Not the tidiest. Slow checkin. Won’t stay here again.

This property was an awesome off the strip option. In site restaurants were great, room accommodations were awesome, hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating and I really appreciated that over 4 days we may have had to wait 5 minutes for a rideshare, they generally were parked outside waiting on us. I would definitely stay again.

The dining and gaming was great. Our room on the other hand. It wasn’t very clean upon check in and housekeeping never came, not once, the whole time we were there. So not only was our room never cleaned, we also didn’t get the waters and drink tickets that we pay $51 a day resort fee for. We spoke to housekeeping several times. Lastly, our last night the smell of marijuana smoke in our room was like someone was smoking in the room. I’m all for people doing what they want, but they need to have HVAC so everyone else isn’t forced to. As said, casino staff, restaurant staff and spa employees were all fantastic. The hotel itself is a mess.

This hotel is probably one of the worst in Vegas. My room was filthy upon arrival and housekeeping after my first night was sub par. I got this room as a birthday gift for my partner and it was such a disappointment. I will not return to this disgusting hotel.

Rooms are nice. Food is good

No pool or hot tub open even though they still charged resort fees

Still feels very new, still getting their legs underneath them as a “destination”. Super friendly staff and great food. One Steakhouse, in particular, was absolutely top notch.

Nice property off of Tropicana Street near strip Rooms are decent size but they charge extra for refrigerator. They do clean rooms daily. Our room smelled like marijuana and had nut shells behind dresser Plenty places to eat but a little bit pricey. Have Dunkin Donuts and ice cream for family You do have to walk through casino to get to rooms but not far

The property is nice. However, it wasn't for me. I don't gamble. The prices for everything on the property are exorbitant so buyer beware.

Beautiful hotel and Casino!

Not impressed, staff at front desk was rude, unexpected charges charged daily

I liked everything about

I was pleasantly surpised with this hotel. It's newly renovated which you feel right away. Super clean with a very cool modern style. The One Steakhouse is phenomenal and the other restaurants and bars I tried were all good. The room was nicely designed and decent style, although didn't have a coffee maker which I would have liked. The area around has some cool places too like the Haufbrau House and a really good Korean BBQ restaurant. Super close to the airport and the strip. Hard to beat this place for the money. Will stay again.

Wonderful clean and fun stay! We really appreciated the rude share area for Uber pick up. The theater was stunning and the perfect venue.

Dear Brian,Thanks for choosing our property. We trust your overall stay was cozy. However, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the pool closure; while the pool is closed for the winter months, we are excited for its reopening on March 10th. Our resort fee also includes vouchers for drinks at The Bar at Commons Club, a discount on spa services and retail products, high-speed internet, a complimentary appetizer with the purchase of two dinner entrees at The Kitchens at Commons Club, and more.
