As my niece and I were getting ready to leave, the staff decided to knock and then quicklyopen the door and just walk on in even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. One of us could’ve been not dressed. It was so rude and she didn’t even care. We were just a number to her. If they’re gonna do that kind of stuff they should at least wait till after checkout time we still had at least an hour. I’ll never stay at this hotel again simply because of that. I understand we should’ve had the deadbolt locked but at the same time why is your staff just opening doors?
