This is my second time staying at the Westin. This is an older hotel but the rooms are comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk from the strip. I like this because it is quiet but still relatively close to all the action. There is a small casino inside the hotel. However, it was in the process of being shutdown. The Westin plans to use the space for a restaurant and other things. The prime rib buffet served in the evening is excellent. The pool is small but is adequate. The hotel has a nice view of the High Roller giant ferris wheel. One tip is to not let the taxi driver take you to the hotel via the highway. This is a much longer trip and doubles the cost. I learned this lesson the hard way.

Great location, close to free way! Not on strip but also not a far way to enjoy other casino and hotels. Second time staying and i love it

Hotel was prepaid a few weeks in advanced, upon arrival no two bed room available even though it was paid for. Extremely disappointed on a Marriott property. Very surprise on the lousy costumer service. Then again it is vegas, costumers are a dime a dozen, why worry about costumer service if rooms could still sell out.

nice room only problem was AC was quite loud. But very comfortable. not much going on in bar/ rest./ casino but staff was very nice. location was OK

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very comfortable, quiet room and staff were very helpful and accommodating! Loved the free parking. Everything was within walking distance!

Nice quiet low key clean convenient hotel. Could not smell any smoke at all from the casino area which was small and clean. Pool area was smaller than most and was not a 'party central' like a lot of hotels in this area - which we loved since it meant it was calm quiet and relaxing. Excellent experience and will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel. Very nice option off the Strip but still within walking distance. My check out was at 12. The key to go up and down the elevator stopped working at 11 leaving me stuck on the bottom floor and my husband in the room. In the middle of this discovery, the doors to the elevator that I was trying refused to open and I was stuck in the elevator until another guest pushed the button to get in. Panic had already set in, leaving me frantically calling my husband upstairs for help. Being that his key didn't work either, he was unable to help (CAN ANYONE SAY MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD). When I finally got out I was passed off from person to person with a "we aren't part of the hotel" comment. I waited in line to talk to " the right part of the hotel" for 30 minutes fuming and livid! The manager's questions and comments made me feel small and dumb for this even happening. He didn't offer any compensation for my distress, simply walked me tontge elevator and sent me upstairs. He didn't even offer me a later check out time to compensate for my wasted time waiting in line. Terrifying experience overshadowing any good that the hotel has to offer and HORRIBLE customer service. I will never stay here again and would recommend that you steer clear!

The room was smaller than I expected but very clean. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out later at no charge. There was a mix up with the rooms on the second day but the problem was taken care of immediately. My only issue was a slow drain in the tub but with everything else going great, we would def stay there again. There was a breakfast buffet for $21 per person and friday- sunday night from 5-10, theres a prime rib buffet for 24.95 but they give you a $5 off each buffet in your room.

Great location and very professionally run. Small but sufficient lobby and nice pool and spa facilities

For sur i be there again good service and good experience

It was fun and exciting. Nice room and comfortable.

Nothing spectacular. If you're travelling for business, this'll work fine. Restaurant at the hotel is okay. Casino is non-exciting and lacks any real draw, but since the trip was all biz, this was fine. They are currently remodeling the workout facilities, so they have a room which is just off the casino and while there are signs stating the casino is a "non-smoking facility in it's entirety", I was just too uncomfortable with the smoke smell and lack of any real equipment to exercise here. It is literally in a conference room with a wide open door to the casino. Not super inviting. Room was adequate and the free bottled water round out the sparse accommodations. But again, as a business trip it was okay. Location was good enough as my conference was across the street at Bally's. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice addition.

Hotel has comfortable rooms. Only negative thing I can say is that the a/c unit in our room wasn't working well. Hotel tried to fix it but we were actually leaving to go out on the town and we only booked one night. It worked a little better so our night wasn't so bad.

Stayed for 2 nights, classic vegas weekend. Hotel has small casino in the lobby. Nice, friendly and also cool staff. Keep up the good work!

Convenient location, good value, spacious rooms, helpful staff.

I loved my stay at the Westin in Las Vegas. The front desk, gift shop, and restaurant staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable especially the plush bed and bathrobe. I love the added touch of a small lavender aromatherapy sample. My only pet peeve was the smoky smell in the lobby and restaurant. Maybe one can't avoid this in Vegas? Would be great if there's some way to limit the stale smokey smell. On a positive note, I would definitely stay at the WestIn Las Vegas again when I'm in town.

Has what we need, comfort, good beds, good bathroom, towels, free internet, calls and free parking, staff very kind, close to the strip, well located and has a good price. The room is a little small, the restaurant a little expensive and closes early. I enjoyed the stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. I had made a mistake in the room type I booked and the hotel staff changed my room type to the type I wanted without charge or issue, that made a big difference in a positive way to my trip. Decor inside the hotel and rooms was nicer than some on the strip casino/hotels. Good gym, pool and spa. Adequate location.

It was quite comfortable, quiet, and stress free.

This hotel was really nice. It was easy to walk to the strip, parking was free, and the hotel was clean. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were nice.
