We showed up after being delayed at the airport and couldn’t check in. Tried calling. No one answers. I have never heard of a place that you couldn’t get checked in. This should be told to everyone immediately! If you are past midnight by no fault of your own you can’t access the property. Very deceitful.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The suite gave us plenty of space for our 3 kids, and having all the amenities we needed made the trip so much easier and more relaxing. The resort was quiet, family-friendly, and a great escape from the busier parts of Las Vegas—yet still close enough to get to the fun when we wanted to. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere truly made us feel at home. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
