The issues that we had are due to our personal preference. I prefer a room that has a refrigerator and coffee maker. The only refrigerator was stocked with drinks for purchase that are not what we typically drink. In order to get that first cup of coffee in the morning, I had to get dressed and go down to the first floor to Dunkin. We prefer to ease into our day by drinking a cup of coffee in the room, watching some news and then showering and heading out for more coffee and breakfast. The room was clean, shower nice and the maids did a good job.

It was impossible to sleep in the first room that we were given. Planes were taking off constantly and in some cases made the room shake. We were located in the Canyon Tower. We were unable to sleep. Following our request for a room change we were provided with a new room in the opal tower by a helpful associate at reception. The hotel is close to the airport but there are so many planes taken off the noise is continuous.

Room was great, staff was great. My only complaint is that the room was reserved for both for my Brother and I who arrived at separate times. The hotel would not let me add my brother to the reservation they said it had to be through Hotels.com, but you only let there be one name on the reservation. You need to change the app to allow both parties sharing the room to be on the reservation in case the guest does not know who will arrive first. Changing the name last minute was very inconvenient.
