The desk attendant was awesome, even though the floor was renovated, it smelled musty

Beds were comfortable. The property was under renovation during our stay. Our TV kept going off every 30 minutes so watching a movie was difficult. The tile in the bath room had a large slit in the floor. If you didn’t mind that our stay was excellent.

Only stayed one night, can you reimburse me? For the second night. Check in was good

Very friendly staff.

Only good thing about this place is that I was able to bring my dog. The whole 2nd floor is the pet floor and as soon as you get out of the elevator the smell of urine is overwhelming. The staff is very rude as well. There is 2 guys that are the head of security and one of them is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met.

I will stay there again, a short drive to Hoover Dam.

Stayed one night, turned key in in the morning. Asked for a receipt which they said they couldn’t give me because I used Orbitz. Got home and they billed my card they required for a deposit for a second night. So beware.

It was right off the highway

Hotel is old but clean beds and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for the restaurant and good food and service.

The hotel has 2 elevators only 1 working. The Sercurity of the rooms is not at the top of the priority. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be updated.

It's more than 90 yr old hotel, never been renovated, smells like old cigarette, room carpets are DIRTY, lamps are acientiant old and broken. Comforter had stains was torn, beds looked like might have bed bugs in them, not nice staff! I ran out, could not sleep there. Uploaded pictures are not what you get! Neighborhood have no street light, only had gas station and truck stop. I booked it through ORBIT first time and hotel and ORBIT would not refund me.

The management is remodeling the rooms and the staff is super friendly.

A quiet little hotel. Not a long walk to anything on the property and a very reasonable price. Not many frills but a clean comfortable bed.

Very small and awkward shower. Although we had four guests only two towels and a setup for two people were in the room. Very friendly staff and helpful.

The room did not have any air conditioning and it smelled like mold. My family and I couldn't sleep because of the smell.
