Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

The room itself is nice. The beds on the other hand are HORRIBLE!!! You can feel the springs in them and the bed lays at a decline at the head. Did not appreciate an early phone call by a staffer to try and sell me on viewing another Hilton property after I had already told them we were not interested. Then to top it off the Caller wanted to speak to my husband as he “was sure he could convince him to go view the property”. We do not choose Hilton properties to be harassed and pressured into viewing other properties or possible time shares. NO is NO! Then they continually text you during your stay. I get it, technology is a huge part of today’s business and our lives but I’m here for vacation, not to be bothered with texts about things that are not of importance.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay that truly felt like a home away from home. The property was exceptionally neat and clean, but what impressed us most was the incredible service. When we encountered an issue with the kitchen dishwasher at 12:30 AM, we called the front desk, and a maintenance team member was at our door within minutes to help. We are so thankful for their prompt, late-night assistance! Overall, it was a fantastic experience

The room was spacious, but a bit outdated. We requested room cleaning from the front desk, but unfortunately no one ever came to clean it. From the first day, we were also out of conditioner; we called to request more, but it was never brought to us.
