The Signature at MGM Grand

My fiancé and I relocated to the MGM Signature after an unimpressive stay at Bally's. From the moment we drove through the security gates then entered the lobby; we were already impressed by it's modern style & cleanliness. As we were waiting to check-in at the front desk, an impatient (and obviously entitled) guest cut in-front of us to "ask a quick question" just as the front desk woman called us to the counter. While the impatient guests actions were very annoying, I decided not to make a big deal about. The woman behind the counter was surprised by the guest actions too, apologized to us and quickly handed the impatient guest. After the guest left, the attendant apologized again, said that the hotel does not condone that kind of behavior and bumped up our reservation from a standard room to a full blown suite with a great view, a spa tub, separate stand up shower, dual sinks, stove, garbage disposal etc— just for being patient and understanding. It's a little bit off the strip but the hotel is completely smoke-free, very clean, extremely nice staff and a super welcoming atmosphere. If we are ever in Vegas again; this will definitely be the first place we think of.

1-This stay had $35 / day resort fees +local and federal taxes ( 40 dollar per day) 2- swimming pool below average and guest must pay to use kiosks ($200/day), chairs for three people ($87/day) . 3- only one restaurant in the resort . Breakfast for 2 $60 dollars. More expensive than NYC.

It was bad , nobody at the desk at 2 am when I needed a key , and too far from the MGM

The Signature at MGM was awsome.. very clean and hotel staff was very nice!! My wife and I will definitely stay at the Signature again in the future!!

I liked that the walk way was enclosed. However, I am concerned for those who may have walking issues having difficulty walking to and from the MGM Grand Hotel and its activities. I and my roommate experienced this difficulty. I would have appreciated a detailed explanation of the fact that there were three towers, what each tower featured, and the distance relationship to the MGM Grand Hotel during the booking process and check-in to the tower. I realize that almost everything is now done online, website, google, but I and others still like a personal options given at the time of booking and the eye-to-eye contact with someone while checking in.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tower 3! Yes, it is bit of A hike out to the strip and THe MGM but we expected that

Clean rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel and loved the room!! Bathroom is huge with glass shower and Jacuzzi tub. Super comfortable bed. Will definstly stay again!!

Was there for Memorial day week end. Hotel was very nice, clean. Loved the Jacuzzi bathtub. Stayed in Tower 1, but used the tower 2 pool, since it was adults only. Wasn't crowed at all!! Was the favorite part of my stay My only complaint was the noise from the pool parties taking place in the grand pool or wet world which was super loud on Friday and even louder on Saturday. I was on the 20th floor and could hear it loud and clear! Although they did end promptly at 6:00, that was usually time to go out any way to dinner or a show.

had a comfortable stay and it was located right where we needed to be.

Staff (late shift) at registration was VERY rule when we asked for a late check out.

At check-in we were given 37th floor and were told that the room wasn't ready, but we would get a call. The prediction was around 12 noon. At 1:00 we were then told it would be another 1.5 hours since they were cleaning another room on our floor prior to ours. At 2:30 we went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready since nobody had called. They gave us a room that was already occupied by an irate guest who asked, "what the f*ck are you doing?" The front desk said we could have 34th floor at $10 extra per night extra. There were no glasses, plates, utensils, pots / pans as we requested a month prior to our arrival AND at the front desk in the morning. After using utensils one time, they were removed and never returned. We were told at the END of our stay that we have to request this daily. We cooked and ate our dinner using leftover spoons. Other issues: ice machine didn't work on the floor we paid extra for, construction taking place in adjacent room (hotel offered complimentary ear plugs), pool was freezing cold even though it advertises to be heated, pool gate rarely worked, final bill did not indicate our $25 food credits (we had to have those manually removed), lounge closed an hour early one night, MGM lazy river closed entire stay. Front desk manager removed one resort fee. Are you kidding me?! He asked that I look for him on our next stay and I let him know there is no reason for us to come back to this property. Too many amateur mistakes.

My wife and I decided to make our first trip to Vegas for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We booked the signature MGM as it had solid reviews and a good price. Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and staff was friendly and its a huge place with lots to do. My only knock was that they didn't offer any comps at all, not even a bottle of wine or champagne or even a room upgrade and it was our first time in vegas an a special occasion, they even asked if I was active duty/veteran to which I said yes, and they still didn't offer us a single thing. Only to upgrade to a higher floor for a price. Not even a better view, just a regular room on the 14th floor. So even though the trip was good, I can say I was a bit disappointed that they made no effort to make our first stay and anniversary special in the slightest. For that reason alone i won't be staying there again.

We will definitely be returning. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Our stay was truly amazing we were blown away by are room and the overall facilities! Staff was very accommodating door men were not the best seemed to not really want to assist us but nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Very nice quiet hotel away from the strip but connected to it via walkway connecting it to the MGM Grand. Each tower having a private pool was very nice and you can also use MGM Grand's expansive pool area. View from balcony was great.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to see the Backstreet Boys in concert, at Planet Hollywood. The staff were very friendly at check in, when we walked outside and were available to answer any questions. The room was super clean and while you are not right on the strip, you are close enough to walk and you have a spectacular view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be suggesting this hotel to others!

Nice hotel, did not provide any complimentary items for 30th anniversary, or game play for new M life membership. Did not receive housekeeping service on one of nights stayed.

The suites here are super comfortable and beautifully maintained. Staff were helpful and very professional. The pool at Tower 1 is definitely too small for the size of the building, and chairs are at a premium, literally, as there are limited regular loungers and then cabanas ($300) and oversize padded loungers ($75) that you can rent by the day. Oh my. The only other negative is the location, which is quite a hike to anywhere. If you don't cook in your room (you could, but who does that when you're staying a few days?) it's a long walk just to get breakfast or lunch. There is a Starbucks in Tower 1 and a cafe in Tower 2. Of course you could rent a car but who wants to drive in Las Vegas? I bet the people who live here don't even like to drive. All that being said, the rooms here are among the nicest we've ever stayed at, in Vegas or elsewhere. This place is much quieter than many Las Vegas hotels, and it's entirely smoke-free--a big plus.

nice pleas e..off the strip..but a tad bit noisy--- next to a Gold driving range (Top golf which blares music).
