booked a single non smoking king upgraded room. Gave my room away to another guest gave me a double room, wreaked of weed carpets disgusting in the non upgraded area of hotel. 2nd room already had someone staying in it so third time they gave me an even more disgusting room with a loud barking dog across the hallway. Ended up walking to Buffalo Bills (sister hotel next door) pleaded for help desk agent was super great but first room there the bathroom light fixture fried and ac unit was broken. Finally on room number 5 and bags lugging around I finally got a nice room. after 3 hours and a lot of walking.all amenities were closed at both locations

No coffee, no microwave, and no refrigerator. They put me in a room that was very far from the elevator and claimed there was some show or entertainer there, but there were hardly any cars in the parking lot or in the casino. It was a 'straight up lie." They were 3 Hispanic women and they acted to not give a care about me. They were borderline rude and wouldn't budge giving and room that wasn't "like a quarter mile walk." Very disappointed!

Rooms were old and smelled bad. The floors made a lot of noise when you walked on them. The property is really runed down, needs a lot of work . The staff that checked me in basically were unprofessional and were not friendly. I can go on and on.

The experience at that hotel was terrible. There was no cold water in the shower, no light in the sink area, and the bathroom fan didn't work either. While waiting for the water to stabilize, a lot of steam came out, and the mirrors and the whole bathroom were filled with steam. We couldn't shower; we only managed to clean ourselves somewhat with the hot water and some towels from the hotel because a proper shower was impossible.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share this experience. I booked a room and bought tickets for my mom’s birthday so she could watch her favorite group perform. We were really looking forward to a special and memorable night. At check-in, the staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, once we got to our room, it was extremely cold. We tried turning on the heater, but it wasn’t working. We called the front desk and were told someone would come up to check it. After waiting over an hour with no one showing up, I had to walk down to the front desk again to follow up. Shortly after, someone finally came to inspect it and told us it needed to be fixed. We were then moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. It was dirty, and there was dried vomit on the side of the bed that had been covered with a towel. The heater in that room was also very loud and made it impossible for my family to get any sleep. What was supposed to be a special birthday celebration turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I hope the hotel takes cleanliness and maintenance more seriously so other families don’t go through the same situation.

The hotel was under staffed it took me 45 minutes to check in there where only 2 people working the front desk and the one restaurant that was open had very little food available I went in at 2:30 am on Sunday morning. Overall my stay at the hotel was not good

Service desk told us that they were over booked. Had to wait to get approval because they said it was third party. Made me nervous that we might not have our room. We were sent across the street and was able to finally make it to our concert we had tickets to. Only got to see 30 minutes and wasted $200. After event our keys didn’t work and had to wait again to have security unlock.

Had to wait an hour to check in. Late to concert we stayed there for. Paid extra for upgraded room which we didn’t get. Got there an hour and a half after check in and they were still cleaning rooms that we had to wait for. Bathroom was not clean!
