First bedroom needs a new mattress. Son slept on it one night and then two nights on the couch.

The house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. The house wasn’t very clean. The property manager promised to send cleaners but they never arrived. The pool was also dirty and did not get cleaned during our stay. There were some other issues, as well. If the owner takes care of these, the house will be a great value and more pleasant.
We really like the mural behind the pool. The jacuzzi was delightful.
Living room was comfortable. The electronic game doesn’t work.
There are two perfect places to sit and peruse a laptop, and we used both.

Out stay here was disappointing. We hoped that the plave would be as warm and inviting as the pictures. Instead, it was void of any personality or decor. The beds were covered in just a sheet and ultra thin blanket, the towels were old and stained, light bulbs were burned out, the furniture was old and stained, and the place felt outdated and forgotten. The remodel mentioned must be 25 years old. The place was loved at one time but not now. Is it corporate owned?The spa smelled - we were afraid to use. The pool water was 2" below the tile line. There are zero luxury touches -- it is more suited for multi-families with kids and dogs. The business license expired in 2025. Somebody better pay attention to this place.Communication with the manager was prompt. It seems like management wants to do the right thing. They just need to spend a few dollars on this place to bring it back .

The house is beautiful and in a great location to get to Vegas, the Hoover Dam, and Red Rock National Conservation Area. The kitchen is well suited for making meals, and we loved having the hot tub! We appreciated the host and how responsive she was!

Quiet neighborhood that was close to many stores and restaurant options. Hot tub utilized in the evenings to unwind and warm up in the winter. The house was clean and had plenty of natural light in the daytime. Host was responsive to questions and did well to make our stay enjoyable.

Family get-away

We enjoyed our stay! The stocked water, snacks and coffee was nice! The keyless entry was an issue. We were not told we had to pull the door toward us and it still took 5 or 6 times entering the code to get in. We would recommend having a garage door opener. The hammocks were not useable...you sit on the ground. Also, the arcade does not work, so should not be listed on online. Otherwise, it was a very nice remodeled home and we enjoyed it!

Great home

Clean with nice gathering areas. We could not get the video game to work and didn't want to spend more time on the issue. Were disappointed the foosball was in the garage where it was too cold to play. The primary suite bed / mattress needs to be replaced. It is a pedestal bed and the mattress caves into the middle. One person moves and it will wake the other - the fitted sheet won't even stay attached to the mattress. Other than the games and bed, the home was clean, nice amenities and in a great location.

Nice stay!

In town for a family gathering. Wanted to stay out of the hotels with a young baby. Perfect house for our family to stay. Swimming pool was definitely used in the nasty heat. Thank you!
