Whiskey Pete's Hotel & Casino

Room prices were reasonable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle wasn't too great since it tool over 30 mins. to pick up people from hotels and when they did arrive, it was full. Had to drive my family to Buffalo Bill and Primm. Other than that, our stay was great!

Arrived at Hotel late afternoon. Hotel staff was welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Newly remodeled rooms.

Only bad thing is not being able to use the pool, other then that I and my guest enjoyed themselfs.

Read all the reviews about Whiskey Pete's, but for the price decided to stay anyway. Any food we had was pretty average, and if you can possibly wait, don't buy gas there. That said, the $15 a night resort tax was nearly more than we paid for our room. A steal on a large comfortable room for the night. Just remember you're not in Vegas, but for a cheap hotel it's pretty good.

Have stayed here about a year ago and said never again. Dank, run down, smokey, etc. Heard they did a total remodel recently and thought to give it another try. Just passing through on way to SoCal and the price is excellent. Wow...what a difference! Would totally stay here again and again. The new rooms are awesome! The shower is amazing and the sink is very cool and modern. Beds are comfortable, room is pretty big, TV is excellent. Very good stay! Don't stay at any of the other properties thought - they are still run down and gross. WiFi slowed to a crawl in the morning, and there is no microwave in the room. The $15 "resort fee" is extremely stupid - you get nothing for it. It's just a way for them to charge a lower price and then add $15 to the price. It's just wrong they can do that. Great stay and would do it again.

Last minute reservation with a great price. Moderm and clean room.

Room service is not provided. Stayed two days and house keeping never came to clean the room.

The bed was the only thing good in the room. The tv did not work. A whole side of the wall's outlets were not working. The blow dryer didn't work either.

Checked in and CSR was very nice. Went to room and sticky gunk on both tables and no hot water in shower. Room falling apart. Changed rooms and water smelled like rotten eggs. Never stay there!

For the price this was a good hotel. I needed an expensive room, that was clean and decent and this worked. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. The television was dated, and the registration & restuarant were within the casino so it was very smokey.

Bathroom had cockroaches. Room keys didn't work for us so we had to go stand in line at the front desk multiple times.

Just ok. Nothing fancy. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating to our travel needs.

We rented two room through hotel.com . The queen size bed were very hard and our tv were old fashion model. We wanted up grade and they wanted ten dollars more for upgrade. No ice !! Ice machine broken. I will not ever stay there again! Personnel were very nice.

We checked in on a Friday night which is one of the busiest nights in Primm and they had on person at the check in. Ten people on line being serviced by one person. Then our room had bugs. The next morning when we went to say something there was another line at check in because... you guess it... one person serving a long line. A manager came out to help with a problem and then went right back to the back room. Never a glance at the line. No power in the rooms, had to move a bed to get at a plug just to find it falling out of the wall. Not very safe. The A/C unit rattled so bad it woke us up in the middle of the night.

We stayed here as a pit stop on our way to California. The hotel staff were amazing. Our room was huge and the bed was nice. We loved seeing the Bonnie and Clyde car back in the casino.

The Hotel is out dated run down. No entry electric opening doors. For 1 2 room decor is run down.

The room was dirty on check in the wall paper was peeling and there was holes in the wall. The beds were not very comfortable and the night sleep was not happening due to noise from outside wind vein.

Room was not what we booked. Discovered tv did not work called front desk they said they were going to sent tech. Maid came unable to fix. I did not realize maids are tv techs. Front desk called us and we told them nevermind sending anyone that we were going to bed. Half later we were woke with the tech showing up. Told him nevermind. Did not stop there, someone was at our door every 15 minutes until around one in the morning. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was overbooked and at 2:15 am at check-in we were sent to another hotel across the street after standing in line for over an hour just to check-in! Worst hotel experience.

Overall OK stay. Going to Vegas to meet with some friends but first met at Whiskeys. The tub felt awkward as it would depress as you stepped in it and bobbed up and down when taking a shower. Almost lost balance on it. Also, they charge a $9.00 resort fee which kind of caught me by surprise. The McDonalds downstairs is waaayyyy too busy, unkept, and enployess overworked....it showed in their service. Still not too bad for money. Would stay again if price is right.
