Welcoming and desk personnel very helpful.
Clean, easy parking and walking distance to mall and restaurants
The hotel is in a great location to restaurants & stores. The rooms were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel
the hotel was ok. If you can get checked in.
Ciara and Teresa (front desk) were super kind; housekeeping (I didn't catch her name) was super helpful. The property is going through renovations. I have stayed here before and was looking forward to Rachel's Kitchen and the pool -- Rachel's Kitchen is no longer available, and the pool was under construction. They have their own breakfast bar and food shop. Rachel's Kitchen was better (served Pete's coffee and had better prices). The construction wasn't loud and the weather wasn't pool-friendly so it worked out well. The new rooms are nice but the doors require a hard pull in order to lock. Definitely double-check. And the bathroom sink faucet is so close to the edge that you have to have the faucet on high and have to be careful otherwise water spills onto the counter. It's beautiful to look at, but not as practical as I would like--
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and eager to assist with questions and/concerns. Would stay again!
Very clean, friendly service.
Great location near freeways and restaurants and right next to the mall. Hope that the bar and hotel restaurant are open the next time I syay there.
Only suggestion is towel bars in bathrooms.
very close to supermarts. good for one night resting during travel.
I liked that there was a place to eat in the hotel. May want to re-evaluate the workout room. Not enough treadmills and cycles, as these were always occupied.

Thank you for the feed back. We are working on the doors. We understand some can be a little heavy. We are hoping to have our dinner up and running by the end of the year. We are working to improve the property little by little. Sorry for the inconvenience. We do hope to see you the next time your travels bring back to Las Vegas.
thank you
