Alexis Park All Suite Resort

Room was clean. Parking was easy. Had everything you needed in the room. Small kitchen, large lounging area , clean. Loved loved loved! Will be staying there again.

It was very basic but we didn't spend much time in it so it wasn't an issue. Within walking distance of restaurants, CVS and Dunks. Roberto's Tacos has good Mexican food.

It's more for families as the rooms are suites. The rates were good. But you get what you pay for.

Hotel was huge but seemed empty. Surrounding area seemed sketchy to me. Room was big and nice but not perfectly cleaned- I found a wrapper in the corner from previous guests. There are 3 big pools but the nicest one closed at 6pm. Airport shuttle was easy to use.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, especially for the price. It is close to the airport but you really don't hear the planes much when you are in the room.

Very friendly staff. Spacious room at a very nice location just off the strip. Looking to enjoy the nightlife....it's only a 2 mile walk. I'd highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Vegas. Thank you for welcoming us. We will definitely return.

Staff was helpful, the hotel is not bad but it does need updates and needs to have better cleaning service. The location is very convenient and the rooms are very spacious and not inexpensive.

Very nice grounds and fairly quiet. Room was nice and clean although a little worn. I have only one complaint. It is advertised as having a kitchenette. That is totally untrue. They have a coffee maker and a sink and mini- fridge. That's it. No dishes, no utensils, not even a microwave. They supplied us with a prepackaged plastic disposable set of utensils (fork, knife, spoon) when we asked at front desk. But that is all they had. They have a restaurant there, mainly for buffet breakfast. You can only get dinner in the bar and grille. There are no restaurants nearby. They do have an hourly shuttle that goes to Planet Hollywood. They also have an hourly shuttle that goes to and from airport. If you want to get away from the noisy casinos then this is a good choice.

Hotel lobby looks nice, a number of pools, good wifi, attentive staff. They allowed us to have a late check-out and store our things. Free shuttle to the airport and into town! Our shower head was set at around 5ft tall, which made it hard to get your hair wet. It was a jacuzzi on the bottom and did not drain well (and seemed a little grody). Besides the bathroom, the suite was a nice, standard hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying here. I really like this place. There are always great online deals. The staff is great and it is close to everything. Dogs are ok, too. Words of advice - Check in as early as you can for the best room. Don't expect much aside from a larger than standard room. The earlier you check-in, the nicer the room. There is no continental breakfast during parts of the year. There are 3 pools, but I have never seen all 3 open. No casino. If you wait for something from housekeeping for more than 20 minsnorting so, call them again. They probably forgot. I like staying here. It's pretty low key and quiet. No having to walk through the casino to get anywhere. Nice grounds and lots of room for walking your pup.

The rooms are nice and big. The AC worked just fine but I went in March and it was not 100 degrees. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in my room did not work and I did not see any grounds keepers or hotel personnel to inquire about fixing it. The gift shop was not open in the morning and they dont provide toothpaste or toothbrushes like some hotels do. There is soap and free coffee in the room, a small fridge and microwave. Overall good value and if you have kids and like swimming they have several big pools. It is a 5 minute drive from the strip and not far from anything, including the airport. Also the room is pretty big. I would stay again.

Great location to Thomas & Mack center. Off the strip so the location is quiet.

Staff was great , went out of their way to help me with everything . Room was surprisingly big , clean . I wouldn't stay any were else . I stayed at one of the big hotels the first two nights , 2 mile walk to my room . Alexis was great . Bar and Grill , and gift shop , closed to early , get what you need before coming back . Stayed by myself , felt very safe .

Good: Staff is nice and professional. Location. No noticeable odor and quiet. Beds are comfortable, no sag in the mattress, ample pillows, 3 on each bed. Ample towels. The rooms are big enough not to feel boxed in. Bad and Ugly: The property is old and needs regular upkeep and maintenance. Examples inlclude: dead moths in sconces, chipped and peeling paint and grout, light bulbs need replacing, carpet needs cleaning, broken hooks for towels and stains on curtains and walls. I selected that I would recommend to others if they are okay with all of the above mentioned. After all to each his/her own.

Since no casino, it's easy to stay focused on the event you're attending. That said, very few amenities. Upon arriving, needed to call housekeeping several times to a) get toilet paper, b) get TV remotes, c) ask for a comforter - bed made with light blanket and two sheets, d) get towels/washcloth, e) did not get new drinking cups in 3 days. Poor lighting. No guide booklets or stationary provided. Several staff appeared bothered when asking for assistance. Gift shop personnel were not helpful. 1 pool was closed and the others, the water was scattered with debris - not inviting to swim in. Positives = able to change rooms without difficulty. Convenient location. Good convention rooms and ADA availability and access. Comfortable beds and pillows. Decent breakfast buffet. Overall, Alexis Park gets a 3.

Pictures not even close to looking like room. 1970s furniture. Worn out ! Walked in with a bottle of bleach on the counter and liquid soap on floor. Told staff and nothing was done ?

It was close to the strip, but I wouldnt walk unless it was daytime. There were some wierdos walking around. The staff was kinda rude at first which was irritating, and I had to wait 3 hours to get into a room. I know it was my fault but they did nothing at all to offer any kind of help. I walked in at finally at 350 asked for a room, they said not ready. Sat down and waited 10 min. as 4 pm is check in. Walked back up and they said " okay its ready now". Like what? Maybe they really didnt have a room yet, but be more friendly at least.

Surprised was not expecting such nice surroundings so close to the airport. A hidden gem amongst so many high price casino hotels with a pool, modest spa, banquet hall and gazebo, full work out area. If your on budget want to experience what Las Vegas has to offer and do not want to be hitched to a casino stay at the Alexus.

I've been staying at this hotel since 2003. It's a great location, nice facilities, and easy parking.

The rooms are like little apartments. They all have microwaves and refrigerators and fireplaces. The buildings are older and have a musty smell. A little close to the airport so kind of loud. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The bar & grill on site has very good food! Delicious! The drinks at the full bar are very reasonably priced. We had a very nice time!
