We had some bad experience with the front desk. People are not very kind and nice. The property is pretty close in the middle of everything while I was taking a shower. Somebody came in to our room and cleaned kind of weird and the day before that somebody came in my son was asleep. I asked him to leave and they got on the speaking loud loudly. The property itself is pretty nice. Our room was nice as well. They can definitely do better with customer service in the morning. We called to take the bellboy and there was no bellboy in sight so we had a take our luggage all the way down by ourselves and when we got there, nobody greeted us and take our luggage upstairs. We had to take everything ourselves. There’s much better service at other locations for the price I paid you would expect a little bit more disappointed, but this is the second time Hilton has failed for us so no more Hilton.

We had a problem checking in but beyond that the property is nice. It was show a bit of wear with some tiles missing in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It was a good value.
