Everything was okay

The casino and bars are nice. The rooms and hallways are disgustingly dirty. Never again. I should have paid more attention to the reviews.

No towels and, when i called, i was told they wouldn’t bring them to me, i had to go get them. When a property doesn’t supply a basic necessity, the guest shouldn’t go get it. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Nice update room. However, the parking lot is in an unlit corner, not safe at all! Also, there was a big smear of blood on the window curtain - gross!

Creaky floors, hubcaps stolen in lot. One overpriced restaurant and a locked pool after paying 22 dollars a night for resort fee. Will not go back.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. I paid an extra $22.00 for an upgraded room and the room had a sock right under the bed and dirt on carpet. We could hear everyone going by in the hall all night and I was awaken by my neighbors having a passionate night. I could hear it all! I had to turn the TV on so my kids wouldn’t wake up to the screaming.

We only stayed one night . We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to the newly remodeled rooms for $22.00. We took it. We went up to room and immediately noticed that the room was a mess. Carpet not vacuumed drapes were torn and hanging off the rods, bathroom sink was plugged up and towels were stained. We stayed only because we were there and leaving early in the AM. We didn't expect much but at least a clean room would be nice. They say newly remodeled??? When in 1999??

I drive a truck. There is a huge Flying J truck stop there. The Hotel is across the hiway from the truck stop. You have to park your truck by the truck stop, then find a way to get across the hiway to the hotel. The tram doesn't run, there are no cabs, the Hotel doesn't provide and way to get there. They told me it was only a 7 min. walk. With my lugage etc. I slept in my truck. So if your a Trucker, Don't bother unless you want to walk to your Hotel, and back again in the morning with your lugage.

Very close to the event we were attending.

It was an ok stay…Asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes.

Run down. Unfriendly check in. Waiter in restaurant didn’t know anything about gluten allergies. Smells like smoke every where. Paper thin walls & ceilings in hotel rooms. Will never be back.

The restaurant was clean but, the food was horrible. Could not eat much of my chicken dinner I ordered.

After the first room was found completely unsanitary. I tried multiple times to access the second room on the opposite side of the resort. Having to walk back and forth to the room from the front desk. After the 4th round trip on the 2nd set of keys that didn't work. They finally sent security to check the room. At that point they finally got me a different room that was at least sanitary. There were still issues with that room. However, they were not as bad as the first room. Which had mold on the furniture and blood on the mattress. To include excessive damage throughout the room. The overall condition of the resort was filthy and rundown. Such as piles of beding left in all the hallways to the rooms. All the amenities were closed. I will not stay there or recommend others to ever stay there again.

check in was rude, rooms were dirty, rooms smelled like smokeand had cigarette burns throughout

Good rooms and very convenient for parkin

Navigating this place is a nightmare. The lack of signage added a whole hour to our process of settling in. First I couldn't find the check in, there were no signs to lead me to it at the back of the casino. Then, the area where I was told to park didn't access the hotel, only casino, but there was no signage telling me that either. I'm pregnant and we had a lot of luggage on this wild goose chase for our room. Our room ended up being at least a ten minute walk from the parking, only for us to find the next morning that there was a convenient parking area near our room despite me being told to park elsewhere. This would have been so easily fixed by adding simple maps and signage! There were NONE. If you have kids, a disability, injury or a lot of stuff avoid this place. It's not accommodating at all. The room was cleanish when we finally found it, comfy bed which was nice. The room has no amenities like microwave, fridge or coffee pot.

Very dirty, piles of trash and laundry left in the hallways, rooms were not very clean. I have stayed here multiple times for racing but will be using my RV from now on. Sad to watch such a nice place go down hill so fast.
