Check in was terrible. Property sent me an email 24 hours prior, I replied and requested for an adjoining room since I booked for 2 rooms. I checked in 2:50 pm, but was told rooms are not ready. No keys are given said they will text when rooms are ready. My daughter doesn’t feel good, they don’t have chairs for us to wait. I was made to go back in line if I want to talk to the front desk. Line was long, a lot of people are also waiting for their rooms. This is the first time that I have to wait for a room. I said, but check in is at 3pm. But they said “it starts at 3pm until 11pm!” The hotel was all nice but will never book here again!

One of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in while in Las Vegas. The bed was very comfortable, pillows large & fluffy, and the bed linens all very clean and soft. There were so many wonderful dining options at the Palazzo & the attached Venetian. We especially enjoyed Tao Asian, Buddy V’s, Wakuda, the Grand Luxe Cafe, Sushisamba, Buchon, and HaSalon. The Canyon Ranch Spa was extremely nice. We spent almost all day, off & on, relaxing at the spa and taking advantage of their massage services.

Great stay, but a couple of gripes.....

We got stranded because of the cyber-outage & had to find some accommodations for 2 night in a hurry. Loved the Palazzo. My only complaints would be (1) there was often a weird smell in the hallway & sometimes in our room. It was like a smelly drain. We were on the 40th floor, room 907. Also, we often heard odd banging noises in the night which woke us up several times. Like plumbing or A/C ductwork? Not really sure, but it was often. I would say our biggest complaint would be......no coffee in the room!

ThingsI didn’t like is the poor communication from the IT, and the front desk as well. I lost the WiFi connection in the middle of my online presentation, I was so frustrated because I tried to call for 45 minutes and no one was able to help, ended me up using my cellphone without sharing my scree. The other thing that I didn’t like the poor room service, I ordered a steak sandwich, the meat was unacceptable at all. I came to Vegas in order to attended a forum as I’m a graduate student doing FNP program, but I wasn’t able to study in the room because of the poor WiFi connection. Other than this, the hotel was very nice and I had a good stay.
