Many pools closed due to Covid. Having only one pool open made swimming more risky

This place is a dump and they charge hidden fees..$33 bucks a day on top of there daily rate.

This a beautiful property. I just wish the room I was in was clean much better.

Loves the size of the rooms. The staff particularly Betty was very helpful

The room had not been refurbished as promised. Carpet was coming up, furnishings were worn out. But it was clean, and beds were made well.

The bathtub was disgusting, no water pressure, the blue couch in the room rubbed off on you, the restaurant was terrible, and the carpet in the lobby was old and gross. The property is swarming with cats. Spend your money elsewhere.

Right under the runway at airport thin walls shake from constant all day all night take offs absolutely insane

I didn’t like that the pools were closed and the sauna and hot tub were closed. I was very disappointed in that. It should be noted because that could be a deterrent to booking there.

Good price and very close to the strip. The hotel is remodeling some of the rooms.

I like that the resort is within walking distance of eating places and stores. The suites are spacious and clean. I wish there were a few dishes in the kitchenette. The suite was quiet and I enjoyed my stay.

Great little room, and very easy to get to from the airport.

Right across from hard rock which was cool, nice rooms and huge shower

The night manager was simply rude, I handed him my “debit card” & he responded & said “it was a prepaid card, pay as you go” it had my name printed on it & prepaid cards don’t. I felt disrespected & insulted by him & his small remark comments. He did not explain anything about no resort fee nor deposit, I had to find out in the morning from a different staff member who even then didn’t respond anything well. It was a nice place & the stay was accommodating just the staff was not very helpful & rude.

This property is quite old, (they say it's in the process of being renovated) The bed and bathroom were clean but old.The carpet was very dirty. We were there in December, so we didn't check out the pools.

The room was great! Clean and spacious suite. The staff friendly. Was charged for resort fees for shuttle service, pool area etc... The pool was freezing the hot tub dirty and the shuttle broken down.

I loved the location and parking and access to my car and outside as I hate highrise sealed rooms.
