The Signature at MGM Grand

4.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

It’s the perfect little spot! Close enough to the strip to be able to go anywhere, connected to the mgm, so you don’t have to even leave if you don’t want to, but far enough from the strip, so you don’t deal with too much riff raff.

super! would recommend this hotel. friendly staff nice room great price

Adequate in the word that comes to mind when thinking about our stay. I’m not sure why they feel it appropriate to charge a resort fee because this place is no resort. The property is a bit tired as well. No room service after hours and the on site restaurants are coffee shops. So, But not an excellent. Unsure how this place ended up with a 4.5... this condo conversion is just not up tp it.

Stayed at the signature suites in tower 3, we had a one bedroom balcony suite. The view was great, the room was clean. My only complaint was the carpet and housekeeping. They didnt wash the dishes very well, they left the pans and spatula dirty....it looked like they just gave it a quick rinse and the carpeting was old.

Room was amazing, very comfortable and quiet Chose tower as tower 3 is a bit far from the casino. I will return whenever I am in Las Vegas The bathrooms was large and had a jaquzzi.

It’s was good until the shooting of lad Vegas went down something we will never forget

The rooms and facilities and staff here are nice, but the layout is obviously set up to make it hard to get to The Strip. You're required to walk the long way through a security gate to get to The Strip on foot. Valet parking is "free" but we prefer to self-park so had to park at MGM or Planet Hollywood's garage.

Loved it! We were there during the shooting and the hotel never faltered! They handled it flawlessly! The room was clean, room service was fast and the hotel staff we wonderful ! We will be back ! Thank you.

We stayed here because we didn't want a noisy casino in our hotel. The room was great and the view perfect. The pool area is nice but the food and drinks are pricey. If you want the "Vegas feeling" you'll be at the strip in five minutes and you can use the pool at the MGM Grand as well.

very clean and comfortable room, and the fact that there is no casino in the building (it is in the main MGM next door...a 5-7 walk) means NO SMOKE in the building... super nice.

We had a totally fabulous time at the Signature. Thank you.

Everything was really good except for the fees I had to pay over 200.

My fiancé and I relocated to the MGM Signature after an unimpressive stay at Bally's. From the moment we drove through the security gates then entered the lobby; we were already impressed by it's modern style & cleanliness. As we were waiting to check-in at the front desk, an impatient (and obviously entitled) guest cut in-front of us to "ask a quick question" just as the front desk woman called us to the counter. While the impatient guests actions were very annoying, I decided not to make a big deal about. The woman behind the counter was surprised by the guest actions too, apologized to us and quickly handed the impatient guest. After the guest left, the attendant apologized again, said that the hotel does not condone that kind of behavior and bumped up our reservation from a standard room to a full blown suite with a great view, a spa tub, separate stand up shower, dual sinks, stove, garbage disposal etc— just for being patient and understanding. It's a little bit off the strip but the hotel is completely smoke-free, very clean, extremely nice staff and a super welcoming atmosphere. If we are ever in Vegas again; this will definitely be the first place we think of.

1-This stay had $35 / day resort fees +local and federal taxes ( 40 dollar per day) 2- swimming pool below average and guest must pay to use kiosks ($200/day), chairs for three people ($87/day) . 3- only one restaurant in the resort . Breakfast for 2 $60 dollars. More expensive than NYC.

It was bad , nobody at the desk at 2 am when I needed a key , and too far from the MGM

The Signature at MGM was awsome.. very clean and hotel staff was very nice!! My wife and I will definitely stay at the Signature again in the future!!

I liked that the walk way was enclosed. However, I am concerned for those who may have walking issues having difficulty walking to and from the MGM Grand Hotel and its activities. I and my roommate experienced this difficulty. I would have appreciated a detailed explanation of the fact that there were three towers, what each tower featured, and the distance relationship to the MGM Grand Hotel during the booking process and check-in to the tower. I realize that almost everything is now done online, website, google, but I and others still like a personal options given at the time of booking and the eye-to-eye contact with someone while checking in.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tower 3! Yes, it is bit of A hike out to the strip and THe MGM but we expected that

Clean rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel and loved the room!! Bathroom is huge with glass shower and Jacuzzi tub. Super comfortable bed. Will definstly stay again!!
