It’s close to desert for mint 400

Filthy. Grafiti inside the elevators. Carpet was soiled and stained. Pee stains on the bedspread. Excessive dust and absolute grime on all the surfaces. Ripped curtains. Horrible experience. Will never step foot in again.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower had not been cleaned in what looked like months. The room had white powder all around the edges. The furniture was broken.

The room was old and dirty. Left a day early.

The first room we checked into smelled like wet dog / fish. They had casino air machine in the room trying to help with the smell.

Fire alarm went off several times ruined our stay

Very dirty and the sheets were not clean at all

I feel like the saving grace of stay was affordability. The room clean however the bathroom had loose fixtures and several of the floor tiles were loose. Overall this resort is a pale shadow of its former glory few ammenitys ageing building and infrastructure, The attached outlet mall is surreal experiance with only a few retailers left it is almost compleatly empty you can walk through its echoing halls and admire a wonderful array of murals throughout.

My reservation was at primm valley. They put me at whiskey Pete’s across the street. Said they were overbooked. I made reservations weeks prior. When I went to check out, the reservation desk was closed in the morning and I had to go across the street to check out. Hotel smelled like smoke and was dirty.

Don’t think they had enough housekeeping, hallways littered with used bedding the whole stay

There was a cockroach on the dirty bathroom floor. Carpeting has hair and dirt and apparently had not been vacuumed. The room ventilation was bad with strong cigarette smoke smell. Sheer curtains had brown stains. Bath towels and sheets were ok. But no hand towels or washcloths provided at all. Hallways also smoke smelling. Walls were thin so needed ear plugs. Bathtub water very slow to drain even with the plug completely off. Staff not friendly at check in although we did our part to be friendly. Primm Valley Resort & Casino advertised online that parking is included with hotel room price. Yet when checking in they charged for it. The facility is not well maintained and housekeeping staff appears to be inadequate.

There was dirty towels in bags all over the hallways, my friend's door wasnt locked AND they found a used tampon!! The "outlets" only have like 5 stores and not much to offer in the casino. I definitely wont be going back.

We went cheap and it was a bad idea. They put us by the pet rooms even though we said we had allergies and couldn’t. The rooms look like they were made in the 70s and never updated at all, probably never cleaned! Carpet was gross and turned my kids feet black. The shower was so gross we didn’t dare get in. There were people outside blaring music and day and night. Our a/c didn’t work, and the lock on the door was broken. So if you can stay elsewhere I would!

The hallways were very dirty, looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in months! And housekeeping came knocking at 11:15 am to ask how much longer we were going to take because she wanted to clean the room. Check out isn’t until 12:00 pm. Very rude

I booked with a month in advance only to be placed at the abandoned Whiskey Petes Hotel. My friends wjo arrived after me and booked 2 days prior, got a room at Primm. To top it off, I upgraded to a suite but the room was dusty and dirty. There was no housekeeping, the shower was clogged, and I've seen nicer toilets at public gas stations. I WAS THE WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!
