Lot of dust on the carpet, pillow covers were torn, there were white stains on chairs, no microwave and refrigerator

Front desk friendly and helpful. The suite would have been very comfortable if the carpet had been clean. There was debris left on the carpet - definitely had not been vacuumed. Good restaurant choices.

Hotel provided timely transportation to and from the airport. Made the trip much more comfortable.

Good. Had a enjoyable time. Like the area of the hotel.

I paid for a very cheap room through Orbitz ... I wasn't expecting much .. I was rather shocked when I opened my room door to a SUITE. I kept thinking they were going to call and tell me they had given me the wrong room! It is an older hotel, and definitely has the feel of it, but I guess that surprise of having a nice, large room made everything feel better. The bed was extremely comfortable. The temperature control was perfect. Room service very quick and efficient. The casino itself felt like it needs some attention. Ventilation isn't all that great so the smoke really hangs around. I was disappointed in the video gaming at the bar. I like BlackJack, but $1 per game is a bit steep - much prefer the 25c per game - so I didn't play long there. Also the bar was quite dirty - not kept up with the cleaning. I was very happy to find Jackpot Party here. It seems to be disappearing in Vegas and it is the one game that keeps bringing me back! Happy to find a fairly low "resort fee" compared to a lot of the other hotels, but since the resort fee is supposed to be covering our wifi for our devices, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to connect. There was a number to call for help, but it went to a voicemail, and I never heard back from them. A lot of casinos are now charging for parking, but parking is still free here at Palace Station.

Room was disgusting and smelt like vomit and or urine. I usually stay in the towers which are nice. This time i stayed in the court yard rooms and it was horrible.

I signed up for 7 days at $50 a day this is inclusive of the resort fee then get whacked for $771 for the week not including the $124 of incidentals. Only bought 3 movies at $11 so not sure how these numbers are that high So now i have to go through the whole bill and fight for my $400 Crazy

1) Was not provided the room that was reserved (king) and the bed in the room (full) was simply too short for my height . 2) When booking I requested, if possible, a room in a quiet area. The room I was assigned faced the interstate highway & the all night high noise level from continuous truck & other traffic made the room unsuitable for rest of any sort. When a room change was requested early the next morning, and initially agreed to by the staff, there was no follow-through (there were other rooms available at the time of my request) which I discovered upon my return very late that evening. 3) When I asked to be relocated to an affiliated property, I was told I would need to check out before they would even make a courtesy call to check on room availability. I was further told that if I were to check out earlier than my original check out date I would be assessed a one night penalty charge. Yes, the customer is penalized at this property due to the hotel's own failures to deliver or perform. 4) Add to all this a less than attractive property and somewhat worn room, I would advise others to be cautious when considering a stay here.

stayed one friday night, no elevator to get to the second floor in that building we were in, my luggage were so heavy :(

Crowded, in need of renovation. Hotel has seen a lot of traffic. Housekeepers do the best they can.

We experience good things since becoming regulars.

Very comfortable rooms. We were on 1st floor of the 2 options, (1st or 2nd floor). 2nd floor has NO elevator in the "Courtyards", where we were given our room. We choose 1st floor, so lugging our stuff up and down stairs would not be difficult. (Younger folks, have no problems). The only complaints I would have, is carpet in room, could use a shampooing, and construction in parking lot, was not easy to exit, from courtyard parking to the front of Hotel, but I'm sure will be great, once completed. Parked our cars outside the side entrance, (alongside the 15 fwy-southbound). Easy access. Employess were ALL nice and very pleasant, from the Cafe to room service. Definitely would stay again.

Low price, good value, just off the 15, not far from the strip.

For an old hotel casino Casino was in good shape fun bar food was very good room was nice staff was pleasant very nice stay.

Very old hotel. Need a complete remodel. A lot of strange and weird people stayed there.

The casino was dark and smoky. Our room was old, dingy and dirty - stuff on the floor, under the bed. We stayed in the courtyard - BAD CHIOCE!! The walls apparently were made of paper as we could here the couple next door having crazy sex every nite.(good for them, but we did not need to hear it). Was like at a porn movie, without the visuals!! General noisy out in the halls pretty much all nite. NOT a very good place to stay at all.

The courtyard rooms are filthy.. carpet stains everywhere ,the bathroom was filthy the beds were really cheap could not get the TV to work I left as soon as possible. I wish I had taken photos.i Just wanted to leave

Very good staff. Clean rooms and i like the surrounding.

HUGE RIP OFF at CHECK-IN - The $14.99 "Resort Fee" they add to your room is also HIGHLY TAXED! - I was charged an additional $FIFTY-ONE ($51.00) Dollars for a THREE (3) Day STAY!! The old courtyard rooms are OUTDATED! They do NOT have enough electrical outlets to plug in modern day electronics. You have to use your room key to GET OUT of the building

A bit ghetto with tourist but the locals are nice and the oyster bar is what makes it worth staying there.
