I’ve stayed here in the past and never had any complaints. However this time I have to say it was the worst hotel stay ever. Overall the casino floor’s appearance was fine, restrooms were clean and machines were wiped down. But the room was terrible. I found a pair of used eyelashes on the floor and trash stuffed behind the dresser. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Bathroom was just ok, I saw spots of water on the mirror and some dust on the floor. I’m never staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone either. Rooms are inexpensive but after what I saw it’s not worth it.

Great place to stay a night, courtesy staff, clean rooms. Great location.

great place to stay and you could go to 2 other hotels close by.

We stayed here on a trip from Utah to California. It was OK but it wasn’t like staying in a Las Vegas resort. It was Friday night and a good rate and it was further down the road on our journey.

This was my worst experience at primm valley resort.. The rooms there are nasty and filthy.. I asked to be moved from one to another but, there was no difference. Hair in the sheets, In the bathroom sink and shower. Thank goodness I had my Lysol wipes to wipe off the toilet and sink. I came in late and there was no parking available. The door lock got jammed and had to use the chain to secure the door. Came in at about 9 my second night stay my room had not been cleaned. Had to call the next morning to get clean towels to shower. I will never stay at Buffalo Bills again.

good place to stay when you are in no hurry to get to Vegas

Booked here because a convention raised Vegas prices to the stratosphere, and I'd been here in a video game (Fallout: New Vegas) before. Ceiling tiles were missing from the hallways, the air conditioner was leaking water all over the carpeted floor, and the room had a funky smell, probably on account of the leak. I came, I slept, I rode the roller coaster, I ate at the Denny's, and I left. I'll be happy never to go back again.

Hotel needs to be updated. Carpet really old and dirty. Shower smells bad.

I was really excited about my visit until I arrived at the hotel. Almost all the staff I interacted with was rude, didn't know anything about the Hotel but they would lie and lead me in the wrong direction and give me the wrong information. So the hotel is currently being remodeled, so you can end up on the nice side or the old side. I ended up on the old side and it was gross. I actually slept in my clothes. I realize they are in the process of remodeling but that does mean that they shouldn't take care of what they have people sleeping in. For the price that paid, it was a terrible experience. When I went to eat, there was lipstick on my coffee cup and I end up finding things in my food. Everything that could be bad, was during this trip. I would have did better staying at a 1 star hotel.

The hotel was overbooked, room was not ready, put us in a smoking room, we requested a non-smoking room 45 days in advance, had to change rooms, been driving all day and finally got in our room at 10 that night!!

Terrible not enough games and room was terrible as well.

Only stayed one night on way to CA. It served its purpose of sleeping. We did entertain ourselves playing slots for 30 minutes and total of two drinks each for the two of us and was only out of $10. Can't complain about that.

The room was clean I think for what you get the price could come down. They charge a resort fee now its seem you get less and they charge more, coffee pot would be nice in the room, and some sampoo and conditioner would be nice. Stsfff needed to be friendler. When asked what the resort fee covered the girl says"we just charge you" no explanation. Wow!

Even for a cheap Nevada hotel, this place is a dump.

Old dingy ,slow staff and all the attractions had been shut down.

This was not our first stay. Hotel is really rundown. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Staff very friendly and nice and funny. Best hotel for the price. Better than other two hotels in area. Prefer buffalo bill's.

The worst stay ever. Front desk staff were nasty. I asked if I could pay for a room In tower A which was an $11.00 upgrade and they said there were none available on a Tuesday. The room they gave us was not clean had black scratch marks on the desk and dresser and smelled of smoke. They did not offer us a free upgrade for the inconvenience but instead told me because I booked through Orbitz and they did not know how much I paid there is nothing they can do. Do not stay at Buffalo Bills. We ended up paying an extra $150.00 just to pay for an upgraded room that was filthy and terrible. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they ruined our stay. I will never stay there again.

Just down right dirty, funky smelling room and when we called to have someone go up to clean it took them until the next morning (and only beavause I called again) to come clean hair and pistachio shells from the bathroom floor.

Room had dirty towel from previous guest, shower had mold n filthy , towels were so old and hard that the roughness scratched my face. The beds were squeaky as hell .The staff didn't care to listen to how are stay was or let management know how to better serve or change for guest accomofations . You really need to buy new towels , beds , TV's really box TV still wow horrible stay worst ever never again
