Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

Everything was just fine. Didn’t interact with the staff at all really, room was ready early which is always great. Room had everything we needed and more. Good strip view, elevators weren’t an issue (other reviews said they were slow). Kids spray park area was closed with was a bummer. The gym had very nice equipment! Location to the strip was great, walked through BLVD each morning. Overall a good place to stay, on budget with children. I would definitely recommend especially if you’re looking to have a suite.

Packaged coffee in room horrible, Pool very small only 3 feet, 1 hot tub for all those rooms. Housekeeping missed cleaning room a day. Slightly dated, resort fees for not really resort amenities. Target a block away. Going to Planet Hollywood use back entrance, to Harmon closer go through mall to casino. Scanned for a cab in the morning came in 5 minutes, TV’s in the room PLD, colour not great could use new TV’s

It was a good spot to be able to explore the strip. Close to good dining options and shopping. Great for our family since it’s not a casino so no smoking. We loved it here. We will definitely stay here again on our next Vegas trip.
