The view was fantastic. My only complaint was we had a kitchen and was told they would send up supplies for us to be able to use it. Plates cups and silverware. They never did. We called the next day and the person on the phone had a bit of an attitude when we inquired if what we asked for would be sent up. They finally did send up what we needed. Other then that we had a great visit.

Rooms nice. Valet and parking not good at all. Was a complete disaster to try and park valet staff was not all that great.

My jewelry got stolen and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. That was just the icing on the cake.

Always great staying at Signature. One bedroom balcony suites are great. We stayed in tower 3. The water in the bathroom shower was boiling hot amd wouldn't turn cold but someone fixed it within 15 minutes. Great customer service.

The property is nice and clean. I was on the 31st floor and the view was amazing. It’s a little walk to the strip. You have to walk over the the main MGM lobby after walking through the towers. Other than that stay was great.

The property from the outside and the entry ways were fine, the room was in bad condition considering the price that was charged. So many of the items we needed to use in the room were broken, or not working...which was a major inconvenience for us. After spending so much time researching and saving up money for this trip, I am completely upset and extremely disappointed that we selected The Signature. I feel I should receive a refund for all we had to endure and make do because of the poor condition of our room 38-820. We even paid extra after arriving in order to be on the 38th floor. The view was great, but the qualify and condition of the room and amenities were just unacceptable.

On attempting to check in @ MGM Grand I was told to put on a facemask (I was unaware of Nevada mask mandate). Lady @ check-in desk demanded my confirmation number which I didn't have with me. She spoke broken english so I could barely understand her. She informed me that I was to be at the signature as if I would know the difference. She then turned to the next customer leaving me without my luggage which had been taken. I had to ask two different guards. how to get to the signature. I'm 70 years old and got the pleasure of walking an extreme distance (carrying my luggage) to the signature tower 3. Desk people were rude to the point of being mean. I will advise anyone who asks to stay away from MGM properties.
