The grounds are beautiful but the staff is even better.

Excellent stay at Green Valley Ranch. Clean and beautiful, service is fantastic!

It was my wife’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her. The regular check in time is 3:00 pm but I asked for the early check in on 12:00 two months in advance. I talked to several managers and staffs. I also received an email regarding the complimentary check in. I also went to the hotel the day before to double check everything. I asked my friend to go to the hotel to do the check in in advance and to go to the room and wait there till me and my wife arrive and have the surprise. They got to the hotel lobby at 1:30 pm but they they said no room is available. The whole surprise ruined, the cake got corrupted (since they didn’t take it from us to put it in a fridge) and finally let us check in at 4:30 pm. Their excuse was that they said their check in “starts” at 3:00 pm and it is not at 3:00 pm! Although in their website it says it is at 3, and although I talked and set everything with everyone two months in advance!

I loved the view from my Superior View room, and great service, especially the concierge service by Matt Wilantt and the lobby bartender, Vanesa.

The property is very nice looking. Noticed it’s starting to look worn in places. Prior to arriving I contacted the hotel to request a very quiet room. I am a light sleeper and we’re arriving late and leaving early in the morning. I also placed a call to reservations and was assured we would be in a quiet floor and in a quiet room. We were placed on floor 2 off the casino floor and we were placed near the elevators so we heard everyone walking down the hall to and from their rooms. From about 100am to 3:30am there was a party going on in one of the rooms on our floor. Needless to say we did not have a very quiet room as requested. I will also add that people were smiling weed in the hallway between hotel reception area and where you walk to your tower to reach your room. So my child had to walk through a giant cloud of second hand smoke. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

Way overpriced for the experience. Paying top dollar for a room that overlooked a parking lot. Front desk couldn't afford a forgotten toothbrush after hours or a Tylenol. Didn't even disclose there is a dispenser in the restroom for such items after hours... Just a lower than par experience...Especially for the rates. Would definitely never stay there again or recommend!!

After paying for the Tuscany Suite, the sound system in the suite did not work, the suite had no plates or cutlery or glasses or anything. I called room service to ask for disposable plates, cups and cutlery and they wanted to charge me $ 1 per piece $ 5 service fee. First time I see that a suite does not have those things and besides wanting to charge more and more. I really don't recommend this hotel, don't be fooled by the photos. The beds are uncomfortable. They didn't even really respect my Orbitz VIP perks, they didn't give me late check out or early check in, I never felt like a VIP in this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool, but it is not worth paying for this horrible hotel just for a pool.

The pool and fitness center were very nice, inviting, clean, and relaxing. Staff very hospitable especially with COVID precautions which were also very thorough and with sanitation opportunities readily available. All and all I would highly recommend Green Valley Ranch. While my visit was business I plan to return in the future with my family as it felt very family friendly.

It's a bit confusing finding entrance and parking that's close to the hotel side.

Seems like the hotel needs work. We had to change rooms no hot water in the tub. We couldn’t get our room warm enough.

Non-smoking areas are great. Theater right on the property. Outdoor shops, like a treasure in the backyard.

Green Valley Ranch was a beautiful property, with friendly staff and wonderful service. I was surprised that we did not have a coffee maker in our room, but were otherwise very pleased with our stay.

The property is very nice looking. Noticed it’s starting to look worn in places. Prior to arriving I contacted the hotel to request a very quiet room. I am a light sleeper and we’re arriving late and leaving early in the morning. I also placed a call to reservations and was assured we would be in a quiet floor and in a quiet room. We were placed on floor 2 off the casino floor and we were placed near the elevators so we heard everyone walking down the hall to and from their rooms. From about 100am to 3:30am there was a party going on in one of the rooms on our floor. Needless to say we did not have a very quiet room as requested. I will also add that people were smiling weed in the hallway between hotel reception area and where you walk to your tower to reach your room. So my child had to walk through a giant cloud of second hand smoke. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend this place to anyone I know.
