I had a lot issues with this hotel. 1. Faulty TV where many channels didn’t work and the picture would freeze and break up. 2. No hot water in the basin  3. No working WiFi in room 181 4. Bed very uncomfortable  5. Room not clean  6. Door faulty and would not close properly and security did knock on my door to tell me it wasn’t closed correctly. I was told by Expedia to contact the front desk. I spoke to a nice girl called Payal who tried to help me with the room issues and went back to ask the manager to speak to me but he refused. I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as they have no interest in the guests being happy. The room issues were 1. Faulty TV 2. No hot water in the basin  3. No working WiFi in room 181 4. Bed very uncomfortable  5. Room not clean  6. Door faulty and would not close properly and security did knock on my door to tell me it wasn’t closed correctly.

The hotel was overall a good experience for us. Be prepared for a bit of a wait at check-in. The only thing that really gave it 4 stars was the room cleanliness, and by that, I mean the bathroom in particular. We got a Jr. Suite, and the jetted tub was dirty still inside... That was pretty gross. Otherwise, the hotel was super convenient being attached to both 3rd floor self-parking and the Miracle Shops mall. Plenty of restaurants inside of the mall and also outside, since it was on the strip. Safety-wise, they had security that checked to make sure anyone trying to head to the rooms had a current key card that scanned on a device before entering.

This property is incredible. This was the second time that we have stayed at the Elara. Both experiences were above expectations. This is a well maintained, very clean property. The lobby, rooms and pool are fantastic. Location to amenities is very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
