Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

10/10 experience with a luxurious feel. didn’t have to worry about the noise or smoke smell a casino hotel typically has to deal with. great gym. staff was professional, responsive & respectful. felt very safe with the needed key card to access floors. 24/7 business offices to complete my work. made my spouses birthday extra special with a door sign, welcome card & confetti on the bed for us Hilton honors members. we will always be returning customers when in Vegas!

Overall, very happy with our experience at Hilton Polo Towers. While the room was very clean when we arrived, we never had any housekeeping during our stay. We were supposed to have this service on Wednesday but nothing was done. But we would still stay at HPT again in the future.
