Outside of hotel was bustling with homeless people and obvious drug deals. However the hotel and our room was very nice.

Orbitz didn’t send our reservation to the hotel. We weren’t in the system. The front desk had to call Orbitz to verify our reservation.

Tha place is not safe especial of you have family is to me ny tuiker and the parking for commercial if you have RB is not security

I don't usually write reviews about my hotel stay unless it was a great experience or a terrible one. In this case, it was one of my worst. I came home with bed bug bites all over. There were noises at night that sounded like rats running around somewhere. I saw people hanging around the outside the hotel. I heard lots of motorcycle and hot rod engine noises at night. The TV was an old tube and not a flat screen. I had a terrible experience and will never stay there again.

You get what you pay for. Room itself was ok, carpets need a good cleaning. We stayed one nite and it was fine but I was happy to leave. Lobby was choking in smoke, I forgot in NV they still allow smoking indoors. Surrounding area a bit sketchy. Again, there's a reason it's half the price of other hotels.

Everything was old and ugly. The room towels were stained the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pet friendly hotel, warm front desk reception. Soap was missing in room and they quickly remedied. Will use this facility again.

Clean, casino needs some work, room curtains need to be changed

We requested a dog friendly room. It wasn’t booked

I didn't realize how old the building is or the area in Reno that it is located in. The furniture and carpets haven't been updated in a long time and the room had that old building smell. The room was clean and the bed was in good condition but it was like being transported back to the 80's. The TVs in my room we're old box style and the amount of channels we're limited.

This is an older hotel which would benefit from interior renovations

Adequate. Offered free transport to airport. Had to wait for desk personnel at check in. Room clean; not updated.

Awful location; be prepared to take a cab everywhere. Big water leak in the lobby while we were there and A.C. pretty taxed.

There were a few shady people that were always hanging out front.

Room had a tube tv. Side molding on the wall came off. Air conditioning was old fashion and loud.

That hotel should be torn down. There was no hot water. The elevator was so worn I felt like I was going to fall through the bottom

You are in Reno so..... The hotel room itself was great and the staff setting us up and all was good. If you are just passing through it is a great option

Thank you for your review. We do offer a full security team as well as parking lot surveillance. Our parking lot is very safe and secure compared to the majority of properties in the area.
