Logging was good! Room was very clean. Great food at the buffet! Lots of desert options :)

No free breakfast provided

They have put a lot of money into the place. Everything is nice and new. Staff was great as well.

the room i stayed in had bugs!!! I got bit 4 times. The next day at check out was when i felt it so i talked to the receptionist staff to file a complaint and they directed me to security? Like for what, how is security supposed to help?

The room was very nice but getting to it was difficult. We had to walk through a construction zone to get to the elevator. Once at the elevator, it was difficult for some people to figure it out so we couldn’t get on it for a really long time. Like, we saw the same group of people on the elevator multiple times before another one opened up so we could go up to our room. It’s probably a glitch or something but very frustrating for all groups involved. Other than the elevator issue, the room is brand new. Aside from loud neighbors we enjoyed our stay.

the staffs are very very impress

The room was just gross. My daughter broke out in hives. The toilet was never cleaned was precious guest, mold on the bathroom ceiling cigarette smell was horrible in a non smoking room. The casino floor was disgusting with how little the air was filtered. There was only about 10 people gambling and smoking and you could not even breathe just walking through to the elevator. They had one little portable air cleaner like for a house to clean the air in a casino. We had 4 nights reserved and by 5:00 am the first day we had to leave and find another hotel somewhere else. We will never stay at there again.

No restaurants and the room was not remodled yet. It felt like Motel 6/

They purposfully mislead you buy showing you a picture of a nice room, and then when you get there they put you in a nasty dump and refuse to do anything about it. AVOID

We’ve always enjoyed our stays at the Sands and this time was ok but every thing was neat and organized however a large portion of the gaming area was walled off and most of our favorites weren’t available. The staff does everything possible to keep guests content and things running as smoothly as possible.

The property is under construction. I will in a newer room that is in the back of the hotel. It was difficult to get there and messy. The room it self was nice, but the sink plugged up and the television had to be reset manually regularly to watch shows. It's a worn down facility that maps to 2 stars.

Actually i will return after remodeling is complete. If not for the inconvenience of being under construction the place is terrific

Staff is great, very friendly. Exterior of the hotel is under construction which impacts accessibility to the hotel.

This stay gave me and my party an overall yucky feeling, and we left early.

This place is full of bed bugs. The worst night ever. I only stayed there for 4 hours we had to run away from there for what we saw.

Staff was not friendly

We are very sorry for failing to exceed your expectations, Mr. Atilano. We understand your frustration and will make sure to share your feedback with our Housekeeping Management Team. The entire facility is undergoing major refurbishments but it is definitely work in progress. Your opinion matters to us as we continue to make improvements to the property.

We are very sorry for failing to exceed your expectations, Steve. The new Aspen Tower is now available for guests to book. It features all modern amenities and we will also have the new Birch Tower opening soon. We hope for another opportunity to impress once construction is finished.
