The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There never seems to be a line when I need to check in which is terrific! I like that there is no time limit on when one can check in because I usually get to Las Vegas in the very late evening / wee morning hours. Good wifi service and very low resort fees. Can't ask for more.

The desk clerk Jun was so helpful and friendly. He gave great customer service. Our room was clean. Definitely worth the money we spent. Will be staying here again

My only negative about the hotel was it did not have coffee in the room

The hotel was fairly clean although we ate breakfast in one of the restaurants that had hair in my breakfast and the waitress was more worried about going on her break been serving us correctly. The rooms were clean but the beds are horrible especially if you're back needs special attention. Would not stay here again

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food we had was average at best. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nice room, great rate, staff was awesome and the location of the casino is goo

My baby found a pill on the floor so we looked to make sure there were no more there was 2 pills on the floor and 1 bye the sink. I talked to front desk said the manger would contact me and never did. But overall it was a good stay

I WAS CHARGED 'RESORT FEES' WHEN THERE WAS NO POOL/HOT TUB/SAUNA/SALON. ALSO, TRIED TO WATCH A TELEVISED SPORTS SHOW IN THE ROOM AS ALL COMFORTABLE AREAS TO VIEW THE GAME IN CASINO/AREA WAS COMPLETLY FULL.

the registration staff didn't tell us that there's no refrigerator on the room, and when I ask the desk there's a fee for that small ref. that they will bring to your room. and they give us a double queen, instead of a single King bed. It's better to book in Quality in.rather in this Hotel. the room attendant is knocking too early on our room . the carpet is dirty in the morning you can see the dust in the table. so you are breathing that dust the whole night.my wife is always sneezing co'z of that dust . there is no smoking area on the Casino. there's one in the front but still the people are still smoking. you can smell the smoke from inside . they should put a blower so that those who don't like to smell the smoke can play. I am not recommending this Hotel to my friends.

My room was awesome i loved it the people who work there are amazing and very helpful i would for sure come back again for another stay.

Had lot of fun love how they helped us get to and from the strip and the food will be back

Vegas is riddled with cheep rooms, but the hotel / motel is NOT someplace you would want to stay. I felt like I was in a 4 start hotel. The staff was so friendly, the food in their restaurant was as good as any famous brands with major chefs! The food was great! Room was very nice. Easy to park with plenty of parking. I plan on going back!

We stay here often because it's comfortable and cheap with good restaurants and a Starbucks for the morning. And the casino is better than the ones on the strip.

Booked a king bed but they didn't have one instead of upgrading me they wanted additional money the room they gave me wasn't clean and the air conditioning barely worked terrible experience

Because they started construction of the new tower the pool was demolished along with the courtyard where it was located. At the time the Resort Fee was a very valued 15.00 per night with players card. Now its 24.99 which isnt good considering theres no pool and about 1/3 of the casino is under construction as well. So if you dont mind being charged more for less then this is the place for you. Or wait until they are done with all the new upgrades then shop here for your stay in Las Vegas.

Upon check-in I was offered a room with a king bed and a rollaway when I reserved 2 queens as their was 4 guest.Clerk said he had to check with supervisor then gives me keys and send me on my way.Room had 2 queens but wasn't very clean.Found a huge chunk of glass on the floor and bottle cap.Hairs in the bathtub, curtains all stained up.Furniture was dirty and outdated.Carpets are old and stained.A/c didnt work very well and our floor was hot!No pool and wasn't made aware we could use the pool at the Palms.

Stayed in a suite on the 20th floor. The room was very spacious and clean with nice amenities. Overall, it was a very good value. Also, checkout time was at noon when it's usually 11am most other places. I would definitely stay here again.

It took long time to get the requested towels to the room.

Room was far from main casino. Also courtyard rooms are older compared to other places I have stayed in vegas before.

Lot of dust on the carpet, pillow covers were torn, there were white stains on chairs, no microwave and refrigerator
