Looking for a lodging facility that still believes in customer service? THIS IS IT! we had a couple issues with our room. Outstanding response, and reasonable compensation offered without argument. Staff that didn’t complain. Some reviewers have complained about aging decor. If you want gaudy Vegas- get your brass fix over at the Venetian! I’ll take the Platinum subtlety, quiet, and ease of entry and exit every time. We will definitely be back!
The hotel is quiet and the views are amazing. It is still in a walkable area if you are at the other end of the Strip.
Nice property. Spacious and clean suites. Need a bit better security by the parking lot entry. Also I was a bit disappointed with my room not being ready at check in and had to inquire about a comparable room which was available.
The staff was friendly who even upgraded my room. Room was clean amd spacious. I always stay here whn i come to Vegas for my birthday everyy year. I had fun and enjoyed staying at The Platinum Hotel. Wish the spa was open.

Everything was great except my balcony door didn’t open and had a really great view of the strip and wanted to enjoy my mornings out on the balcony.

They charged me a crazy high resort fee. The hotel is complete understaffed, and not worth what I paid to stay there

I like that this is a suite property, has valet parking only, has a nice bar (Stir) and restaurant (Kilowatt) and a spa. It's quiet, the staff is very helpful, and it's very close to the Strip, next door to the Tuscany and Ellis Island.
