Location is convenient. The housekeeping is poor. We had two rooms: both wash cloths in one room were dirty and one bed didn't have a top sheet. Check in after 10pm was inconvenient, we had to check in at another property across the freeway from Whiskey Pete's.
Property had trash every where. When checking in we had to drive our vehicle with trailer to another hotel across freeway to check in. Upon booking rooms there was no instructions about this. We had 3 rooms and had to pay additional fees for each room. Very disappointed and would rather drive and sleep in vehicle than stay there again.
Nothing. I was refused to be checked in. And was yelled at. Then when i fixed my last name she closed and refused to help.
Registration was quick and easy, room was clean and casino was clean.
I give Whiskey Pete’s in Jean, Nevada an A grade, would be an A+ if the tub drained better while taking a shower. Other than that our room was pleasantly aesthetic, you could tell they took the time to think about the little details in design and function of the room furnishings. This is not a 5 star type place and it’s not meant to be. There’s food available 24/7 and the complementary toiletries are of good quality, the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps have a fresh scent good for both sexes and just enough scent to be enjoyed, not over-powered. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Whiskey Pete’s Cason and Hotel.
Upon arrival we were told that they had no first floor rooms and all the elevators were broken. I asked if anything could be done to compensate us for having to drag our bags up 3 flight's of stairs. The front desk clerk was rude and told me that if we don't want to climb the steps we can leave, and call Orbitz for a refund
Checking in and out was a breeze nice staff. Clean and modern room. Everything was better than I expected. We checked in really late at night and staff was courteous and gave us a courtesy late check out. Overall i was very pleased with our stay.
Room was adequate. room was clean and comfortable, TV did not work, one of the lights did not work but overall and okay stay. Only stayed one night but was charged $18 resort fee on top of room fee.
Friendly but property looks very used... like the fact less crowds and love IHOP
Elevator not working, bathtub water drainage slow, overall okay.
No one helped with our luggage or asked. There were 3 table dealers without any people gambling. I asked if one person could move to a table I wanted to play. They said no, and I could go across the street and play.
