My husband and I had a really good time. We love visiting Vegas. We decided to stay in an older hotel it was different in a good way. The buffet was good and the price was also good. 8.00 dollar breakfast and 10.00 lunch with lots of chooses.

This was my fifth time staying at the Gold Coast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

go to have fun not a lot of traffic very friendly and an older crowd if that's what your looking for

Very clean, good breakfast buffett, not super fancy but overall a great clean room, decent food, and a great price.

Comfortable, Great food, Friendly Employee, Clean Rooms

We ordered the premium room, which is much more expensive when compared with the deluxe room. The hotel gave us the deluxe room (which was not comfortable), and refused to give us the room looks like what posted on Orbitz website. They simply said picture on Orbitz website does not match what they actually have. We called Orbitz 4 times, every time I called, Orbitz says the hotel's system is down. No updates from Orbitz afterwards.

Great staff , great buffet . One problem was there were too many non players lounging around and occupying seats at the race and sports book .

Only there from 3pm to 9:00 leaving on red eye at midnight. It is a long walk from parking to lobby even with elevator ( especially with luggage). The hotel is very smokey. Could not find anywhere smoke free in the casino. Restaurant choices limited.

Was given a wrong room on check-in, the room was already occupied. Other than that everything was ok.

Check in was easy and quick although the lady asked for my players card to check in which was strange as that's never happened at any other hotel I've stayed at in Vegas. Allowed to check-in early. Rooms were clean and roomy. The pool was small but clean with seating areas in the shade. Staff could be more friendly at buffet , front desk etc.

I would stay here anytime.. Great alternative place to stay..

Definitely staying there again!!!! Not on the strip, but have free shuttle that runs often from 9:30a to midnight, and only an $8 cab ride from Planet Hollywood if you miss the shuttle. I got upgraded to a 1 bdrm suite which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a smoking room and still had some smell to it. However, a little cologne here and there and air conditioning and the smell was gone. When I checked back in for the 2nd part of my trip, the same clerk remembered me saying I should have specified a non-smoking room and made sure I had one. Even the regular room was beautiful!!!! Definitely going back there. It's a Boyd Casino which makes it even more attractive for my friends and I travelling from Hawaii!!!!

Had a great stay there. They allowed us to check in early which was very convenient for us.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. My stay was for an annual tournament. I would stay there again.

Was pleasantly surprised with the rooms at the Gold Coast. Very chic and comfortable. However, the casino could use a bit of a make over, kinda dated, inside and out. Still made for a convenient, comfortable stay. There's a Friday's and Subway inside the casino. Located across the 15 behind Caesar's and next to the Rio, the location makes for easy in and out. I would use the Gold Coast again.

Stayed for the weekend, was here to play in a WSOP event last minute decision. Rio wanted over $300 a night due to also being EDC that weekend. Booked here because in total it was nearly $600 cheaper.

The hotel was nice, in a great location. The hotel has a bowling alley and plenty of free parking. The only ding was the wireless service was poor. But the pool was refreshing.

I like this place, and would visit again if stopping through Vegas en route to...somewhere. The shuttle service could be more frequent and with bigger spaces some people going to an event at the Orleans couldn't get on. But room was good, the coupon book was handy, and I was lucky at the craps table.

I honestly had no intention of staying here on our trip. We were going to stay the whole time on the Strip, at some more expensive properties. A main goal of the trip was to spend time here due to the excellent gaming and cheap buffet. The night before we left we found a price on here that was just impossible to beat so we did decide to stay for four nights. I am so glad that we did. The room while not special, still served its purpose. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. We didnt here any noise from other rooms and the elevator worked just fine. The main reason we stayed here and looked forward to spending time here was due to the cheap gaming and cheap eats. What is the point of staying at a place if you are too cheap to pay the table minimums. The Gold Coast has low limits on craps and Blackjack as well as many good Video Poker machines. I am so glad we were able to play for a couple of hours go upstairs take a break and then repeat. While there we ate at the buffet, the noodle shop, Subway and the TGI Fridays (which provided the room service). We even used the bowling alley and the bingo room. I am proud to say I cannot wait until my next stay at the Gold Coast!
