If I could give this "hotel" negative stars I would. It should be considered a gross motel at best and it would be better to sleep in your car than this dump. The place is nasty, half of the food order that we received (they only gave us half of what we ordered) was raw and undercooked, the "manager" of the "hotel" is rude and incompetent of her position. There are so many people out of work and looking- she needs to be replaced. Our first room literally had nasty sheets, and hadn't even been wiped down. The male night staff person who was super nice and should probably get a job elsewhere, assigned us a second room. Upon first look- it seemed better- although it was 1130 at night. We needed to leave at 7am and at 640am went to take a shower- there was ZERO water in the shower, it was covered in mold and the water housing was DETACHED from the wall! There was a massive gap in the door to the hallway, urine all over the floor, vent was off of HVAC unit, etc etc. and this was with the 2nd room that they double checked! With COVID- you would *think* this place would at least ATTEMPT but there was failure at every turn. Even their elevator was Nasty. I went downstairs to speak to manager and she asked me if a shower was important to me! I asked for her bosses info and she said it didn't matter because they would just send it back to her. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty. Save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

We wanted to swim in a pool but we wasnt sure if there was a pool or not. If there was we werent told about it or it might be closed. Our room still has trash under the beds and the sink was clogged.

The staff was very friendly and food was awesome! Great place to stay.

Guest internet was down most of the stay. It's a casino, filled with smokers. It's a casino, with drunk people in the halls at all hours. On site amenities were lacking, and expensive. Since I wasn't gambling, I had to pay $1.50 for a small Styrofoam cup of coffee. It's a little outside of town, so you don't have to worry about questionable people in the parking lot. It's mainly elderly people that seem to be present.

Easy checkin, clean and fresh room, quiet too, I like that!

Very poor cleanliness, bathroom sink was draining on the floor. Staff acted like my service dog was a problem. Believe me, he was much better behaved than many of the patrons.

This place is dogshit. Old and dated. The staff was not friendly whatsoever, the hotel smelled and the food was horrible. They charged me for my room twice and it was way over priced considering there are much nicer places to stay right in downtown Boulder City. I would not recommend this place to anyone even in an emergency.

The shower has no shelves to put your shampoo etc on, had to use the floor or open door to get off of sink counter, there were COCKROCHES in the room, not the best as far as cleanliness.

Orbitz completely ruined my trip by having THE WRONG LOCATION listed on their website for this hotel! 1500 railroad pass rd will only lead you to a locked up old abandoned building!! The actual location is 3 miles back in the opposite direction!! Calling Orbitz was ZERO HELP! I will NEVER book through Orbitz again!! Horrible experience!!

The place is outdated and Housekeeping may want to consider vacuming under beds. Overall it was a very nice stay

A bit far, but good price and big room. And the $2 breakfast is a must try.
