The actual check in was okay and Zak was pleasant and very helpful. No issues there. We were given a ticket to see the concierge to get a free welcome gift. On going to the counter we were advised we could have a $150 pre filled card or $200 off show tickets. Here is the catch you had to attend a 90 minute conference, in the old days I would say to say you a time share. Needless to say we were not interested. Did we get a free gift as promised, absolutely not, I was expecting the monies offered but something should have been given. Shame this spoilt our check-in at the Marriott. Hopefully, someone will take note, this puts me off booking here again.
