This is the cleanest Hotel we've been to. They have everything!!! Like home away from home.
Great pool & hot tubs! The Suites are very large & include laundry machines.

Here is a list of issues we had: 1. Staff harassing us to go on your tour of your new hotel at least four times, including calling us in the evening and waking us up. 2. Water smelled and tasted funny and even made us ill. 3. The windows didn't open/close easily in the main bedroom. 4. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point neither of us slept well when we stayed here. 5. Homeless people were wandering around in the facility and parking lot and approached us asking if we "saw his friend Steven who drives a silver 6-speed that's really loud". Not what I would expect from a gated resort. 6. Air conditioners were so loud, they prevented us from a sound sleep. 7. All night long we could hear the people in the room above us just walking across the room. For some reason we could hear every step they took over the master bedroom. 8. We were told smoking on the patio was prohibited, yet smoking one step outside the front door of the unit was completely acceptable. 9. Parking carport poles are so close to the parking spots that no matter where you parked, at least one of your doors was blocked from opening. This also caused people to park closer together, further blocking car doors from opening.

Amazing place to stay in. Very nice and respectful staff that have answer my requests, clean and safe. Very recommended.
Floor rug and carpets need a really good cleaning. My Grandson's feet were porch black within minutes of being there.
Great place to stay with a family. Pool was nice. Two room suite was spacious and comfortable. Secure location. Great staff. Quiet. Accessible room was perfect for my God daughter who uses a wheelchair. There was even a patio she could wheel out to and see the pool. Definitely staying here the next time we are in Las Vegas.
Love it definitely use this place again perfect driving distance from the strip for me since I have teen daughters didn’t want to be too close. Clean, quiet, affordable. By far the best experience.
This is the 2nd time i have stayed here and i love it here.....they r small apartments with washer and dryer in ur unit. The receptionist all are amazing. It is super layed back and quite. Only thing i wish is checkout be 12 or 1 not 10am

It was the equivalent or a small home. It was clean & well maintained. We can't find anything negative to say. It was excellent.
The couch that folds out into a bed had exposed staples and one of them went right into my finger OUCH!!
This is a great hotel. In the perfect location for us (not on the strip) Super clean!!! And kitchen has everything you need. We always keep coming back there.
