I liked the location. The room was clean. The smallest toilet and tub area. Barely 2 ft. Wide. You could hardly turn around to sit on toilet. The staff was pleasant and informative. We were located where the activities were within walking distance. I enjoyed my time

Walls are paper thin, sink backed up and exploded black gunk out of it, bathtub is very small, amenities are trash. No refrigerator, no coffee machine. I would say I wouldn't come back again but I went for EDC and it was really close to a shuttle stop.

I did not like the parking and the fact that you could not pull up to front of hotel to register you had to park first

Nice hotel, a little old and tire, needs a fresh look.

I love being at the foot of Fremont St. I was very disappointed at check in. Flight diverted to LA. Got in at 3am, put in a smoking room (asthma) was moved to the other tower the next day. Well, the construction in that tower had everyone on our floor up and in the hall yelling to quit the pounding. Sounded like it was coming from the adjoining rooms bath. Very unpleasant. Claimed and was told we could move back to the South tower wehere we were originally. Not a happy person at that point. Have always stayed at The Plaza, but that may change on our next trip.

Love staying at the Plaza very nice hotel. Got a room with a great view

Great location, just an aging hotel. Booked King room but got 2 x Queen, and the room smelled like weed. Both were doable until i took a shower. Horrible water pressure, took forever to take a shower. I asked to move to a new room that was King, got the keys, again it was a double queen. Other than that staff member that didn't listen to me, everyone was nice. I finally got a King room and acceptable shower, but sink didn't have cold water. Just gave up at that point and rolled with it. it's Fremont street so i'm not expecting perfect. I'm sure they don't control the restaurant staff, but the fast food mexican place serves cold food. The restaurant staff wasn't interested in fixing that issue either, so i just dealt with it. The chinese place was good. Got a kick out of the wrestling matches they hosted outside, that was unique. Overall...staff is nice, they tried to make amends for the issues, but you can only put so much makeup on ugly. Is what it is. I've stayed at almost every place on Fremont and this one is in last place so far. I won't be back to stay, but will still visit the lounge. They have some good live music at times.

This was our first time on Freemont St. and would come back for sure. It was across the street at one end of Freemont St, so you didn't have the direct noise getting you but watch which tower you get in, because another couple said they were by the new casino going in. Otherwise it was perfect!. You could walk the whole strip and never be as entertained as this right outside the Hotel. There's a ABC party store just inside the St. to purchase alcohol, for those you drink.

The location an easy to transportation everyone was very friendly and helpful

I like the roof top pool and fitness facility. I was dissapointed in the cleanliness of our room.

Everything was awesome.Staff was very friendly and helpful with making sure my stay was very comfortable

Great property, excellent location. Several food options with fair pricing.

Toliet was broken but was fixed right away, shower was plugged up for 3 days, never really drained all the way.

The cabana was nice an all the girls where awesome that work there an the food was good

It was clean and had an ok view of the pool and tennis courts. I like the picture on the opposite building. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had no hooks for towels and you could see where they had been. The walls were thin and the neighbors were loud. (woke us up). We were charged a $25 resort fee which we didn't know about in advance.

Bathroom is quite small. Water pressure barely there in the morning.
