All staff we came into contact with were genuinely friendly and helpful. Both bellhops were friendly and funny. The woman at the front desk was very kind. Housekeeping did a great job.
Weirdly there was no hand soap in my room. The mattress was pretty hard and my hips hurt all night. But it was clean and a nice place generally
Fremont Hotel is very nice I enjoyed the room and view will be staying there again.
The hotel rooms are in very good condition. They were clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. The hotel is part of the Freemont Street Experience and located in the middle of it. It was a great stay. The only gripe is that you valet your car. This was not a big deal as we didn't need the car and left it in valet (which is free) until we left.
Kevin at the front desk was so nice, helpful and interesting to talk to. Valet service was tops. Fremont experience was just outside our door.

Staff was very professional hotel was very quiet thanks for your service,did wish u all had a shuttl van pick from and too airport that would have help greatly also gave out some food discout vochers other than that everthing well
