Terribly disappointed upon arrival. No parking, roads all torn up, common areas were filthy dirty. Room had broken heater, leaking toilet and drawers that would not stay closed. We stayed only because we arrived after midnight and were exchausted from a 11 hour drive. Told them at check in we would cancel the other two nights. Grateful for a new hotel that was willing to let us check in eary and was exceptional!

The sheets were clean and the room smelled like bleach; the bathroom appeared clean. But the carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and stained and did not appear to be vacuumed. When we left our room about 11 am on our first morning there, housekeeping was cleaning the room next to ours; we let her know we were leaving and would like our room cleaned. When we returned 22 hours later it was not cleaned .the breakfast is very limited and disappo in ring.

The beds are rock hard, the pillows are rock hard, you can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. I never leave reviews but this was the worst sleep in a hotel we have ever had.

The room smelled like dog, the floors felt like they would give way, tiles were broken in bath room floor. Shower leaked non stop. Someone in the room above ran and jumped all day and night. Called to complain but it never stopped. Breakfast was ok. But potatoes were cold probably microwaved and were not edible.

The hotel looks a bit rundown. Hotel carpeting is in sad shape! The bed made a lot of noise. The breakfast food wasn’t that great and one day around 8AM it was wiped out. Nothing to eat and nothing got replaced? I would not stay here again.

PLEASE READ! Location horrible. Nothing to eat is near only view you see is the gas station. Too many random suspicious people walking around at night. Never can find a bell hop Dude at front desk was a jerk! THE ROOM!!!! Omg. We stayed 5 hours and decided to pack and dip. Absolutely disgusting!!! Chairs were stained. Lint under the pillow case. Fridge had punch marks in it. Like someone took a hammer to it. Dishwasher was missing the bottom piece. Someone spit in the shower. Everything was a no. IT SMELLED LIKE A PETTING ZOO. Walking into the hotel. It smells weird. Like they are masking the smells of animals. We ended up leaving. I have a high allergy to cats and I couldn’t stop having allergic reactions from my room. The price I paid is robbery. DO NOT STAY HERE. FEELS LIKE YOURE BEING WATCHED IN THE ROOM. The connection door was unlocked. Very unsafe.
