I want to say that the room was very outdated. The beds were so hard. My back actually hurts from sleeping in that bed. They said the pool would be open when I called to confirm reservation. The pool was closed when we arrived. They offered us to go to green valley station to visit the pool. Who wants to do that?! The pressure of the water was crazy and it would spill all over the restroom. The whole restroom would literally flood with water. The iron was so old and had white residue and damaged my dress. Really disappointed that there was no more buffet. The Casino looks remodeled but they definitely need to work on the rooms.

The room was dated and shabby. The bathroom was dirty, worn and dated. There was a portion of the stay when we couldn’t get any hot water and when we tried to call the front desk we found that the phone didn’t work.

Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a decent view. On-site restaurants served good food. Things that would have made it a 5: Comfortable pillows! The pillows are awful. Working drink, vending machines on every floor. Small in room fridge. Vacuum behind the night stands- it was gross!

We only stay here. Love the amenities, location, staff is so wonderful. Lots of food to choose from. Great sports bar! Gaming variety is exceptional. Theatre has IMAX showings. Ben & Jerry's! No need to consider any other resort.

This is the best place to stay in my opinion. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff is great and the property is clean and well appointed with lots of greats activities and food options. One suggestion for the modern traveler is update the bedside lamps to ones with charging ports.
