It was clean but the entire casino and our non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. ☹️
Only AFTER I signed in was I told that I would have to walk what amounted to several blocks to get my room. It was such a long walk I opted not to play any games or eat at the restaurant. I went to sleep and left early the next morning. Will not visit again. BTW, same company also owns Buffalo Bills and Cactus Petes.
Mall attached was great didn’t really get to do much else due to covid much is everything was closed
Worst experience ever! Do not stay here! We were told that we were being “upgraded,” but the reality was that they oversold our room and wanted us to move to the property across the street. We did not realize this until after!
The outside looks nice and lit beautifully at night. The room was horrible other than the beds were comfy and the bathroom was remodeled nice.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night big time buzzkill
Terrible lines. Took me an hour and a half to check in. Place is dirty everywhere you turn your head. I wouldn’t stay here.
The room was clean and nice, but the food was another thing
There was a hole in the wall when I checked in but I reported to staff she was nice a made a note of it. Overall it was fair
Our room was clean, but we went to take a shower in the morning and had no hot water. We did not go into casino. The place is actually in Primm even though it's address is Jean.
I only stayed here because I had to. Starting at the front door--- there is a big portico with no sign over the blacked out doors that this is the entrance. Creepy. The hallway to the room was dirty-- no other work for it. 7pm and it looked like it had not seen a vacuum in days. My room had a dirty washcloth on the floor when I went in, more dirt on the floor. Old dated furniture. Bed was ok, room was quiet. No coffee maker, fridge, nothing. Had no bath towels. One hour later, they were delivered by friendly staff. Would never have stayed here if my wife was with me.
The staff was excellent, very friendly and professional.. Carpets in hallways looked dirty. We saw garbage bags full of trash stacked in hallways... the bottom mattresses on the king size bed were exposed. The outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom was inop. The cashier was kind enough to give us discount for the broken outlet, my wife had to go out in the cold with wet hair. We did get a reasonable rate and the room was comfy.. oh, almost forgot. each time the heater came on, the blower was on High... so it was noisy. Could not get it to come on Low speed. It woke me up a few times in the night.
Great spot if you're looking for rest while driving between NV and CA
The rooms were a nice size but there wasn’t a table and chairs the bathroom was dirty and the rug was very dirty Casino look like it was run down the service was terrible I didn’t like the extra charges I got when I got there they charge me for checking in early which I added an extra day I don’t think I will go back and then I wasn’t happy with your service
