Staybridge Suites Las Vegas3.0 out of 5.0

I stayed at the Staybridge for 5 days. The place was quiet, super clean and the rooms was big. It's off the strip, but worth it.. Full kitchen, king bed, pull out sofa, free parking (rarity now on Vegas strip). The staff is so friendly. I asked a question at the front desk and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you Clara! The free breakfast is also a plus and it's available till 9:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends. And for guests who don't want to drive, they have a daily shuttle that runs till 10 pm that takes you and picks you up directly from the strip. This place is also great for families, give the kids some space to move around. I would definitely recommend this!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely give this one 10! Amazing hotel with an even more amazing staff. Warm friendly check in and the same at check out. Especially appreciated the A.G.M. always asking if everything was ok whenever she saw us. Of course it was great but it's nice to know she cares about her guests and thier stay. Already making plans to come back!
Ohhh WOW! That was probably my first reaction when I made my way through this property and into my amazing room. I booked this last minute as I was staying in Vegas a few more days. I am a regular in Vegas and surprised I have not checked out this property before. In true StayBridge style.. rooms were like home and the space was amazing! After speaking with the manager and learning about the project, this property has a unique style and feel about it as it was a planned condo building. The units reflect this with great layouts and use of space. The kitchens are high-end and my balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view! The staff were so engaging and nice & they have an amazing house juice cocktail in the lobby that I could NOT get enough of. The property has a pool and 2 hot tubs and overall is one of my new favorite spots for Vegas. This hotel is convenient enough to walk or even back take the FREE SHUTTLE to NY, NY right in the heart of the strip! And after spending hundreds of nights in IHG properties and over 20 StayBridges.. THIS IS THE BEST OF THE BEST STAYBRIDGE SUITES!
My husband and I stayed here not knowing what to expect...we were not disappointed. The apartment is fully furnished with a pull out sofa bed and washing machine so no need to visit the laundry service which is also available on site. Our room overlooked the pool but it was quiet and there were no kids splashing or screaming. The only downfall were the constant planes flying overhead but as we were out most of the day it didn't bother us too much and they stopped at night and didn't start until about 9am. Staybridge supply a free shuttle bus to and from the strip although this stops at 10pm. Breakfast could be a bit samey but it's free so cannot complain. There were also dinner nights but we were always out so did not indulge in those. All in all I would recommend Staybridge and would definitely go back there. The staff were beyond helpful and reception were always on hand to recommend trips away from the strip.
This stay was amazing. The front desk staff including Daniel, Alan, and Carla plus several others whose name I didn't catch were cheerful, friendly, and quickly responsive to every request. Our suite was lovely, the kitchen was well stocked, it was so nice to be able to cook a quick meal rather than eat out all the time. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the breakfast room staff (Ronnie was one) were friendly and kept the items well stocked, the free dinners on Mon-Tues-Wed were delicious (what a nice touch those free dinners were). The suite had a balcony to sit out on, and the suite itself had a tub and separate shower, very comfortable king bed, nice darkening curtains, lots of amenities, a full size fridge, and a nice touch was the free popcorn. This was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I look forward to returning!
I go to Vegas every March for a conference, and have typically stayed in the conference hotel, Mandalay Bay. Last year I needed to come in early, and needed a different place for two days before the conference was to start. My boss suggested Staybridge, since it's where she prefers to stay. The brief stay was so good that this year I made plans to stay the entire length of my time in Vegas. I was so glad I did. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well-designed, with beautiful full kitchens that are well-stocked with everything you need to cook. I order groceries for delivery, and the front desk brought them up right away. Just the very tip of the extraordinary kindness and customer service from the people here. Was stay was absolutely flawless, and when I was getting ready to leave I realized I had left my phone in a cab. The Staybridge folks jumped into action, calling the company and getting my phone back in 10 minutes. Truly above and beyond! Special shout-outs to Alan and Daniel, the two shuttle drives and the super-nice lady in the breakfast room who also sent me out for the day with a smile. I have traveled a great deal for business, and this is BY FAR the best all-around experience I have ever had. Thank you!
We recently stayed here with a baby. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed yet practical enough to feel at home. The staff was so thoughtful and helpful in assisting us with the baby, they made you like family. They also provide a daily breakfast and evening welcome meal on certain days.
After a miserable stay at the Candlewood Suites, Alan saved the day by talking with a corporate rep. and getting me in there for the night. The Candlewood Suites is a dump, smells horrible, and should be shut down in my opinion. The suite Alan was able to get me as a Platinum Elite was amazing. The room was spotless and had the most comfortable bed in the world. Stay at Staybridge. Avoid Candlewood at all costs.
What did you like about your stay? Our very first encounter was a phone call miles away from Vegas. Our first trip to Vegas as a family was extra memorable from our experience at the hotel. Astounding customer service experience all around. Besides from the phone call and deciding last minute to go on Christmas Eve, the moment we got there we were welcomed like family. In other words, they truly made us feel welcome. Initially, we were going to a get a room with two queen-size beds for our family of five due to budget. As we were checking in, Guest Services Alan was surprisedly even more magical. He gave us a free upgrade to a King Size Suite with a balcony for all of us to check out. We are very thankful for that Christmas present. During the morning complimentary breakfast, we were greeted and assisted by Ronnie. I took notes that she helped all the families enjoy the buffet and smile on these Christmas morning where she could have been with her family. It does not go unnoticed her efforts to make all of us customers feel happy and at home while enjoying a delightful breakfast. Finally, the check out was easy and no hassle at all. I am a strong believer to have simple processes in organizations to be easy and it was just that. Thank you to Bob Pierce the General Manager for the easy checkout. Overall, our experience was amazing! The hotel would be best described as cozy and warm with a touch of friendliness. The hotel light key staff truly did practice WOW customer service. They WELCOME the customer, OPEN the conversation in a friendly manner, and WRAPPED it up neatly. Very well done. I am more than happy for their assistance in our spontaneous trip where we almost had zero planning. Great job Staybridge! Please keep it up the great work! A lot of times it goes to show bad experience but this was a truly an amazing experience. Thank you! :) What do you think would make your next stay better? Honestly, continue to have an amazing staff that is customer service friendly. Not only did I see the staff interact with us really well but with other families too. It felt like home away from home. We were very pleased with our stay in Staybridge for being our first time as a family in Vegas. The only issue we ran into in the hotel was the water in the shower would not go down quick enough but it was really minor due to that fact it was “light staff.” We appreciate the friendly family environment. 5/5 Stars! Great Job! "Be Our Guest" model was indeed found here! Loved it! Thank you! :)
We stayed there for a few days while attending a trade show. The rooms were super nice. You could tell that they had been recently remodeled. The layout of the rooms was spacious and comfortable. They had everything we needed in them and more. The free breakfast was great, and even better a couple nights they had a free DINNER that was really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Alan and James!
