This was my first trip to Las Vegas. I was only there to catch a flight out the next morning. As lodging goes, the room was spacious with cooking facilities in the room. It was all clean with a balcony that looked onto the city. It is a little off the strip district but not that far that you can't walk out to it. All the staff at the desks were quite helpful. You have to pay a resort fee of around $40. I still haven't figured out what that covered. I saw there was a nice pool that closed around 6pm but you had to make reservations for it. Other items bothered me as well. One is that I went out at night through the gate and couldn't figure out how to open the locked gate coming back. Luckily another guest came along and helped me. Secondly, we were leaving at 4am to catch our flight. I noticed that no one was at the check in counter or the valet/baggage check-in area. I wonder what would have happened if we had decided to have left the rental car in the valet parking and needed it then to get to the airport. Thirdly, I felt that the man in charge of the valet parking was a bit pushy. We were working with a baggage employee to put our luggage in storage and then we were returning the rental car. I don't know if the valet man didn't understand what was happening, but he insisted on holding my car keys which he did for a total of two minutes.
We enjoyed our stay and will return.
This hotel is not located on the strip. This hotel doesn’t have a casino inside the hotel, but there is one in the other mgm which is connected. You can walk to the strip from inside the building or outside if you need the fresh air. My room was very comfortable and spacious. House keeping cleans your room everyday. Valet is the best they are very nice and respectful. This is a very nice hotel to stay in.
Very nice
A wine/cigar lounge, an upsacle cocktail lounge like the cosmopolitan
Non smoking, we wish there was an upscale cigar and wine/cocktail longe on the property not just side alcoves
Impressed with the beds and pillows. Property is off strip but a 10 mins walk to the MGM Casino floor and all while staying in the AC. Also enjoyed having access to all the MGM pools.
Overall the property is okay. It’s important to note that though the MGM Grand is connected to the Signature, they are 2 different hotels. So I thought MGM Grand and Signature were the same, but they are not. The distance to MGM is not too bad-the hotels are connected. There are 3 towers and you should note that tower 3 is the furthest from MGM and most outdated and moldy. We were in Tower 3 and had to have our room changed. Tower 2 was better and we got a 1 bedroom suite versus the awful deluxe suite in Tower 3 which was awful and seemed more like a cheap motel with your bed facing both your tv and your stove. The front desk is friendly and accommodating. The music from the pool parties is loud, but didn’t really bother us-just something to consider. All in all, if I came back with my kids, I would consider staying in a 1bedroom suite in Tower 1. Updates are needed and clarification on where you are staying is important as it relates to this hotel.
The hotel was nice and staff was friendly.
Have a fun time. Can’t wait to come back again!!
We were told and paid for hot tub in room and wasn’t in there, then at front desk were told that we had late check in and we didn’t get it. Horrible experience.
There must have been something rotten left in the fridge. Smelled like rotten meat in the room.
