I was really disappointed with my stay here. We asked for toothpaste and toothbrushes multiple times from check-in to check-out, but never got them—we had to buy our own. Also, the front desk had plenty of staff, but none helped with our luggage, and their attitude was terrible. Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We've stayed at many hotels. Our experience was 5 star. My only negative comment would be about the shortage of drawers to unpack to. Staying in a suite and living out of a suitcase??

I checked in 1 hour early (2pm). He was nice enough to accommodate me, but in a low room that looked out at the AC units, facing the airport so I heard EVERY departing jet. Room was nice and clean, but half the elevators were out of service. Casino pretty dead. Avoid Dunkin Donuts.
