Walk in to check in and the smoke smell was terrible! on the desk the sign said non-smoking? The room looked like it had just been remodeled with paint and furniture so why not spend $20 for a new toilet seat? Also shower mold was painted over? But nice new vanity and fixtures?

Adked for a refrigerator twice, never received it. The coffee cups in the room was 16 inch doesn’t fit the coffee maker so couldn’t make coffee. One little bar of soap and not enough shampoo and conditioner. Carpets in the hallway in elevator dirty. People on the fourth floor were smoking pot so the room and hallway just reeked! It was cheaper to book the room from Expedia then supposedly the great deal you were given to the car club. This is NOT a Ramada or Wyndham quality hotel! I don’t think I’ll stay here next time!!
