Parking was easy. Arrived at 2:30pm, would not allow check in until 3pm which then caused a 10 person line of waiting, despite rooms being ready. Requested extra pillows, never received. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable, but paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling on the floor.

My initial response with registration was something to consider. I informed the clerk that I did not request a particular room and if she could correct that issue. The clerk then gave me a bunch of attitude stating that I chose that room when I told her. I know for a fact I didn't. So at time of check-in I am charged a resort fee for the gym and the swimming pool. Want to get down to the bottom floor where my room was. There was a sign that said the pool has been closed for the season. But I still have to pay a fee for a gym that I'm not going to use. This sounds like extortion to me. Walking to my room I noticed that the carpet was extremely filthy, thank God I had shoes on. When it got to the room the person upstairs could not stay still. After they did settle down then they turned up to music that seeped right through the floorboards. These are the same floorboards that were creeking every step they took. I did a Google search for when this casino was built. It's only 35 years old but it feels like it's 135 years old. In our room the items were dated to that 35-year-old mark and the wear and tear definitely showed. One of the doors was barely hanging on with one hinge and there was missing face plates on the electrical outlets. In the area of Nevada where this casino is located. One of them has already been closed down and the other one is only operational on weekends. It would better serve the world if they closed down everything and bulldoze this whole area.

Had to ask for a 2nd washrag and hand towel. I had to search the parking lot for a luggage cart. The night clerk was courteous and helpful but the day clerk was too busy watching something on her cell phone to even look up to answer my question about where to find a cart.

Yes, the hotel is old. Hence the wear and tear seen throughout. The price was very reasonable. You can’t book a hotel for less than $100 a night and expect a 5 star hotel. Overall, my room was clean and I had no issues.

Nothing in the area is open, the only stuff avaliable is what is going on in the casino and thats it. Everything's shutting down, even sections of the casino are not open. They also randomly charged over 4k to my debit card and im unable to get through to them to give me the money back. No explanations as to why this charge was even added.

The rooms are in poor shape everything is dirty. The Front Desk only had 1 agent at check in time. It was past 45 minutes when another not so happy agent joined the check in process. I was checked in by possibly a Manager and he was kind and apologize but had issues checking me in with the printer and logins. No ice machine on my floor. The ones in the other floor had calcium build up I did not feel safe to get ice as the machines looked unsanitzed. I had to make sure I wore sandals to take a shower as the tub was black and grimy the bathroom had mildew stains, paint chipped, shower head was not adjustable which return was very harsh water pressure to my skin not a pleasant shower the A/C unit was very loud. This hotel was the only hotel being able to host guest due to a big event in the Desert Arena and they should have prepared better. A great feature was the shuttle, and the food trucks. Even the cocktail waitresses were unfriendly. They had great live band for the after party from the concert.

Not really a resort but good value.

Rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Mattress not firm enough for me but everything else good. Resort is stripped down now. Only one food choice. No Valet parking. Still has nice exercise room.
