Sunset Station Hotel & Casino

When we arrived there were no more "non smo0king rooms" I was not told that could happen. We had to upgrade to get a non smoking room.

Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, the mini suite was spacious and our view from the room was excellent. We also enjoyed the cinema. We wanted an overall relaxing atmosphere off the strip with plenty to do within the facility and close by. Sunset Station perfectly met our criteria.

Excellent stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

Room and hotel are very nice! Also the Sunday Brunch was awesome

Clean room and fun hotel. Love this place and also has great restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay, was not impressed with the staff

The tub and the sink Rusty and flooded . Very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Just an average hotel...pillows were to large and not soft..bed not that comfortable...

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly and the rooms were nicely appointed. Our only issue was the temperature in the Casino area and hallways outside the rooms. It had to be 62 degrees or less in the hotel. I am not sure why but everyone was forced to wear coats or,sweaters. Not normal for Henderson NV. Other than that, we loved our stay..

I booked already a non smoking room. When I checked in room, customer service said me that I did not have a non smoking room. If I wanted to check in a non smoking room, I had to pay more money. Thus, I accepted to check in a smoking room. This was uncomfortable room because I had to breath a bad smell of cigarette. They did not have a tooth paste for customer. I will not com back to this hotel again.

We arrived late, check in was easy and excellent staff! Got to our room, exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable m. Very impressed, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome room, great front desk, great restaurant. Overall cleanliness.

Pleasant and comfortable. Nice hotel casino and staff

The Hotel rooms are clean and very basic with no character. When you check in, they will charge you a large Resort Fee. The rooms do not include a safe in room, water, coffee maker, room fridge, casino coupons. So one has to wonder, what does the Resort Fee include? Absolutely nothing but a gym and local phone calls. I could not recommend Sunset Station for several reasons beside the Resort Fee Rip Off. If you do decide to book, just keep in mind that what ever rate you may have booked online, add the amount of the resort fee.

I find this to be one of the friendliest hotel/casinos in Vegas. And to boot, the recent remodel that it’s undergone is outstanding. Located in Henderson, it’s easy (and free) to park, easy to shop for anything—and a lot less chaotic than the Strip. Highly recommended for business travel or simply pleasure.

That poor building. It's old, outdated and worst of all smells. Rooms are just cubicles with a bed in it, and the bed was terrible. Staff was great. Lovely and likeable people just making a living. I'm sorry I will never be able to go back, but I won't ever step foot in the building again. Best of luck.

You get what you pay for. I work in Las Vegas once in a while, and when I stay in the Henderson area I pretty much stay at the Sunset Station. This trip was much of the same, with exception of my reservation was incorrect . I reserved a King bed Non smoking and was pushed in to a 2 queen bed room that the previous occupant smoked in. The hotel staff fixed the non smoking issue but I was still sleeping on a queen bed.

the rooms do not have a coffee maker, frig or microwave and the shower reminds me of my military days. The shower nozzle was terrible. The hallways smelled like stale Old Spice. Not staying there again.

Good location for my travel needs; close to local restaurants & shopping.

I've stayed many times at Sunset Station and this stay was the worse. The people in the room next to us were very noisy and had the TV on all night 8pm-8am and continued to have loud conversations through out the night, it felt like they were in the same room as me. Also had problems with the internet and was told but tech support my internet was not turned on in my room. Pool was closed due to weather.
