It was a nice view and it was near all the areas we wanted to see.

It was located greatly to the strip, but there was no good way to go from the hotel to the strip without walking down alleys that were dirty. Also issue with homeless right.

Small rooms No restaurants No casinos Small pool Maybe 2.5 star at the most!!!

I enjoyed this hotel a lot. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I like that it has a small kitchen and are able to make food with all the kitchen stuff. Made feel at home. Thank u for a wonderful experience.

This was a great hotel experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great location on the strip. Will definitely be coming back.

The check in was really slow. Never waited half hour to check in to a hotel before this. Had to duck from some aggressive marketing from a diamond resorts guy trying to get me in to a class to be part of the timeshare. Studio was extremely tiny. This was my first time in Vegas and am not sure how big rooms are at comparable hotels. But it was really tiny. There was a door between us and next door 1-bed apt. We actually just opened and checked it out. The 1 bedroom was a good size (funny how I could just open the door and barge in). This door had a security latch on my side (none on the other side). People checked in that one bed at night, and we could hear them talk (everything). Everything was clean. There was cabs waiting at the tower main door at 5:30 in the morning when we checked out. Since this was my first time to Vegas I do not have a reference point but I've read other hotels at the same price point in the vicinity are really bad.

Rooms are great, clean. Hotel is very large, long walks from elevator(s) to rooms. Swimming pool under renovation, with no warning. Most importantly - there is a mandatory $50 resort fee on top of the listed ad agreed price, payable at the checkout. This fee could not be waived for us - not really fair. Overall - not a bad hotel, but a bit below the 4 star level

Loved the location and the state of the rooms. A quiet place to stay when in Vegas. Staff were incredibly friendly. Booked with 5 adults so when connecting rooms were opened there was a lot of room.

I had a good time at polo towers! The location was great, located close to a lot of dining options and right on the strip. The price we paid for a one bedroom room was great compared to other places. The bed was super comfy, the only thing I didn't like was the cost for wi-fi, if your paying a good amount for the weekend I think wi-fi should be free!

Location, amenities - all good. Just watch for the non-refundable resort fee during check in. the travelsite has no knowledge about it but the hotel staff will tell you to call them. Don't wait til checkout - settle it while you are there.

pro: good price, in the middle of the strip, clean rooms, i think everyone room has a balcony and is a suite con; underground garage is good for like 40 cars, if its full you have to park in the back of the hotel and walk around the fence and to the side of the hotel to get in. actual check in time is at 4pm, but i checked in at 10 am and didn't get a room til 12 pm. its a first come first serve if you check in early. There is a hidden fee of 55 dollars per room after check out..

We liked that it was a non gaming hotel, one bedroom was good size for a family of 4, pool was nice but could get crowded, free parking, mini mart was conveniently located on property and hotel is walking distance to miracle mile shopping. The one bad thing was the $55 "resort fee" they tacked on at check out...oh and internet was an extra fee.

Horrible experience, [...]never inform us about hidden fees. When we checked in the clerk charged us a 90.00 resort fee and started blaming [...], when we call [...]they claim to not know anything about it. Stuck with the fee. Polo tower just said nothing they can do about it.

When we are in Vegas with our children we prefer to stay at the Hotel for Breakfast and Diner. That is more convenient for us. The kitchen is incredible and well organise, we loved it.

Enjoyed their friendly service. the rooms were super clean and roomy like the fact that we had a full kitchen

Went to Vegas for business and stayed for pleasure. Stayed at Mirage first 2 nights for work then moved to Polo Towers for 2 nights of personal time. Would stay here again next time I'm in Vegas - close to strip to walk but no noisy or smokey casino, easy to get in and out, friendly staff, great value, loved the suite with kitchen and separate living room space. Recommend this one - same or slightly better price as casino resort hotels without downsides. One limitation was somewhat small pool.

Great location, in between MGM and Planet Hollywood. Access to rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and I also got free access to the gym. The rooms are small but clean. Friendly staff. Internet is not free, but not very expensive ($8 per 24h, $14 for 3 days). My room featured an LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator, spacious shower and a balcony. My room was on the front side, so I got a great view on the strip, facing the new Las Vegas CityCenter. Room service available, but no restaurant. There's a shop for snacks, drinks etc.

These are really spacious rooms. The suites are great with kitchnette and refrigerator. Good for a group of friends or family. Awesome location!

The rooms are fantastic and well equiped. Excellent price for the location and the quality. The only thing is that the room was clean only twice a week.

we went through orbitz paid for the room and everything, once we got there they wanted to pay additional 325 dollars because orbitz hasnt paid them yet so we had to wait like 2 hours and finally the manager said forget they will bill orbitz later and thats what they were supposed to do in the first place..
