I liked almost everything about this property. The bad thing about this property was bad Internet Service just and no microwave to heat up leftovers.

Beautiful room and conveniently distanced from the business of the strip but also close enough to enjoy as much as desired.

They charge a 250.00 resort fee no maid service and property not maintain daily. Homeless people in and around property. Would not stay there again. Does have a nive pool area.

Need better restaurants

Overall, really liked the hotel. Here's what bothered me: Wifi, absolutely horrible. I had to connect several dozen times. Especially while in the lobby. Killing time to go to the airport is crap. We couldn't even catch a catnap with security bothering us or the music playing so loudly. I liked the monorail, I would change my rate higher to eco friendly. I've never had to request cleaning services on demand but it worked out bc I usually don't need them coming everyday. Ugh, the resort fees... I guess that's every Vegas hotel, but I don't know exactly what I'm paying for, so it's way too much! All the restaurants rocked! Starbucks should be open a tiny bit longer. Staff was awesome all around!

The first room never got below 76 degrees at any point. Finally got moved to another room that wasn't very clean, found a dirty towel and medical pills on the floor under the sink. It was also warm but did get down to 72 degrees. I will not be back.

Nice hotel,but too far from Las Vegas strip to be walking can be unsafe

The stay was excellent. We were able to get our keys effortlessly so that our vacation ran smoothly. The hotel was always clean, you constantly saw staff staying on top of things. The staff was always professional and ready to assist. The restaurants were great as well. Plenty of activities and easy access to the monorail by using the escalator. We had a great time and enjoyed will be back and will stay here again!

Was a nice stay

Nice casino great location

Check in wasn’t special. From the cheap upgrade “that I paid for” that wasn’t necessary as the room is basic. From the smoking floors “non smoking” to the lack of sleep due to the curtain situation. The elevators were a nightmare. The casino and comp situation was nice.

My neck hurts from the horribly stiff and uncomfortable bed pillows, no in-room coffee or machines, no room service, room elevators always took forever. A lot of people complained of similar issues…overall unpleasant stay and wish I could’ve stayed somewhere else!

It was close to the things i wanted to do.
