Very nice and clean place. Room was gorgeous and I highly recommend. Huge Starbucks inside and good eating options with great food. The only issue needing improvement is the front desk. The check in line was horrendous and didn’t seem to go down much during our stay. Arrive early!

The showers in my room was clogged. Water came up ankle high. Asked for room change and was denied. They sent up plumber who took toilet plunger to the shower drain. All kinds of black gunk came up into shower. Biohazrd. Still refused to change my room until next day. Rest of my party didn't want to step into the shower after that fiasco. Don't stay here if you value cleanliness, staff who are willing to accomodate, and if you arent worried about clogged showers being cleared with toilet plungers. Gross. Never again. Low prices reflect type of establishment. Pay a few extra dollars and enjoy your stay. Mine was a damper. Front desk staff just added to the horrible experience. They kept telling me they don't have another room to change me into until the next day, but in the morning, another front desk staff said they had a room prepared for me the night before. The same night they wouldn't change me into another room claiming it was fully booked. I guess they were leaving as many room vacant as possible just in case new potential clients booked. Hotel with hundreds of room fully booked? Not one room available. They clearly think their guest are stupid. I guess making money is more important than making their guest happy. I experienced it first hand. Wouldn't stay at the Sahara again even if rooms were free. Book something else if you want a good get away experience im vegas. You won't find it here.

Room was trash, the layout sucks with the bathroom and shower, toilet got clogged. 1 day the water got cut off, only 1 elevator worked. Took 15 mins to go up or down the elevator. Would not stay there again.

The room we had was deemed an upgrade. I cannot begin to image what the original One would have been like. The decor was odd at best. The wall that was lined up to the bathroom was semi covered by some sort of “artwork” that was semi-snapped on and the tv was haphazardly attached to a curtain. A peculiar mirror was above the bed. There was very little lighting. Eateries were not open often. We had to exit to find others. The gym and spa were closed several of the days. The bathroom had no door and the toilet had a swinging door that didn’t properly fasten. We were there for a legal conference and the area for the conference was like ice and no one would take care of that, dispute many of us speaking up. I should be refunded as we didn’t even have housekeeping and I cleaned the room.

Actually, my beef is with Expedia. I had tried to book a room for October 4 to 5th but when I later checked it was booked for October 5 to 6. When I tried to rebook the rate had gone up from around 140 to 400 I tried to call Expedia but all I got was A chat that was no help I was unable to get an actual person and was out 69 because I didn’t need the 5 to 6 reservation Will someone refund that money, surprise me and I will reconsider using Expedia

There is only one working elevator in the building where I stayed. Always a long line waited for the only one elevator. Terrible experience. I will not stay at this hotel next time and would not recommend people to check in this hotel.
