Check in was good very accomidateing staff. They were able to check us in a little early. Bar staff is great at the bars. Takes a while to get a drink when your gambling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok. Had ok dining places, sometimes the service at the restaurant wasn’t the best. Shopping mall was a good place to shop good deals.

My room was terrible. I had problems securing the front door. The adjoining door to the room next door would not lock. The A.C. unit didn't work. The room smelled. You can hear every person walking or running by your room. The walls are very thin, you can hear the people next door. I paid for resort fees, not sure why. The pool was closed. Will not stay at this old, smelly hotel again. They need a lot of upgrades and renovations. I told the front desk and they ,didn't care.

Just that the alarm went off in the middle of the night - and there was no announcement, apology - it was confusion. No one said it's ok to go back in the room, etc.....

We choose this hotel to be close to Primm Valley Golf courses.

the 18 dollar spa fee is a scam ... stayed only for an overnight and no wave of fee

Staff was friendly, room conditions were horrible and guest noise level uncontrolled. Rooms not noise protected....

This hotel needs a BIG remodel!!! very old and dated.

Really pleasant staff. Very friendly and helpful.

There was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, which smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was only one small bottle of shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area were over-priced, and the food was mediocre. This is a place for people who want to go to the casino and don't care about the quality of their accommodations.

Nice location for Primm and was convenient for us due to everything being sold out in LV. But I have to say that for the price we were charged the hotel is worth a quarter of that amount. It is also one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in, in a long time.

When we got to our room we settled in only to find that when I was going to shower there was a pile of hair stick in the drain. I pulled it out with the pen and it was a good pile of hair in stuck in there for some time. I put it in a bag to take to the lobby to show a supervisor. They tried to offer me food vouchers. I paid for a room not meal vouchers. The beds smelled dirty. We were offered another room but declined because we were already in our room and unpacked. Would never stay in primm again.

Stopped in Primm before a friends wedding in Vegas and it was perfect. Room was spacious and clean- not very modern but it wasn't outdated either. Excellent for the price and good gambling and food selection. We will be back soon.

It is well worth the money because it's so cheap. No, it's not a 5 star experience but we didn't pay for 5 stars either. My biggest complaint is that I called and spoke to someone at the front desk who assured me the pool would be open during our stay and yet it wasn't open. My two kids were in their bathing suits from 8am until 10 waiting for it to open and then at 10, we're told it won't open bc there's no lifeguard. I explained that we only stayed there bc of the pool and that the staff assured me it would be open, but there was nothing to be done at that point. So we were of course disappointed with that.

Nice hotel for the price. We arrived to clean comfy beds. Hotel needs to be more updated but definitely comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel has improved over time and have made some updates. Still annoyed by ridiculous $15 resort fee for basically nothing.

We paid online but were surprised with a $15 resort fee upon check in. The fee is mandatory. It's clearly a way to pad the books. Our hotel room was a very long walk away from the lobby. In addition it requires a walk through a dirty-smoke filled casino.

My room was disgusting. Floor wasn't vacuumed the blanket had cigarette burn on it and the pillow had dirty stain on it. The bathroom lights did not work and the room smelled like an ashtray. I complained to front desk and was given a better room and one of the lamps didn't work. The restaurant food was crap. I will never stay here again or at any stateline hotel Primm valley, buffalo bills or whiskey Petes. I prefer to stay at Lss Vegas strip.

I request High Flour before check in and they give me casino floor room, what makes it worse that my room is all the way to the end of hall way and it's facing parking, room is very noisy and the whole night I can hear upstairs guest walking around, moving chairs, worst hotel experience so far

Good Hotel for the price and location (close to Vegas) a lot of great places to eat walking distance and inside the hotel. Outlet shops accessible from the hotel right next door. We recommend the Original Pancake House right inside the hotel, their breakfast was delicious and very affordable too! Bed was nice and comfy! Rooms and hotel itself do need a little updating but other than that we say go there!
