Staybridge Suites Las Vegas3.0 out of 5.0

We recently stayed here with a baby. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed yet practical enough to feel at home. The staff was so thoughtful and helpful in assisting us with the baby, they made you like family. They also provide a daily breakfast and evening welcome meal on certain days.
After a miserable stay at the Candlewood Suites, Alan saved the day by talking with a corporate rep. and getting me in there for the night. The Candlewood Suites is a dump, smells horrible, and should be shut down in my opinion. The suite Alan was able to get me as a Platinum Elite was amazing. The room was spotless and had the most comfortable bed in the world. Stay at Staybridge. Avoid Candlewood at all costs.
What did you like about your stay? Our very first encounter was a phone call miles away from Vegas. Our first trip to Vegas as a family was extra memorable from our experience at the hotel. Astounding customer service experience all around. Besides from the phone call and deciding last minute to go on Christmas Eve, the moment we got there we were welcomed like family. In other words, they truly made us feel welcome. Initially, we were going to a get a room with two queen-size beds for our family of five due to budget. As we were checking in, Guest Services Alan was surprisedly even more magical. He gave us a free upgrade to a King Size Suite with a balcony for all of us to check out. We are very thankful for that Christmas present. During the morning complimentary breakfast, we were greeted and assisted by Ronnie. I took notes that she helped all the families enjoy the buffet and smile on these Christmas morning where she could have been with her family. It does not go unnoticed her efforts to make all of us customers feel happy and at home while enjoying a delightful breakfast. Finally, the check out was easy and no hassle at all. I am a strong believer to have simple processes in organizations to be easy and it was just that. Thank you to Bob Pierce the General Manager for the easy checkout. Overall, our experience was amazing! The hotel would be best described as cozy and warm with a touch of friendliness. The hotel light key staff truly did practice WOW customer service. They WELCOME the customer, OPEN the conversation in a friendly manner, and WRAPPED it up neatly. Very well done. I am more than happy for their assistance in our spontaneous trip where we almost had zero planning. Great job Staybridge! Please keep it up the great work! A lot of times it goes to show bad experience but this was a truly an amazing experience. Thank you! :) What do you think would make your next stay better? Honestly, continue to have an amazing staff that is customer service friendly. Not only did I see the staff interact with us really well but with other families too. It felt like home away from home. We were very pleased with our stay in Staybridge for being our first time as a family in Vegas. The only issue we ran into in the hotel was the water in the shower would not go down quick enough but it was really minor due to that fact it was “light staff.” We appreciate the friendly family environment. 5/5 Stars! Great Job! "Be Our Guest" model was indeed found here! Loved it! Thank you! :)
We stayed there for a few days while attending a trade show. The rooms were super nice. You could tell that they had been recently remodeled. The layout of the rooms was spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed in them and more. The free breakfast was great, and even better a couple nights they had a free DINNER that was really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Alan and James!
Suite was comfortable as was the bed. Staff went out of their way to help us have a great vacation. Close enough to the strip to enjoy LV with the very accommodating shuttle drivers but without the crowds and lines at strip hotels.
Alan and Alex made this stay feel like home we had a fabulous time enjoyed our stay immensely and will recommend this hotel to anyone who we know who is coming to Vegas. The breakfast and the dinners they supplied tasted great. Again I want to mention Alan specifically he was friendly warm caring and gave special attention to my 81 year old grandma and everything she needed.
We Absolutely loved this hotel! We were so surprised when we arrived at this lovely hotel at 10.45 at night after a drive from Santa Monica it was so easy to find from the freeway. Spacious rooms, fabulous staff and amenities, the hot spas and lovely pool being available until 12 midnight. Free shuttle bus into the strip and shops perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Home from Home could not praise it more.
This off-strip hotel was beyond my expectations. Incredibly clean and modern with a wonderfully comfortable king bed, a full kitchen, even in-room laundry! The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The bathroom is oversized, with fluffy towels and great amenities. The pool is fantastic, self-parking is free, and there is a complimentary hourly shuttle to both the Strip and the airport. The only complaint was the pull-out sleeper sofa was listed on the website as a queen but was actually a twin - which was an issue since we have two teens. Aside from that, if you do not mind the lack of casino (which we did not!), or taking a shuttle to the action, you could not do better than this.
We arrived in LAS, after traveling 18 hours, 3 states and 4 planes flights escaping Hurricane Irma. The only thing we wanted was a shower, a bed and rest. I called the nearest hotel and although we were wanting to check in when most folks are just checking out, Rocio at the front desk said "I understand your situation, and the shuttle is on its way." In less than 20 minutes we were in the hotel lobby. She was caring, understanding and compassionate; she treated us like family and even got choked up hearing about our ordeal. The next morning she was attending to the breakfast area. Full of smiles and friendly greetings! Another caring and efficient staff member was Amber who provided a late check out for us while we tried to find a last minute rental car. I also need to mention Alex who was not just friendly but genuinely caring going out of his way to make sure we were alright and all of our needs taken care of. I always use IHG above other brands, but from now on I'm a loyal fan of StayBridge!
I traveled with my family and we loved the hotel, we stayed in a Suite that had a big bedroom with king size bed, full kitchen, washer and dryer, a large living room with a sofa bed, TV and DVD. and a fantastic view to the Strip. My kids really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, even my little puppy was happy in this trip ( the only complain is not having a little grass area for pets, I had to walk across street to the hotel next door that have a little grass area). Pool is big with a small kid area and two Jacuzzi. Breakfast has really good selection. Free WiFi and free parking is a most. Is not walking distance from the Strip but shuttle can take you to New York, New York and traveling with kids is much better to stay away from the strip. But what impressed me mostly is the is super friendly staff, they always responded to all my needs fast and with a smile, specially our shuttle driver Carlos, thank you for make my trip fun.
