Room was clean only down thing the heater was loud and plumbing wird, we wash our hands on bathroom sinc and girgle sound was comming out from kitchen sinc. Bar staff (the african lady)was having a bad day or something didnt get our drinks the right way.

Staff had very poor communication. We were given conflicting information about shuttle services. We had never been to Vegas so had relied on accuracy of staff information. The breakfast buffet was not even warm and the fruit was soggy and close to spoiling. The last night in our room there was no hot water for showers.

Room was clean, & had a good view.. The plumbing needs some maintenance due to slow drainage of sinks and toilet, & tub. Staff was really great! Also really enjoyed awesome Free breakfast, and the happy hour was a very nice surprise.. Very happy with our stay, & would stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast area is too small and the serving time is short and the line was too long…. I stayed there for three nights, I only requested room cleaning one time, they forgot to provide even one towel in my room. When I got back in the morning of the early morning of the first day of the new year, I had to go to the front desk asking for shower towels
