Good price. Easy to get in and out. Restaurant food and choice okay, prices reasonable. Good value. Noticed what appeared to be quite a few homeless people for a couple blocks west of the property. No problem with them went I went for a walk in the late afternoon...seem to keep to themselves. Likely common in Vegas, but more noticeable in less pedestrian crowded areas.

The room was nice, with the exception of the bath/shower. There was just around the drain. The water in the tub drained slow. They could've cleaned the showerhead better. CLR works great!! I'm just saying.

Most hotels I have stayed at in the LV area smell like smoke. This hotel really surprised me!! There was no smell of smoke in my room or the hallway area going towards the rooms. The facilities felt like they were newly renovated especially the rooms. They also had specials at the Grand Cafe that were exceptionally reasonable. My only disappointment was not being able to do Sunday Brunch. The line was too long and I was too hungry to wait.

Room AC did not work properly. The room was always warm even thought it was between 45-55 degrees C outside. Called in the issue to the front desk. They sent someone. The individual just changed the filter. It did not improve the AC. Also the phone always comnected to a busy line no mater which quick access button I pressed.

Cigarette Smoke odor throughout facilities. Very good breakfast buffet offered. Appreciate the room refrigerator.

The worst bar tender in all of las vegas. Totally Rude!

They need to remodel the hotel. The sheets had hair and were dirty. At the end I was concerned about my deposit and the lady at the front desk was giving me attitude. For no reason You don’t give attitude to your guests.

Beds were a little hard but overall room was nice hotel staff mostly friendly

Hotel on Boulder Highway, nice spacious rooms with a refrigerator. Front desk long walk to rooms. Recently changed check out from noon to eleven.

Had room on 8th floor guests above or next door had several kids running around and screaming late at night and early in the morning. Could not get sleep.

Great one night stay on Boulder Highway. Easy parking, front desk along way from rooms especially when your key don't work 😢

Hotel on Boulder Highway, had to wait awhile to check in only one front desk clerk. Someone stole the Do not disturb sign off of the door so housekeeping knocking on door even the I was checking out that day

Pool was so cold we could not enjoy time in water, no coffee pots in rooms, do not like to have to go out of room it morning for coffee, first second day there security was going through rooms said it wad a a security check for the Italian event that was going on, not sure why they had to come in our room but they looked in closets beside beds and in bathroom, staff was good and using the valet is always nice, no pool side service either, we will stay at our favorite place South Point on our next visits

I had a very pleasant stay, thank you! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

Very quick and easy check in. Lots of restaurant possibilities and cinema on site.
