Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated! Loved the separate space from the bedroom so our kids could relax and watch their own shows separate from us parents! The bathroom was also so luxurious with a standing shower, bath tub and well-lit mirror. Heated roof top pool was amazing- wish it had been open later that 4pm. Loved our stay- location is close to the airport, walking distance to many restaurants and accessible to get to the strip.

I recently stayed at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, and overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few issues that held it back from being perfect. Positives: Early Check-in: My flight arrived earlier than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk accommodated me well before the usual 3 p.m. check-in time. Room Quality: The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. I had no complaints about the overall quality of the space. Staff: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Negatives: Plumbing Issues: The biggest downside was the plumbing. The toilet only flushed properly about half the time, and it made strange noises throughout the night. The shower also had some issues with water pressure, and the air conditioner was incredibly loud. It honestly sounded like someone was hiding inside it making noise. While it was definitely a bit frustrating, I’m sure these issues could be resolved with maintenance. Noise: The noise from the plumbing and AC was disturbing enough that it kept me up at night, which was a big downside to an otherwise nice stay. Other Notes: Resort Fees: Like many Vegas properties, there were resort fees attached to my stay, so be sure to be aware of that when booking. This is common for both on- and off-strip hotels. Room Change: In hindsight, I think if I’d raised these issues with the front desk, they would’ve been willing to switch my room without any hassle.

The room was amazing, plus the view of the mountains top notch. Service and everything was great and if you want to Abe close to the strip without being on the strip this would be your place of choice.

Always a great stay this time. We had the dog chamber and I can tell you you would never know that this hotel let you have dogs there. It was a great day didn’t smell like animals and me and my mom enjoyed ourselves and don’t forget to go to the Kassi beach restaurant - great food great staff

The room was nice but it's super close to the airport so the planes are loud flying over until late and then again early. Also, I had a room on the 5th floor and while I didn't care about the view I was right at the height of the lights which were super bright and blinking in my room all night... even with the blackout curtains I could see them so get a room higher up!!

We have been coming to this property for over 20 years. We were loyal to the Hard Rock and are now loyal to Virgin. The only negative for this trip was the horrible attitude of the woman during our registration at Ruby Tower. I don’t know her name because she was not wearing a name badge, but she has absolutely no business dealing with the public. Zero professionalism and very unwelcoming personality. She is very slow and does not seem to realize that her demeanor is a reflection of Virgin Curio Collection. She is a young African-American woman with long hair. She is very thin and was working when we arrived on 11/26 at approx. 1230pm.
