When we got to our room we settled in only to find that when I was going to shower there was a pile of hair stick in the drain. I pulled it out with the pen and it was a good pile of hair in stuck in there for some time. I put it in a bag to take to the lobby to show a supervisor. They tried to offer me food vouchers. I paid for a room not meal vouchers. The beds smelled dirty. We were offered another room but declined because we were already in our room and unpacked. Would never stay in primm again.

Stopped in Primm before a friends wedding in Vegas and it was perfect. Room was spacious and clean- not very modern but it wasn't outdated either. Excellent for the price and good gambling and food selection. We will be back soon.

It is well worth the money because it's so cheap. No, it's not a 5 star experience but we didn't pay for 5 stars either. My biggest complaint is that I called and spoke to someone at the front desk who assured me the pool would be open during our stay and yet it wasn't open. My two kids were in their bathing suits from 8am until 10 waiting for it to open and then at 10, we're told it won't open bc there's no lifeguard. I explained that we only stayed there bc of the pool and that the staff assured me it would be open, but there was nothing to be done at that point. So we were of course disappointed with that.

Nice hotel for the price. We arrived to clean comfy beds. Hotel needs to be more updated but definitely comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel has improved over time and have made some updates. Still annoyed by ridiculous $15 resort fee for basically nothing.

We paid online but were surprised with a $15 resort fee upon check in. The fee is mandatory. It's clearly a way to pad the books. Our hotel room was a very long walk away from the lobby. In addition it requires a walk through a dirty-smoke filled casino.

My room was disgusting. Floor wasn't vacuumed the blanket had cigarette burn on it and the pillow had dirty stain on it. The bathroom lights did not work and the room smelled like an ashtray. I complained to front desk and was given a better room and one of the lamps didn't work. The restaurant food was crap. I will never stay here again or at any stateline hotel Primm valley, buffalo bills or whiskey Petes. I prefer to stay at Lss Vegas strip.

I request High Flour before check in and they give me casino floor room, what makes it worse that my room is all the way to the end of hall way and it's facing parking, room is very noisy and the whole night I can hear upstairs guest walking around, moving chairs, worst hotel experience so far

Good Hotel for the price and location (close to Vegas) a lot of great places to eat walking distance and inside the hotel. Outlet shops accessible from the hotel right next door. We recommend the Original Pancake House right inside the hotel, their breakfast was delicious and very affordable too! Bed was nice and comfy! Rooms and hotel itself do need a little updating but other than that we say go there!

I was surprised to hear we would have to wait 45 minutes following reservation to get room because reservation was not in system yet. I assumed technology would be much faster. It was a last mi it reservation due to being sleepy on the highway but then we had to wait anyways. Maintenance and upkeep of water damage in room was not performed

We've been at this hotel before that' why we choose it. But this time they gave us the rooms too far away. One of my friend was. 85 years old was terrible for him and myself( I suffer for back injure) walk that distance. We requested a change over the phone but it was impossible

Everyone was friendly and helpful, we would stay there again.

Nice place, but old, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Place smelled obviously of cigarettes and staleness, of course it's a casino, but still. Toilet had flushing issues and water filling issues, but I made it work. Loved the character, the friendliness and the fun.

All Primm hotels need a facelift starting with the rooms. Hotel/rooms are old and dingy. More vending machine stops down the long dingy hallways. Only coffee shop in casino was closed both times we stopped by. Staff was friendly

The beds were very comfortable. Nice location off interstate. Easy access.

The staff was great, the room was clean, and the amenities were great but the carpet was old full of spots (it needs replacing), the shower curtain has stains, and the chrome work in the bathroom looks old and unpolished. The room looked cleaned but dumpy.

It was ok, there just wasn't much to do. Sports book bar was closed, there was no live music, and the comedy club was closed as well. Tried to do some shopping, and the mall was closed too.

Overal average hotel experience, however the hotel offers easy access to highway 15 and plenty of shopping options.

Had a first floor room and it was very quiet. The room was very easy to get to from the parking lot. You can walk to the outlet mall without going outside. Was disappointed that there was no wifi and that the swimming pool had such limited open hours.

An ok stay over on our way to Vegas. I would not travel to this area as a destination trip.
