and pillows on the bed will definitely keep you warm.
Very professional service. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Not a 5 star hotel This is like 2 star Very disappointed
