The bed was horrible, did not sleep in room the second night because my whole body hurts from the condition of the bed. Room was dirty and staff is not friendly.
I like how the property was close to things. Seems like some unsavory people walking around at odd times of the night.

The property is dirty, run down to the bone! Dirty outside inside! Dangerous outside the activity outside is scary do not stay there ! Safe yourself and go somewhere else we left after one night or after one nightmare!
I called and requested my receipt to be emailed to me due to me being out of state and was told that it needed to be printed out. The staff member asked a supervisor could she send it then asked me for my email, as I told the staff member my email, the phone hung up. I called back three more times and the phone kept picking up and hanging up. Now I have to ask a friend for a favor to go pick up a receipt due to me needing to settled travel with the government.

When I got there at 9:00 PM, they only had a room with a double bed and I had reserved a room with two double beds. The facility was filthy and there was a violent man in the parking lot—felt very dangerous! So we canceled our reseravation
Absolutely disgusting. Have a video I can send. I don’t know how to attach to this. Entire place was filthy. Their bathroom walls were rotting to the point they don’t touch the ground anymore. Was something out of a zombie apocalypse movie. No joke. Absolutely terrible

While I had a great time visiting for the first time Reno, hotel could be a bit more presentable and clean. I love the pet friendly environment but carpets need replacement, bathtub had rust, and faucet knobs were lose. Limped hours for the bar and restaurant.
When you think of the Ramada u think of an upper class hotel at least they are in every other town place was clean for what it was. I first noticed as I walk to motel part the amount of homeless lingering around the property and the amount of wispering between everyone and the sketcheyness will leave u walking on eggshells

I am sorry that you are feeling this way about your experience. I have not found this problem with the bathroom wall in the room you were staying in. I am sure that with 150 plus hotels in the area, you will find one that suits your needs.
