Had a bad smell on the 12th floor, water or mold I believe. The guy who work there couldn't diagnose the problem.

Charged me extra to check in earlier when there’s already a bunch of hotel fees added RN your hotel booking once you get there, we were accused of smoking in the room when we were in fact not smoking, tried to charge us for a stain on the deck when there was no stain nor was there a stain or “walk through” prior to us accessing the room, waited 1.5 hrs for extra linens Sincerely Tena Moen

I don’t like the way Orbitz charged me for the room & didn’t tell me that the resort fees wasn’t included..... I’ve been on many of trips to Vegas using hotels.com and never had this issue..... So as I try Orbitz out I’m charged with additional fees.... So I liked the property but will never use Orbitz again.............

I didnt like that when i checked in they had my first and last name criss crossed and i was charged an $300 upon check in. I believe this however to be an orbitz issue.

This was undeniably the fanciest place I have ever stayed. We splurged for this trip. We originally booked a balcony strip view. Checked in and upgraded to a 1bedroom balcony suite on the 30 floor. Not strip view, but imo even more beautiful than the strip-mountains, city lights forever. Loved it!

Property was ok . Needs more options for food in hotel . Paid for resort fees but pool closed at 7pm and one night the lounge was completely closed at 10 was supposed to be open until 2 . The velvet service was excellent and all were friendly. Got charged for a $10 a night upgrade that wasn't listed or Orbits for a room higher then 3rd floor
